Some of the least knowledgeable people I have ever seen. They want your money and don’t care what happens after that. Don’t try to return anything, even if they gave you the wrong book, they will not let you.Reply: I have already been told there is nothing that can be done. Your response is damage control. Do not purchase your books here! Purchase your books from Amazon, and collect your financial aid refund a few months later! Amazon has a return policy that actually makes sense and customer service that will actually help you. THE STAFF HERE WILL INSULT YOU RATHER THAN HELP
