VERY poor craftmanship!! I had to bring my car back to them 3 times before they finally got it somewhat right. Runs all over the paint, plaster not leveled out . Over spray all over, scratches in my light assembly because they didnt tape off and were careless!! 8th grade workmanship!! One of the body men apparently owned a shop somewhere in South America. Well, we have higher standards here in the U.S.. On different occasions they lost and couldnt find my keys!! 1st time I went to pick my car up they had left it outside over night with the doors unlocked!! And every time I took it back for them to fix it right, I kept being told that a sick man worked on it. Not to mention they dont clean up there mess. I had plaster and dust all over my interior!! Hillside used to be the very best around untill it changed ownership years back!! Everything about these people are an absolute joke!! I if I could send pictures I would. Absolutely unprofessional and the lowest of quality work. Do not take your vehicle here!!! I wish I had remembered Manders Auto body in Waukesha. They are terrific! And if you read there reviews,, youll read nothing but good quality and professional work they do!!

Kindergarten level paint work and panel alignment. I actually cant believe this is the work they put out. The product they use must be the least expensive product available. The paint looks flat not shiny. The dirt nibs and texture is laughable. The panel alignment is ..........wow. lets just say Ive seen better in year one of autobody school

Only place I will take my cars for maintenance or car accident. They are very honest and family owned which makes me want to support more. I call all the time and they always are patient with me. Not one bad thing to say.

This people will take advantage of you. They tell you that they will fix your problem but, later you will find out that they just cover-up. THEY DON’T FIX THEY COVER-UP

I called hillside to find out some info about getting my emissions tested, and off the bat, they were friendly and patient on the phone. I headed over there for emissions, and on the way there, I noticed my power steering in my 96 Tahoe was off. I mentioned it to the guy, and he checked the fluid for me. He showed me that the hoses were leaking, and recommended replacing both of them. However, he wasnt trying to push me to do it there. He filled the fluid and then gave me a water bottle of fluid to keep in the truck until I could fix it. I am a female that has previously had some bad experiences at car shops, and I was really impressed with them. He treated me fairly and like an equal, and although I think I can replace the hoses at home, I would go there for any other repair I cant handle myself. The best Ive been treated regarding anything auto related ever!

Brought in an Altima with more damage than we thought. Worked with Stacy, Great customerservice and they did nice autobody work. Worked with our insurance company and even managed to get us a rental durring the time of maintenance. Would highly recommend !

Replaced my tail light and it had a leak. Thought it was cracked so they ordered another one. I was watching when they were replacing it and I noticed that there was not a gasket on one of the bulbs. That was what was causing the leak.

***AVOID*** wavy body filler, new bumper cover lose, mismatched paint all acceptable to this company. Work looks like a D from High School shop class.

Not honest people especially when you talk to the owner. I pay $3000 to fix some rust and to install a body kit. 6 months later everything camback, both bumpers installed wrong parts falling off. They paint the car but when you open the door you see where they miss.They didnt want to correct there mistakes
