I have been going to Discount Tire for a long time, from the other place they were at, to this one. There are times when I go to different places, but every time I come back I am treated with respect from all of the personnel that wait on me. They still had me in the computer. And that is alot from this older person.I feel like I was given the best product & price considering these times when things are sky high.I was real close to needing new tires, and they did not try and sell me anything. They still have the great deals, free tire repair (if applicable) and rotation. I just wish they did alignments there, would make it alot easier, instead of having to go somewhere else for that. I will continue to always keep them as my tire go to.Thanks to all the personnel that helped me today from the front counter to the guys that took care of my truck/tires.

Had to deal with a person named Jake and later after the second visit person named Alex.. the first trip there... They fixed the wrong side tire and charged my wife for a new one..... So Im the type to give somebody a second chance... After being told a second time the simple flat couldnt be repaired... they let my wife leave their shop with a new tire with 14 lb of air in it... Instead of the label which said 35 lb on the inside drivers door... They should have noticed the TPS warning on my wifes dash ...but they were probably too worried about covid to do their job and safety 100%.... Personally I will never shop again at this store I do not trust their installers nor do I like the attitude of their management especially two people named Alex and Jake.

Hands down, this Discount Tire location is the best in this area. Amazing customer service! You wont be disappointed. I have been to several locations and this is the only one that always goes above and beyond whats expected. Thank you to Chris, Alex and the rest of the crew. You guys ROCK!

When i pulled up to Discount Tire, an associate immediately attended me. As I explained my issue with my tire, he was able to immediately look me up, confirmed warranty and replaced my tire. They also went out of the way to rebalance and rotated my tires. Wait time was exceptional. Thank you Discount Tire!

Jake is a great asset to this company! I dont leave many reviews but Jake went above and beyond. My wife came in with 2 missing lug nuts and he quickly put new ones on, checked her remaining lug nuts, and checked her tire pressure and all for free. We will be forever customers at this location thanks to Jake.

Bill whom I believe to be the store manager of this location is very friendly and very helpful. Every time I have gone to this location Bill and his team have gone out of their way to help me. If you go into this discount tire in a bad mood, you can almost expect to walk out in a better mood because of the friendly faces and friendly staff. Everyone has a positive attitude at this location and is more than eager to assist you with anything you need. Bill even recommended a muffler shop for me to go visit to get exhaust work done on my truck. Bill even went out of his way to find me the phone number and exact address to the location. This discount tire always exceeds my expectations. In my personal opinion, out of all the discount tire stores I’ve been to, this is the best location.

First I should mention I deal with shops all the time as Im in the automobile industry The other day I needed help and I reached out to my neighbors here at the discount tire local on Rufe Snow theyve been my go-to when I need to get a vehicle fixed quickly or tires put on it quickly or tire lights or whatever it may be at the time I have to say I went in the other day and the young lady I believe her name was Amanda came out quickly assessed the situation and got me back up and running in no time she was very courteous professional and made me feel like I was being taken care from the time I got there to the time I left I noticed very courteous attentive and sincere wanting to help the customers you guys and gals keep this up you got my business for life if the names not Amanda Im sorry Im bad with names

I have been coming to this location for two years just never left a review. The staff here is always nice and professional. The leadership staff is nice and offer you the best advice to get the best deals. Jeff helped me out when I needed to replace my lug nuts. I just replaced my tires and Joe along with the other staff member helped me out with what tires I should go with along with the best deal so that helped a lot because who wants to spend money on new tires; they’re expensive. But I went with the best deal not the cheapest so think about that if you replace your tires. Before my tires were replaced I did have them fix a flat during another visit and the center peace to my wheel was missing. I returned the next following week and without questions asked Chris called Ford to order a new center peace. From my experience here you should not experience any trouble from this location and they are willing to help. Honestly I have been to several Discount Tires in Little Elm, Plano, Lewisville, and Aubrey and never had a bad experience.

Very fast and helpful service

Been using Discount Tire for years. Went in today and was treated very professionally. They fixed the screw in one tire and gave me good options for replacing two others. Will continue to use them in the future. They were also very fast, only took 30-40 minutes to get me in and out.

These guys are great!They covered a large portion of my tire replacement for the 4 tires on my car the tire mileage warranty, gave me a great price for all 4 of my work truck tires and when 1 of them wasnt in stock, they put one on as a temp and scheduled to swap it the next week. Went in today for the swap and they threw the temp tire in and replaced my spare for free!Wonderful customer service, probably the 7th or 8th set of tires Ive bought from them over the years and they always go above and beyond to ensure a great experience, warranty and free rotations. They want you to sit in the parking lot in your car while you can see two people standing inside, one person sitting on a stool on his phone, gets handed my ticket, looks around and sits back down on his phone then another guy goes to him and then they pass is back and forth as if neither of them what’s to do it. Both stand there on their phones for a minute then finally come to get my car. If you don’t want to work on tires, you should not work at a tire store! I believe that would be common sense.

Staff really friendly and helpful yesterday super fast! Today when I went back for the tire I ordered but they didnt have. The wait was really long and they were sorry that I had to wait so long. Still I like the place just the waiting I wasnt expecting to be so long.

I had a small utility tire today and they fixed it immediatly and refused to charge me. I must say I am a long standing customer and they always treat all their customers with high respect.

Today I just went in to see if they could see the problem with my front right tire that is not being eegistered in my dashboard. At first they said that it was just the air pressure and that we could get it done in no time. But after they checked the air pressure they then proceeded to say everything was fine when we still clearly had a problem, they then told us to park so we can be atended. A young lady came to try and help but she did not do a good job in explaining, she then claimed to go check their system and she did not come out until 45 minutes after just to attend someone who came afterwards. I was just fine with that but the thing that annoyed me the most is that once she was done I called for her three times and she ignored me for all of it. I essentially wasted my time because I could have checked the pressure at home with my dad. So overall pretty bad service.

They were super friendly and took care of the nail in my tire very quickly. I will definitely come back!

This staff is so wonderful and helpful! I never write reviews, but they blessed me so much today that I had to get on here to say thank you. I just got laid off at work and have no idea how Im going to pay my bills this month, but one of my tires is so bad that I knew I needed to change it to be able to go to job interviews safely, so I came here. Turns out I had another tire that was barely hanging in there, too, with low tread and a nail in it. Kelvin worked with me and gave me an incredible deal to help me be able to afford to replace BOTH tires and be safe on the road. I broke down in tears when he told me they could help me. I have never been one to ask for help, but being laid off so unexpectedly has wrecked me. The fact that these gentlemen cared enough about my safety that they were willing to do whatever it took to help me get back out on the road in good condition is a huge testament to the kind of people that work here. They are kind, honest, caring, and also extremely quick and efficient. I will not go anywhere else for tires now. Kelvin, Jimmy, and the rest of the team have earned a lifetime customer through their kindness, generosity, and understanding today. Hard times hit the best of us, but knowing that there are caring people in the world who will reach out and lend a helping hand to those in need gives me hope. Been going there for a few years now for all my tire and wheel needs, ever since the old location. I own two cars and drive at least 60k miles a year. Sad to see Dustin move to a different location but the team and managers are consistently striving to help and was never disappointed with the services they provide. Already bought a handful sets of tires and some wheels. Prices are competitive, they do price match, and they also replace tire pressure sensors free of charge with the purchase of new tires. Other complimentary services are available too.

Had to order tires but they were delivered the same day. Manny was very quick to call and let us know of arrival. We then set up appointment for installation. This location is well staffed, very efficient and informative.

We were in a jam and needed some tires mounted. Chad was very respectful and stepped up to help us out right before they closed! One of the best experiences we have had at Discount. They Rock!!!!!!

This place is awesome! They presented me with several tires and statistics on each including the average life of the tires. They told me about different sizes of the tire that I wanted to get me a better price and didn’t try to get me to spend money on stuff I didn’t want. They got me in and out in about 30-45 minutes including instillation. These people really care about customers and I was absolutely astounded about their customer care. They also have an awesome post-purchase policy where they balance, rotate, and repair tires until you get new ones. They are awesome!

Visited this location to get a screw removed and patched from a fairly new tire that was recently purchased from another nearby discount tires location. A few days later the tire went flat. I discovered the same screw still in the tire. Patched the tire myself. Going to Hamms next time I need tires.
