To start, they advertise 14.95 oil changes outside the building on a roll out advertisement and on their website. When I came in yesterday, they had the roll out advertisement in front of the building, but when I asked for that deal I was told they were out of that oil so Id have to get the $20 oil change. Which is fine. Just dont advertise it in front of the building if you dont have whats needed to fulfill. Also, maybe turn on the ac in the waiting room. I was sweating the entire time I was there. And other customers came in and immediately commented on the temperature in the waiting area.Beyond that, once they finished I got in my car. There is a heel print from an oily shoe in my floorboard, and my steering wheel was covered in oil. I had to pull out napkins and do my best to wipe all the oil off before I even pulled out of the parking lot.I drove from there 20 minutes to a friends house. When I stopped in front of my friends place, smoke billowed out from under my hood in a way that could only make me think I had a massive engine fire going on. When I popped the hood it turns out the genius tech WAY overfilled the oil and it had sprayed out of the cap all over the inside if the engine bay and was burning off every hot surface it touched. I wont ever return to this place. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Couldnt pass up the deal. Ended up biting me in every way possible from start to finish.

I went a year ago to get some work done for my car. I had been having problems with my struts and they needed to be replaced. They also replaced my rotors and brakes. It took three days to replace everything. It was fine for three months and then I heard my struts starting to get worse. I took it to another local mechanic and he said that they put cheap parts in and that it wasn’t done well. They overcharged and the quality was not good. I went back because my receipt said I had warranty on the struts. The new owner was nice but he said he couldn’t guarantee that he could give me warranty on the part. I would have been okay with it but when I spoke with him before going he said he could replace it for $175. Knowing what he told me I went in person and he starts saying how he doesn’t know if he can guarantee the warranty that was on the receipt. I was upset because I went at 9am and drove from Arlington for him to tell me to go back at 1 or 2 pm. He said he’d call and see what he could do about it. He took my receipt and never called back. I called several times and there was no answer. This place is unreliable and does not keep their word. I understand that ownership changed but he still told me he could do it even when I told him that I had gone a year ago. I am upset because I waited almost all day for him to call back to see if he could replace the struts. Now I’m stuck having to find another place when I could’ve been doing that since the morning if he was straight up with me to begin with. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I would give this place a zero if I could.

Amazing service and great people. i was recently in an accident and my insurance didn’t cover the damage. They fixed all of my car problems and saved me a ton of money while doing so. I’m forever grateful to care one auto and their new management. I really recommend this shop.

Under new ownership as of 10-1-19. Very honest and dependable. I dont have to worry about bait & switch sales tactics. They had a chance to gouge me on a brake job, but told me straight up that I had some miles to go before it was critical that I get it done.Fair prices.

2002 GMC Sierra. Came in with brake issues and years of ignored maintenance. Chris got my truck driving like new and kept me updated through the whole process. I’m so glad I have finally found a steady repair shop. Chris is not trying to up sell you and is only interested in getting your vehicle running correctly.

The new owner is upfront and honest with you. He also worked with me on the cost for all the things I needed fixed on my car. I would highly recommend CarONE auto under this ownership to anyone.

Weve been looking for a good mechanic for quite some time now, after being ripped off a few times by multiple different ones.I feel like weve finally found one. Chris just bought this place October 1st and seems to be a good guy just trying to be the neighborhood mechanic.We had brake issues with our van and he was the most affordable around, and we called alot. He also assisted my husband out of the kindness of his heart with something on his truck (an easy fix but none the less). They seem to do just about everything you would ever need done on any vehicle, even tires.I hope that Chris remains a humble, honest man that the community can depend on, we will be loyal and send everyone we know there, if so!Again, thank you careone and we will be back for our future vehicle needs!

Sign says $14.95 oil change.Our truck holds 8 quarts, so we were informed there would be an additional charge for the extra oil which is completely understandable.We were quoted $60 for the service, and charged $105. $105 for an oil change.Not only will we not bring this truck back, but none of our other 6 vehicles.I would not recommend this place to anyone, for anything.

This is the only maintenance shop I go to now. We have been taking our SUVs here for about a year. They provide fast service and are always polite. Lots of comfortable seating in the waiting area.

We got break repair here on the family minivan and was well taken care of by the new owner, Chris. He even said they kept the pads and rotors for us to inspect so we knew he wasnt ripping us off. He did our alignment too which pulled horribly to the right. Now our breaks are perfect and alignment is on point, no problems. I really knew he was a good guy though when, after quoting some work on my truck the same day, he and one of his mechanics, Charles, offered to help me with re-threading my lug nut stud, which I was trying to do in his parking lot myself to save money. He had me bring my truck in the bay and Charles took my thread die, jacked up my truck, and had it done in 10 minutes, free of charge. Chris said his goal is to build long term customers, and damnit he found one. A+ gentlemen.

This place sucks! Just went in to get my A/C a checked and an oil change and they said that I needed a new part for A/C so I ordered it and they put it on and it still wouldnt work, even after I spent $60 on the part that I obviously didnt even need. Then they supposedly filled up my freon too and this took like 3 hours for them to check then they said my compressor was out and it was gonna be like $2,000 to fix. So I left very unhappy and upset. Then I went to Hunters Auto for a 2nd opinion and they said all I needed was freon because it was low. So they filled it up and now its working! Hunters Auto also said that I had I too much oil in my car because Care One put too much in it when I got an oil change. So I definitely would not recommend taking your car here at all. They may be cheap but they dont know what they are doing. So its better to go somewhere else then to take any risks from them.

Wow! I was very impressed with the courtesy and attitude of those guys. I went there last Saturday. The mechanic guy gave me a lot of useful information and put a lot of efforts trying to explain to me the issue my car had, and the options I can go for. This place is really different. Shortly after this shop first opened, I came in to get my brake pads replaced, and now I wont take my car anywhere else. Yesterday, I went in for an oil change and asked them to look at a leak theyd brought to my attention the last time I was in. I came back today to get the larger repair done, and they did it in less time than they estimated, which is fantastic! They are fast, reliable, and go over what repairs are needed in detail. Ive never had a mechanic physically show me where the problem is before, and I sincerely appreciate the effort they go through to show you the issue and then explain what it will take to fix it. Their customer service is top-tier: They have never talked down to me when discussing repairs/maintenance of my car (other mechanics have), and they are always very accommodating. They dont ever try to sell me something else or recommend I get things done that I dont NEED to get done. Their pricing also cant be beat. I always tell my friends to come here when they need their cars serviced, as well.

This is a terrible group of mechanics and ownership. They messed up something as simple as O2 sensors and afterwards would not pay for the further damage they committed. I went from paying $500 to $1700 after these idiots sent me to the mechanic next door to fix their screw ups. Initially the owner told me he would cover it, but after the work had been done he tucked his tail and ran. I even offered to cover $400 of the bill, which wasn’t my fault to begin with and they still refused. STAY FAR AWAY from these idiots!

This is a place you can trust. I have been here a few times through out this month and have not been messed around with my old truck. Very honest folks.

Went in yesterday to have an alignment and oil change. I had just come from down the block where the counter guy was so condescending about my lack of car knowledge that I walked out. Everyone I dealt with at CareONE was so nice and helpful. I even got the more expensive oil change because of how hard they worked to educate me on what my car needed. I look forward to taking my car back for regular maintenance.

They advertise and offer state inspections. But each week we go there, they give us some excuse that they cant do it and blame it in different things.

Went in for an oil change and an A/C service check. Oil change came out good but the attendant told me that there was a considerable leak in my service ports and yet he pulled some refrigerant and then topped it off. He didnt charge me for the A/C check. I left and the A/C seemed no different than before and the next day barely blew any cold air. I took to another service place and they checked it, replaced the schrader valves and filled it up with a pound of refrigerant. Everything was good to go. They didnt charge me which was a blessing and probably a forewarning.Shouldve known that this place knew nothing about A/C systems since their own lobby was hot as Hades.

DO NOT GO HERE! I came in to replace the brake pads on the front tires of my Cadillac before going on a 20 hour road trip. When they put on the calipers, they did not tighten the bolts. About three hours into the trip, I heard a weird sound coming from the front left tire, so I pulled over to figure out what it was. The bolts were gone and the caliper was out of place. I thank God that we pulled over before the brake lines gave up which would have caused a terrible accident. We had to call a tow truck, and because we were already hours into our trip, we were too far for our insurance to cover it. The next day, we contacted Care ONE, and they seemed very apologetics, even admitting to their mistake. They replaced them again, and we went off, though there was still a weird noise. When we arrived at our destination, we took it to a car shop, and they told us that the bolts they put on we werent the right fit. Care NOW had promised to give us our money back and pay for our town truck when we returned. The owners, Sam and Alex, gave us their numbers, where they constantly messaged us that they had our money. Every time we went to pick up our money, they werent there and just kept bailing, or pushing it to the next day. This when on for weeks until they stopped returning our texts and phone calls.WE ARE STILL, AFTER TWO MONTHS, WAITING FOR OUR MONEY.

I highly recommend this place as I was very pleased with their service. The price was fair and they were very honest in everything they said to me.

Physical ship is ok, however they pushed me towards synthetic blend oil for oil change in my vehicle and customer service is terrible. I have had situations where they falsely pushed me for higher price product options. Do your study before you go to this shop to service your vehicle.

My Wife works next to this place and tells me she is Afraid to walk home for break because the guys that work here cat call inappropriate things and whistle at her, she even had a guy follow her half way home and try to give her a ride, These guys are not Professionals and I’d be afraid to send my, Wife, Daughter, Niece, or even my sister to a place like this.
