Had some work done on my 2019 mustang. Had a minor altercation of a Jeep Gladiator backing into my car. Just a couple of small debts/small scratches. Body Rocks Paint & Body got her fixed up, great and open communication from the office, very profession and they were easy to work with! Definitely appreciate all their help!!

This place is amazing ! If you need body work done bring your car here ! Very professional and friendly. They want their customers to be 100 percent satisfied with their work. They replaced my bumper painted it and repainted my fender as well. It looks brand new. They even cleaned the entire exterior of the car extremely well. I was a bit reluctant to point out minor issues, but when I told Jackie about two small scratches in the paint he was happy to take it back in the shop and fix it.

Jackie was very friendly. I used them based on the recommendation of my insurance company. My truck looks like new. I would have given 5 stars but it took longer than expected and an update was not given until I called. VERY PLEASED with the workmanship though.

Was told 8 business days to make do paint and body work. I showed up on the 8th business day and car was untouched. I Said I was going out of town and would be back in a week. Was told no problem we will have it ready when you get back. I showed up and it still had not been touched.I made several more visits and was told, it was almost ready every time. they had my car for 38 days. When I got it back there were swirl marks in the new paint. The headlight was replaced with a piece of junk from a junk yard...all scratched up and foggy. You can see bondo work through the paint on what was supposed to be new parts. Was never updated through the entire process. The guy blame me for when I dropped off the car. I made arrangements weeks in advance as to when they wanted me to drop off the car. Nothing but excuses, poor customer service, poor quality and dishonest, passing off used parts as new.

I had to replace the front bumper. The team did an excellent, prompt, professional and friendly service.in fact when I dropped of car at the shop Jackie gave me ride and picked me up after the car was ready. I was rear ended which caused damage to my back bumper and backup light,I took it to Body Rocks, and could not be happier with the results. They fixed everything in a timely manner and was an overall professional experience. Rocky, the manager is great to work with. If the need arises I will use them again for sure, I highly recommend.

Came for a rear bumper only repaint. Was told it was going to be better than OEM standards. Ended up getting half my car repainted in order to blend. The paint had orange peel and swirls everywhere. Color match was good but thats it. Took my car back 2 other times in good faith for them to fix the paint and I was deeply disappointed with the results everytime. I even had polished one side myself to show what I expected and still they couldnt get it right.. I fairly asked for a partial refund which I was met with being ignored. If you expect show car perfection this isnt the place.

I was hit by someone else, their insurance gave me the option of a few shops. The first choice was booked solid so they took it here. I called the shop and once it was decided my car was totaled I needed to go get my stuff. I called the shop and was told no problem we wont let them take your car without you getting your stuff I told him I would be there within two hours. I get there and the car is nowhere to be found. The woman says oh that car is gone they signed the check and took it already. There was a garbage bag next to the couch in the front office, it was papers and random items from my car. A lot of my personal items were missing. Basically it seems as though they went through the car and took anything they thought was worth it and threw the rest in a bag. My Keychain, laundry soap, sweater, beach umbrella, car port for a charger, and many other items were nowhere to be found. I also didnt get a chance to get my parking permit that is required for my job. It may seem like just stuff but its the principle.I dont appreciate having to lose my car and also losing my stuff. Also being lied to about sure come get your stuff and then its already gone. I also inquired about the keychain and was told there was never a Keychain. What do i have to lie for? My car was supposed to be fixed and so I sent it with the key. Had I known it was to be totaled I wouldnt have left everything. Although the woman did offer to call the people who took it and ask for me, they stuck to the same story we havent seen anything Otherwise poor service and I cant believe people would just take my stuff. Would never go here ever again.

I hit a huge piece of diesel tread that completely busted up my front bumper. The team at Body rocks did a fantastic job, replaced everything with new OEM parts. I purchased an aftermarket carbon fiber front lip for my vehicle and had Jackie and his team professionally install it for me. I had a different front lip prior to this new one that was installed by another body shop. They did a poor job and left gaps so I decided to come here instead.When Jackie and his team removed my old front splitters, they noticed the poor installation job that was done by another body shop. Jackie and his group was able to clean up the bad craftsmanship left behind from the previous body shop and install my new front lip successfully. Fitment was amazing and Im confident it wont go flying off if I drive 80+ mph on the highway. Thank you guys so much!

I have a Chevy C10 truck and my hood would not sit right and I tried for about a week straight to fix it myself. Jackie told me to run it by his shop and they fixed it in like 15 minutes. I went to shop with my truck because looked like someone hit my truck and pain was scratched to the metal. Jackie took a look at it, then proceeded to use water and a rag and was able to take off what appeared to be rubber on the surface. I felt stupid. He didn’t charge me and didn’t even accept an offer when I tried to buy his office dinner. They get 5 stars.

Body Rocks has had my 1970 Mustang Convertible for over a year, and it is still about 50% complete. Jackie has repeatedly lied to me about timing and getting the car finished. I am now just wanting to pick up the car and move to a shop that can finish it, and now he wants an additional 3700.00 to release the car. in addition to the 3500.00 I put down to begin the project. I was quoted 10,000 for a complete paint job. I know paint jobs take a while but 14 months is outrageous and to now be at 50% complete and yet he want 75% money to release it. Cannot give this shop any good comments. No communication from Jackie, other than stall tactics. I operate a business too and know that restorations dont pay the bills, but if you take a job, FINISH the job.In response to the owner. This is NOT a complete restoration. A complete restoration is much more extensive, and much more EXPENSIVE. I have tried to be patient and even spoke to the actual owner of the shop pleading PLEASE just finish my car, he was very little help. I want a quality paint job, I have seen many older cars come in a go and my car sits! No work on the car for weeks on end. the floor pans did get replaced, and I supplied them. The problem is no one works on the car for WEEKS. I was literally told this week that the car was in the booth when I drove by, the car had not moved from the exact position it was some weeks earlier. My intention is not to be unrealistic, but I cannot tolerate be lied to, and seemingly endless delays.
