My wife and I havent been in this store since probably the early 2000s so we decided to check it out and we were both surprised at all the cool stuff they had in there. Besides movies and 💿they had allot of other cool stuff. Definitely give it a look.

Always find what we are looking for & at a good price!! We collect Pop figures, not only do they have almost anyone you can think of, FYE usually has Pop figures in sale or buy1 get 1 half off.. One of the only stores left, that you can still found CDs & DVDs..

They have a decent selection of DVDs and albums and merchandise from your favorite TV shows.

Not the store’s fault because nobody is buying them as much but I could have sworn 6-7 years ago this FYE and the one in Milford had a much bigger and better CD/Vinyl selection. Now there’s mostly trendy things like Pop Funkos and cheesy graphic tees. Still some cool stuff here though but I miss when you could find music a lot more easily.

Over priced staff doesnt care anymore

The staff was very nice I asked for like were the gat like x men and power rangers stuff and the directed me to them

If you want to feel 20 years younger, just go! Always fun stuff. We spent an hour there, couldve been there longer. Staff was pretty cool but let you just shop

I love bringing my anime obsessed kids here! Its even better when the staff bonds with them over anime. Prices could be better.

Went here and heard them play Discord by Eurobeat Pony. That took me back to the early 2010s and I cant tell if Im happy about it or weirded out by it.

Had a lot more in there than I thought. Not just music and DVDs. but gifts and clothing. Posters, toys, or collectables. I was pleasantly surprised by what they had to offer. Pricing varied. Somethings were well priced and others not. Overall I liked the look and feel.

Yesterday I was just browsing around, and I noticed a few things. The items in the store are easy to find. The customer Service is amazing. The store Manager was working alone that morning, but I swear she was everywhere! No one complained about having to wait! Everyone that morning left the store satisfied.Now if the store manager is Customer Servicing like the Flash, Then the rest of the team must be the Justice League of America. (without Batman) Watching her help customers with such ease has made me want to become their Batman. But shush... Thats a secret!

Bought headphones in store. I wanted to exchange the wireless headphones for wried ones. Wasnt allowed to return or exhange. This place is totally and completely shady. All I wanted was to exchange the item. I didnt even want a refund. From now on I will shop at a store that actually values its customers. This is the exact reason why Amazon is putting rinky dink places like this out of business.

FYE in the brass Mill Mall happens to be one of the best games stores and video games and music stores out there if they dont have it they can get it for you

Had a lot of interesting stuff that I have not been able to find in places like hot topic or Spencers. Little pricey but still a really nice place to shop.

Its hard to go in that store cuz you dont want to leave empty handed. If youre a collector there are so many items to choose from. And the prices are very good.

Love the store and all the fan swag/unique items, just double check any food/candy items. All the candy I was going to purchase was past its expiration date.

Not too many places, where you can buy music and movies, nowadays, with the internet. Theyve got a good selection. Whats not available, can be ordered and brought to ther store or your doorstep. One thing I dislike, is their filing system for their cds. But with the help of an associate, their able to find it. I am a firm believer of HOLDING the item in your hands like the old days. Theres nothing personal about digital downloads. I like to hold, open the package, look at the pictures and read the inserts. Stop into FYE and pick up what youre looking for!

While this is still a place to find pretty much whatever media you are looking for, IMO it is a shame to see how much the store has reduced its video and music stock for toys. Business is business though.
