As a female consumer it is rare to find honest, respectful, vehicle repair vendors that explain and answer your questions without assuming you have no idea what they are talking about. Both Billy and Billy Jr were willing to take my calls after repair to discuss mechanic questions I had about a different issue they were not asked to repair in the original fuel pump replacement. I have asked around and found out they were very fair if not exceptional in there pricing. Thank you guys! I will be back if that truck needs anything else repaired. Knock on wood it wont. Satisfied female customer. You are a rare find!

Such great guys. I was directed to them from another local shop, they were described as a good shop in the area. The owner is very nice and upfront, and was very honest with me. My car had multiple issues so the owner called me before doing any work. Poor guy, I had him check so many things. His work was done in a timely manner and he kept me up to date on everything. Man I love this shop.

Went to one place prior, on 377, for an estimate which was $4200.00. A couple of days later I took it to Bartholomews. He checked it out and told me what was needed and the price came out to $467. Ive driven the car 200 miles as of today and no issues and no lights coming on for check engine. The owner is awesome and honest and keeps you up-to-date on anyting. I would highly recommend.

Been taking my cars to Bill for over 15 years. Always timely, professional, and straight forward. He never tries to tack on unwarranted repairs, one of the few honest shops around. I will never send my car anywhere else if I need a repair!

My car started reeking of gasoline inside the car as I was driving, therefore I found the closest mechanic in the area hoping for a good mechanic that wouldnt try to rip me off. The shop was about to close but the last mechanic at the shop offered to check it free of charge. He found a huge leak and fixed it in less than 5 mins also free of charge. Even though the leek was very evident and the hose only needed to be cut at the end where the leak was, I very much appreciate his kindness and service. Now I, and my family members, know where to go when in need of a good mechanic.

I was just amazed again today at how trustworthy these guys are! I wont get into specifics, but they are incredible. I am nursing a car on its last legs. Each time I bring ol blue in to them, they are able to fix it for a reasonable time and price. And, they are always on the up and up. As a woman, I also appreciate how they explain the problems that need fixing in a way that I can understand. It is also convenient that I can drop off and pick up my car after hours. I highly recommend these guys!
