Both Robert and Matt were extremely helpful and friendly from the time I made the phone order to the pickup of my items. I appreciated Matts humor and assistance finding an item I did not think of. He carried items to my car without prompting and appreciated my business. We shared a few laughs, making the experience (during a pandemic) easy and enjoyable. I will definitely choose this local business over a big box store again!

I had wainscoting custom built and carelessly bought cheaper paint at another hardware store. No matter what I did, it looked terrible! I went to Sherwin Williams and the clerk guided me through the process and what paint I should use as well as primer and the right brush to use. It now looks beautiful thanks to Sherwin Williams products and the great staff. Lesson learned--I will never shop for paint anywhere else!

Rude staff that wouldnt sell me the flooring I wanted unless I had an account and they wanted to deal with the contractor. Wouldnt even give me the price of item or look it up. Than having to deal with them on the phone. Very rude and unprofessional. I was at work, and the person kept the box number I had for the flooring. After stating that I was at work, the service member stated well so am I! I told them Im going to Home Depot and hung up. I will NEVER go back!

Could not understand why all the Sherwin-Williams stores could not have my stain info on line . Have used this same stain for over 20 yrs. and the watertown ny store only had my deck stain on file and could not get my house stain from the Massena store????
