Clean, organized outlet with lots of awesome deals. They have a great variety of merchandise, including a lot of name brand things as extraordinary prices.

I shop at the Hillsboro Burkes. Dont frequent Waxahachie often, but Ive been inside this Burkes. I like it also. This one seems larger, but it has same great merchandise. The store is clean and the staff is courteous and friendly.

I have come and spent a good bit of money in this store over the years and as of tonight they can kiss my rear. I came inn with my family to try and find some skates for my daughter and I had gone to the toys then walked 6 feet over to the shoes to see if they had any, my husband was standing 4 feet away from my kids at the toys and this employ, old lady comes up to me and ask if those are my kids, I answer yes, she tells me in a snark voice I need to keep my kids with me in the store. My kids are well behaved children and were doing nothing but looking at the toys they had, not taking them down or anything else. The lady walks over real fast towards my kids and starts organizing the toys as if my kids had made a mess or diseased the items by reading a box. I got my husband and children and left immediately and as I walked out I told my husband we will shop at Ross, they are more respectful of the customers. Lady acted as if this store that sales cheap clothing and etc was a high end retail store, give me a brake...... Their loss my kids had money to spend and it will go to another store!!!

This store has friendly associates and there is always interesting inventory, especially around the holidays.

I went for an interview with their temporary manager tiffany. Not only did she not call to say position had been filled but she acted as though I was in the wrong for it. She wasunprofessional, and she lacked ethics and integrity. She was so rude, I couldnt believe it, especially considering how great Terri their DM was. Now I know why they are not a progressive company. It is really sad to see a company allow their managers to be so lacking in the qualities that make a great manager. I hope they wake up before things get any worse. word of mouth can make or break a company. Now I am not saying do not shop there, I think they probably are a good company. However, I am asking cooperate to remind their managers that when they are on the clock they need to represent in a professional manner. Thank you
