I got a flat tire and luckily happened to be across the parking lot from Discount Tire. Everyone was wonderful! Chris walked over to my car with me to check out the flat tire, and from start to finish Chris and all the other employees were amazing. Got my flat tire fixed so I was still able to make it to my friends baby shower! They were even lovely with my dog, who happened to be in my car with me when I got the flat. A+ for everyone, cannot recommend enough!!

Moose helped repair a flat a month back... So I was thrilled to come back for a set of new tires that matched CostCo prices with fantastic customer service. We found we had hit a nail on the highway when we stopped for gas and we were in a serious pickle. We were bracing for a long delay to our trip when we started to call around for help. The staff encouraged us to detour to them despite short notice and promised to take care of us. They got everything fixed and had us back on the road in less than 45 minutes despite being pretty busy. The service was excellent and the staff was incredible. It has been a VERY long time since I had a good experience with an auto shop, but this is the first time in my life that a shop treated me this well, worked this quickly, and were also this thorough with their work. Moreso, it wasnt only me. I observed every client being as thoroughly cared for and people were actually leaving with smiles. Even moreso, this location is very clean and well organized. Message to owners: This team should be a national location to model after. Celebrate them.

I had a punctured my tire by running over something. My spare wasnt looking too good so I stopped by Discount Tire. They quoted me a fairly good price on a new one so I purchased that one. But during a routine inspection of my other tires the young man named Isaiah (hope I spelled this correctly) found 2 more tires that were not good. I could only afford one more and they discounted the price of the 2nd. After purchasing that one as well they called me into the shop again and told me that they didnt feel comfortable with me leaving on that other bad tire so they GAVE me the third tire for free! I could not believe theyre generosity! Its a safe bet that Ill be continuing to do business here and will tell everybody how thoughtful this business is!

They patched tire, took spare tire off, put tire back on & balanced it & put spare back under truck for FREE. FOR FREE. We called, they put us on the books & we were in & out in 30 minutes. Very nice shop & employers take pride in it & their work. Beyond excellent service from everyone there. They do this service as a courtesy. Excellent prompt service, these are the new kids on the block in the area. Needed new tires before the winter weather sets in, my vehicle had factory tires that were near end of safe mileage life. Charles led me through their tire rating computer application that gave me a good idea of best tire for my driving habits. They had them in stock, Quick service as I was out the door in an hour. New tires were affordable, under warranty and will serve me well for a few more years.

Tire blew on our 40ft trailer with it loaded. We were miles from home. They were able to replace 3 tires and get us back up and running so we could get home for Memorial day weekend.

Went there a few days ago with no real knowledge of them and left having ordered 4 new tires. They ordered what I wanted. Today I went and had them put on and it took less then 30 minutes. The staff are very courteous and friendly and speak so anyone can understand. I was very pleased with the service both times I was there. The entire process went smoothly and the staff was exceptional. I bought the full warranty so for the next 60,000 miles they are covered.This is a place I would gladly send my wife and family for tires. They dont high pressure upsell and treat everyone with courtesy.

These cats had my screwy tire size in stock when I called @5:30. Then they told me to get down there as quick as I could and they would work me in before closing @6:00pm. Bought 4 new tires last week and for the first bought the $13 warranty. Well as luck would have it I got a flat this morning! I called and they worked me in super fast. No extra charges. These guys are always professional, cheerful, and efficient. I’ve had really uncomfortable situations before with salesmen being condescending and patronizing, but not here! I always feel like I overpay for tires whenever i havveyo replace a worn out flat, but thats anywhere. They were very helpful, not busy, and everything else just as you would want. Would have been 5 stars if they had the tire I wanted same day, and/or if the one they said was just as good wasnt more expensive.

Originally came in there for 2 tires even tho I really needed all 4. I do alot of driving and the guys there seen how rough my tires were and pretty much slick. After having a convo of how unsafe the old treads were I was given a deal I couldnt refuse. Im glad I got all 4 and very happy with the staff. Weve had alot of bad weather recently and if it wasnt for this place I dont know if Id been able to drive to work etc. Pics are where/what Ive driven in since getting new treads.. Amazing service! I’d highly recommend coming here for your tire needs. I was able to buy the tires online and easily set up an appointment to have them put on. The service was super fast and we were in and out in less than an hour to have all four new tires replaced. Every employee was very friendly and helpful! I had a certain set of tires in mind but they appeared to no longer be available. The staff recommended tires for my vehicle that were slightly cheaper than the ones I wanted. Everyone was nice and respectful. While some may want the cheapest tires, the staff is going to recommend the appropriate ones for your vehicle type. If you insist on cheap tires that is fine. I overheard this situation next to me and the staff was very nice and understanding that the lady could not afford the better tires. They did not pressure her.

I went into the store to see about purchasing a couple new tires for my car as I had one that kept leaking air. Sam told me my tires looked good and said they would fix the tire for free. Slow air leak on one of my tires. They took care of it for me. The shocking thing is they DO NOT CHARGE flat tire repair or rotations, even if you didnt but the tires from them. Will continue to go out of my to do business with them as I live out of town from them...

Stellar service, great people. Great selection. They got us out of a huge jam. We were heading to a local campground and had a blowout on our fifth wheel. Once we arrived we called several local tire shops. There was not one shop/tire dealer that carried trailer tires. Thankfully we kept searching and found Discount Tire. Not only did they have 4 tires, but they had three different brands to choose from.. IN STOCK!An agreement on price was made and I dropped off all 4 wheels to have the replacements put on..Within 45 minutes all of the tires were professionally installed and look great..We have since travelled 484 miles on them and ride perfectly with no issues. We will be traveling another 815 miles in a few days and will update at a later date..Update: Another 820+ miles, rode like a Cadillac, trailed great, very little sway. I thought Id try this place because it was close to my work and I had a tire that continued to go flat. I went in and was floored by the customer service. Everyone was friendly, helpful, everything you could ask for. They fixed my tire, reset the warning lights and I even got a free tire gauge to boot. I will most definitely use this company when I need new tires. Thank you for not being a sketchy shop that takes advantage of women by talking down and overcharging!

Wonderful experience! I had a tire that had a slow leak and thought I’d stop by and give Discount Tire a try. As I walked up I was greeted by Chance. He was very pleasant and asked how he could help. I asked him if they plugged tires, and he said absolutely. He went on to say that they would fix the tire for FREE!!! No strings or catches. Everyone in the shop was smiling as they were helping other customers. Great employees and a great experience. When the time comes that I need to purchase new tires, I’ll be going here!

I visited Discount Tire to get an estimate for replacing tire pressure sensors on my vehicle and spoke with Derrick. Derrick immediately helped determine the faulty sensor and noticed that my tires were recently purchased. He informed me that while I did not get my tires at Discount Tire, that they would rotate them for free in an effort to earn my future business. I scheduled an appointment the next morning and when I arrived I was greeted and my vehicle was in the service bay very quickly. I was told it would be about 30 minutes. 25 minutes later a tech informed me that it was going to take a little longer than expected maybe an additional 10 minutes and they appreciated my patience. 10 minutes later I was ready to go. Everyone I dealt was helpful and very professional. I must say the next time I purchase new tires I will definitely consider Discount Tire. I believe they have EARNED my business. I had a trailer go flat on my way from florida to Pennsylvania. I came to have that tire repaired and my front two tires rotated on my truck.I knew My tires on my trailer had some dry rot. But I had forgotten they were 10 years old. I was on a tight deadline to get to where I was going. Moose went out of his way with his team to get me in and out as quick as possible. While swapping the front tires of my truck they found the threads on the lug nuts were worn ( i think there was dirt in the lugs at one point wearing the threads. I live in Florida lots of sand where it gets worked on) and needed replaced they took care of that no charge. I cant thank these guys enough.

I have to wonder if the positive reviews are from employees and friends.I was looking for tires and I ended up walking out because I felt like I was being pushed and they tried to up sale me into buying more expensive tires than what I needed and more than what I could afford so I went to Wal-Mart where I was allowed to look around and I found tires that were at least $30.00 cheaperThe same can be said for the oil change place across from the alleged discount tire place.
