I contacted P3 to have my 2015 Golf TDIs DSG tuned. My first call went out two months prior to a time where I had to leave Alaska to see family; after being told theyd call me back, I called back around a month later, with the same response. I called once more 2 weeks out from my departure date, once again with no call back. Finally, 2 days out from my departure date, I managed to get a hold of a mechanic who was very understanding of my situation. Not only did they have the (rare) tools needed to have my transmission properly tuned, but they even emphasized the time severity of the situation and was more than happy to hold my vehicle while I was gone in compensation for a lack of a response following up to this time. Knowing the cost of the tune before handing them the vehicle, they gave me a very reasonable price for the work that was done. They even allowed me to pick my car up on Saturday, as I had to drive back up to Fairbanks by the end of the weekend. If only I wasnt stuck up for 2 months before finally getting a hold of a mechanic, this review would have been 5 easy stars.

Very happy with everyone over at P3. Had an issue with my 2017 STi and they helped me diagnose the issue and fix my problems super quickly. Andrea is very professional and helped me through the whole process. If you have a JDM car and you don’t know who to take it to….. the place is P3. That’s where you take it.

This is the best repair shop in the Valley, probably the entire State. Andrea is the best Service Advisor I have ever met, and coming from a former Service Advisor that means something. Their Technicians have always performed the highest quality work, they are honest with their recommendations, their shop rate is the lowest I have seen in the area, and they genuinely care about their customers. It is true that they normally schedule out a bit, but in the Automotive world this is a clear indication of the quality of the shop. To all those that gave P3 anything less than 5 stars; You are delusional, you will never find better.

I was driving through Wasilla when the check engine light went on on my 2009 Jetta. The awesome team at P3 Import got me in right away and went above and beyond excellent customer service. They were quick, efficient, communicated the issues to me, and fixed the problem at a very affordable rate. The team at P3 Import is the best!

Had some troubles with my Audi, brought it more than once to p3, overcame obstacles, lots of stress having no vehicles to drive, finally the problem has been found considering the Audi s5 complexed system. one thing I do know is that they are very easy to communicate with and they will Work with you and make it work regardless of the circumstances till the problem is resolved even on short notice when they are completely booked they were able to squeeze me in. Seth and Evan are easy to talk to about any problems you may have with the vehicle and very patient I give them props. Andrea has been a huge help her energy will just put a smile on your face even if you are in a crappy mood. Seems to be running great no issues.

Just picked up my BRZ from the folks at P3. They did a supercharger install and full exhaust. Its taking some adjusting to the new drive, but so far I am beyond satisfied. Since I first heard back from Seth about a month and a half ago after inquiring about my goals for my car, he has been nothing short of helpful and patient with me throughout the entire process. Although it was mostly through email, he would respond promptly and answered all my questions, and most importantly he was honest. He worked with me for weeks until I found the parts I wanted, and at a price that met my budget. Once my parts came in and I dropped off my car they took what could have taken 3-5 days and did it in 2. I highly recommend P3 and their staff to anyone looking to enhance their vehicle. Forgive me for not remembering the name of the other gentleman who did the install, but they all took great care and told me if I needed anything at all or had questions to let them know. Thanks P3!

Brought in my Honda Passport that needed some valve cover gaskets done and from the very beginning they were up front and honest about pricing and having to special order the correct gaskets as well. Once they came in the vehicle was done in one day and as I went to go aquire the vehicle after the work was completed I noticed something was not right with the engine. I communicated with Evan my concern and he said they will get it taken care of 1st thing Saturday morning even tho technically they are not open on Saturday. I received a call from Keith that they found the problem and will actually drop the vehicle off to me at my house. Amazing customer service so far from Keith and Evan. While running a few errands with the vehicle that same day it was dropped off I noticed that the smell of burning oil was worse than before and upon further investigation noticed that one of the valve cover gaskets was not seated fully into its right position. I then proceed to drive back to P3 on a that same Saturday in hopes of catching Keith there but was able to talk with Evan instead. He informed to bring it back Monday so they can make it right. I am happy to report that they did just that on Monday and also went above and beyond to make it right to me. People can make mistakes BUT it is how you handle the situation once the mistake has been realized and P3 handled it very well. Thank you again! You have earned me as a customer with my somewhat rare Honda Passport aka Iszuz Rodeo, lol.

Great people, I took my VW Passat to them for any work I didnt do myself. I have called them with questions, and was always given direct information and advice. Only down side is their great reputation keeps them busy.

Horrible horrible customer service. Will never go back/never recommending this to anyone. The owner Seth is a liar. Will give you a date on when your car will be done then when you ask if its done, he will argue with you about how its not easy to fix cars and it takes time. expect double the time he said. The fat mechanic with the orange beard is also rude. When asked whats been done with the car, he gives you an attitude showing you and doesnt do clean work. This is a shop full of rude douches that do mediocre work, save yourself trouble and take your vehicle somewhere else.

I bought my 2015 WRX with about 12 miles on it and it always felt very uhhhh un-smooth even from the first test drive. As with any auto enthusiast I did research regarding this condition and found that a vast majority of people grab a COBB AP and have it re-flashed thus fixing the problem.The problem here in AK is that COBB doesnt offer OTS maps for the octane-of-fuel we have available, thus making a custom tune a necessity. For two years I debated having it done but talked myself out of it due to warranty concerns (voiding it in specific). I finally bit the bullet @ 61K and grabbed an AP and took it down to P3. The technician was very professional and honest with me regarding my expectations and the cost. He suggested if I had plans to add any other modifications to the vehicle to get them prior as a custom tune can run just under $500. What was nice about this is that it wasnt a pushy up-sell tactic, it was an honest recommendation that would save me money in the long run depending on my plans for my baby. On top of that he let me bring in the parts myself, so I could find the best deal. Being interested in the process of tuning, they even allowed me to hang-out and see how Seth works his Dyno-magic. He might be a cyborg with a USB port on the back of his head or something, because he absolutely changed the way my car performs and drives for the ABSOLUTE BEST.So here we are having gone to stage 2 with the vehicle, and as opposed to what most car modifications do, the tuning made the drive-ability BETTER. Im in absolute awe of how much smoother power delivery is, even at low-rpms. Without getting too technical, the technician that tuned the vehicle also setup the AP for monitoring crucial data so I could keep an eye on it and make sure everything is safe and sound during driving. Seth then suggested a couple of longevity mods that were pretty simple so I installed them myself and he emailed me an update for those modifications for convenience which I then uploaded @ home. I tried to go there and pay them for the extra hassle of remotely fixing my CEL situation (which I created), and they wouldnt take my money saying it was part of the service.TL,DR- Was worried about messing with factory programming, pleasantly surprised that the custom tune and service was a million times better than Subaru of America could ever provide.
