Do not use this place!! Unlicensed mechanics do a lot of the work. I have been ripped off more than once. Im telling you do not use this place as they are dishonest. If something goes wrong with the work they do, they will yell at you and theyll try to somehow blame you as if its your fault. I trusted them more than once and paid the price by losing hundreds of dollars. If youre in a position to lose a lot of money, go ahead and take your car in!!

Really Bad experience unfair guy I spent 2000$ and they still didnt fix what they said they will fix plus they gave me the to drive it and its leaking antifreeze once I got to Chicago the car was all smokes I regret taking ma car there so unhappy

Rich and friends worked on my husbands E46 BMW for the three years he was stationed in the Great Lakes. My husband is a huge BMW enthusiast and always says the last real BMW died with the E46. Every beemer made after that is just a people pleaser. Every time my husband came back from the shop, he was beyond excited to take the car out on a windy road. He got multiple custom upgrades to his suspension system for prices we could have only imagined in California; not to mention the time it gave him and I to bond an get him away from the damn cars. RIch and his crew also did the routine maintenance of the car. Do not be fooled though my husband would only worked on his car however he is in the military and left all his tools back in California. So he had to compromise and find a quality mechanic. He stumbled upon rich by mere coincidence when his radiator failed on him after only 2,000 mi of a replacement oem radiator. Since then the rest has been history. If i am not mistaken i believe him and rich still keep in touch from time to time. So if you are looking for an honest mechanic that will give you better prices than any indy shop or dealer for the exact same repairs and OEM parts at a cheaper price than go here. Our like my husband use to tell the other guys on base if your a true BMW enthusiast than take it from me. One beemer enthusiast to another the mechanic Rich is also a bmw enthusiast. Dont believe me then go check it out for yourself. Rich from my husband and I thank you for taking such good car of the cars and giving him more time to be with me instead of the cars!
