My target always has stock of what I am looking for. It’s very clean, neat and organized. Plus everyone is always helpful and nice.

Target is a great store. They have everything I need an stock.

I buy a lot of weird clothes from here like Hawaiian shirts not saying they’re weird and they’re fun it’s a little funky in there it’s like a mix between Walmart in upscale thrift store the people are the nicest and the Starbucks in there the people are not very nice and the coffee is not the best I would not recommend it unless you want some crazy

I went to look at a 70” TV that was on sale. Still posted on the wall at discounted price. Was told there were none left except the one on the wall. Expecting I could buy the one on the wall, but NO. Not until they re-arrange the TV’s. Apparently only happens twice a year. So NOW I was I set up to fail by them leaving something out on the floor available for PURCHASE but only when they can conveniently redecorate. Utterly disappointed and disgusted by the false advertising and different levels of unprofessionalism.

Social distancing and masks are severely lacking. The only employee I regularly see cleaning the self checkout stations is Ben. He’s always so nice and friendly when I come in and he’s very quick and efficient with his cleaning. It’s a good day when I see him on an actual cashier lane because I know i’ll get through the line quickly. I was going to leave 1 star for the lack of social distancing and enforcing of masks, but employees like Ben deserve the extra 4 :)

I been waiting for 30 min an assosiate to buy something from electronics and nobody arrived i had to go to the entrance to ask for help

We accidentally left 2 cases of water in the shopping cart in the parking lot and drove away. When we got home I called the Waxahachie Target a polite young man answered and responded dont worry just bring the receipt to guest services where we you can get 2 more cases of water. He reminded us we didnt have to pay for our mistake. I am here to tell you the Walmart has NEVER allowed us to replace what we have left behind in a shopping cart without paying twice. Thank you Waxahachie Target, I will now be a loyal Target shopper.

I am so disappointed at the location in Waxahachie, TX. I drove 1 hour there and back to pick up an order that was bawled up and thrown into a bag. A sweatshirt and sweatpants stuffed into a target sack. So wrinkled I couldn’t even clearly see the logo. The sales associate could have folded the items and used a separate bag. Target expects the items on their floor to look presentable so when I pick up an order I expect the same. My size is out of stock online and within 50 miles. Horrible.

It’s so big store I have ever been .

There is no Target in my town, so I had to travel 45 minutes to get to the closest one. With that, one would expect to get everything on the list and have it be a pleasant experience - and that is exactly what it was!!! The store was clean and bright and the employees were EXTREMELY HELPFUL. The shelves were not full, but everywhere I went in the store, I saw employees stocking the shelves and staying very busy.I just moved into a new home a week and my list of needed items was quite long. The only item I did not find was a couple of bath mats, but after a tab of almost $350.00 in this one trip, you bet I found almost everything else I came looking for - including a couple of accessories which were not on the list!!!!I really miss NOT having a Target store in my neighborhood!!! Id be spending a lot more if there were one near me!!!

Trash cans out front always overflowing. Restrooms are nasty. Employees refuse to speak and look like they are miserable, especially the manager.

Employees are nice and helpful, store is generally neat and orderly. The store has mostly everything I need, but during this time in the world, some people have started stockpiling food and water. So some staples were out of stock but the staff was trying their best to keep up the demand.

Was in tonight trying to pick a kids birthday present. It was close to closing. 1 self checkout and 1 cashier. A man walked up carrying 4 or 5 boxes if diapers. He looked at how long the lines where and went oh no.He walked out with all of them. Trued and trued to get the mgr. She keep ignoring me and other customers that was trying to tell her. She just goes well there is nothing we can really do.What there is nothing you can do.

Photo printing kiosk did not work. That kiosk couldn’t find the order. No one in the store could figure it out.Bought the Dyson vacuum on the Target app and selected in store pickup for $239. If I just bought it off the shelf it would have been $299.But although the vacuum is sitting right there on the shelf, they can’t just go get it and let me have it. It’s a 2 hour pickup window. Apparently system won’t let them do it. Customer service associate wouldn’t even let me pick up the order if I physically went myself and brought the vacuum box to them. Makes no common sense - awful customer service experience.Target in Waxahachie is 0 for 2 on Black Friday. They better figure it out quick, because I’m looking at Amazon first next time I need something.

I came in to shop for three people on three different gift registries and they had EVERYTHING I was looking for in stock! Even found it all without asking for help - so organized and easy! Just added to the million reasons I already love Target.

This is my favorite store!! Every single person is friendly, kind and helpful! When I enter the store, I am greeted by someone- even if it’s the person organizing the baskets! While walking the store, everyone is friendly and smiling! I am here once a week and the staff at this store is exactly what keeps me coming back! I will spend the extra money for the excellent customer service just to grocery shop at this Target!

The store is clean, items are easy to find, and it is easy to get in and out. I love the Target Red Card rewards that I get and the gift cards they give you when you purchase certain items.

CLEAN STOCKED NICE!

Serious breakdown in quality control at this location. Starting with Starbucks it’s constantly filthy especially when the manager is working and her excuse is she just can’t keep up. The other girls working can so why can’t she? Now to produce. They are not removing expired food and it has happened three times now. I get home start unloading things and notice something funny check the label and sure enough it’s expired. Yogurt, bacon and creamer so not just one item. If I wanted to shop at Walmart I would. Please fix this soon!!

Love that Target has a variety of the one item I’m looking for. Great customer service, employees ask if I need help and the cashiers are always cheerful! And it’s a bonus that there’s a Starbucks inside; can shop and sip at the same time.

I love Target! Its clean, well-stocked, good customer service. I would like to see them widen their grocery selections, however. I believe it only recently became a Super Target and when it was expanded there was no additional building. I think Id like to see a larger building so we could have a full size grocery!

You pay for quality. Im going to write corporate about the Customer Service here in Waxahachie, absolutely top notch. Far better than my experience in Cedar Hill.

We were able to pickup the order very quickly and when we have items shipped we received those items quickly also. We are very happy with the quality of the merchandise, too.

CUSTOMER SERVICE! Everyone at THIS Target store is always so helpful and if an employee sees me they always ask if Im finding everything okay. Customer Service is key! I live closer to the Waco store but I will always go to the one in Waxahachie because of the friendliness!

There us a certain brush that works great on my daughters hair and Target is the only place that has it, Wet Brush. Otherwise I would not shop at Target because of their letting men into ladies restrooms. I dont agree with this and never will

I love Target in general and this is a decent Target, clean and well stocked for the most part. The staff can be hit or miss either great customer service or totally awful, so bad Ive had to ask for management to air my grievances with staff, however its the lesser of two evils considering Walmart is my only other option for big box stores in my area.

Staff are very polite. I found several shoes that I liked but there was only one shoe in the box so the young lady helped look for the mate. We couldnt find it so the she called the cedar hiHi store and had them to hold it for me. Love target in Waxahchie.

This is a nice store. Has a Starbucks inside and the usual Target snack bar. They carry grocery items as well as the usual Target goods, but this is not a large (SuperTarget) store. Service is always good and the store is always clean.

I like shopping at Target. The first place I start is at their inside Starbucks location by the entrance. I need my mojo for shopping! Its much nicer to shop here than at a larger crowded store. They play good music that keeps you in great spirits while getting things you need. I do wish they had a larger grocery market inside with cheaper prices. The store is always clean and easy to navigate. The staff has always been nice and helpful.

Misleading on website for store hours. Shows open at 8:00 am, but was stopped at the door at 8:05 by a guy saying that they are open now for most vulnerable and those with underlying health conditions. This should be noted on the website. Not everyone lives 5 minutes from the store to just go back home and wait until allowed to enter.

The Starbucks is super nasty when ordering a drink I told the worker there was a bunch of flies and gnats in the display case along with molded bread she then told me well it doesn’t matter it’s just a display case well it’s not it makes me scared to order food or my drink cause it shows the level of cleanliness you have and they have none I’m so shocked that a target would let there Starbucks be so nasty 🤢

Target is a great place to walk in only needing one thing and walk out with $200 of unknown stuff. I actually make myself not go to target. I save money that way.

Alexa in customer service needs to be retrained. I had an item with tags that I was asking if she could look up for me so I could possibly order. Nope she wont. Will not. Its considered a target dollar spot item. They wont even look in the back, website, computer anything. - stated loudly and rudely in front of other customers. There was absolutely no reason for her bizarre attitude. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me not to bother. Hes going to agree with me. Then when she called him on the walkie talkie she said I was demanding to know when it would be in and being a problem. What?! That wasnt what I said at all and I asked to speak to him. John the manager came and spoke to me. Such an amazing manager! He was able to look up the item and tell me how I can look it up but it said on his computer discontinued. The experience with him was so friendly and wonderful. I didnt get the item but he treated me like a person. Idk what Alexas problem is but someone needs to talk to her.
