I was politely greeted by a female worker as I was shopping. It’s quite a few items on the show floor. Be mindful some of the items are already sold (there will be a “Sold” sticker on them), but feel free to ask because they do have additional items in the back. I wish I knew the female worker who assisted me, but she was very helpful with pretty nails! Very good customer service. They even loaded my items in my vehicle for me. A place worth checking out!

Horse right here my name is Robert Harris and I shopped at the cactus Precinct store and my salesperson Miss Luna she was extremely professional she assisted me and showed me multiple payment plans but not only that I was looking for a purchase for my daughter shes 4 years old and I know shes going to get older and she recommended that I should go with a set that would allow her to grow up with into her teen years I was extremely pleased and satisfied she made me want to make this purchase she assisted me with the options of payment she went over various options of payments not only that she was very patient extremely professional and I am overly ecstatic with Mark purchase Im African-American male and I was truly pleased with the time she took to assist me with the purchased and Im sure my wife will be extremely satisfied maybe even jealous but this Luna was truly a professional I will be referring friends coworkers and other family members and I will direct them to mrs. I went to Caktus for a mattress and found a nice soft mattress on display, I let the person in the front know and they told me that they did not have it in stock and that they would have to order it. So, I went through with the order and they told me it would arrive somewhere between noon. I called and called again and it didnt end up arriving until 7pm. Anyways, I took the mattress home and realized that it was a different mattress, not wanting to deal with the hassle of taking it back and making a big deal about it, I chose to keep it but it is wrong that they do this to their customers and unprofessional. The woman who took care of me was nice but ultimately, they failed to fulfill the needs I walked into the store with.

Good service from the staff when my wife and I bought a sofa set. They were able to suggest different models to our likes. Finally we picked the right one and were happy with our purchase. Well be back for sure! Highly recommended.

Went to by a mattress...inside the store they had a really firm soft mattress and the one they sold us was very hard and uncomfterable. When we told the sales person named araceli about the different mattresses she lied and said they were the same just different design...did not appreciate the dishonesty and would not recommend to ever make business with this place AGAIN.... DO NOT SHOP THERE THEY ARE FRAUDS
