Seems like a good business but doesnt keep record of any vin numbers on any of the cars they serviced. Only by name and license plates... Wish they had a better documentation for records.

EGM is the only place to go!!! Not only are they honest, there customer service is amazing!! Also added bonus.... they treat their employees great!! More businesses could take a lesson from Ellie and Mark and of course Tiny ( the big boss)!!

They fixed the door handle of the car. It took 15 minutes to fix. They charged $207 for just the labor. The part was extra. I later called a friend who lives 200 yards from the facility. He told me that he went to EGM and had a similar experience. They said he had a bad head gasket and some other things that were wrong with the car. He went to another place and they said he did not need a head gasket. In fact he drove it for 4 years after that without any sign of head gasket leak. He said it was a clip joint.

Brought my car here after getting a horrible quote from Lithia Dodge dealership and they told me I didn’t need half of what I was quoted. I’m very happy with their honesty and kindness. Saved me $1800 and a lot of stress! Will be returning to have what work I do need done.

They always do great work! Rebuilt the top end in my malibu in like 5 days and did a new master cylinder and brake flush in my truck. Very versatile. Good prices and willing to work with anyone! Very friendly. 😊

Friendly family owned business who cares about helping neighbors. Spencer one of their techs is tenacious in his ability to dive into the process and search for solutions. They are prompt and professional and have two large shops to handle everything from BMW’s to HD diesels to Winnebagos!They pride themselves on excellent preventive maintenance. They have Sophisticated transmission, fuel, steering, coolant cleaning machines to renew your systems and get the most mileage from them. I have tried a number of shops in the area. Their prices are fair, they are efficient and do a great job explaining their findings and proposed solutions- allowing you, the client to make informed decisions. I definitely recommend you give them a call and see if the can help with your vehicle.

I took my vehicle in for a tuneup. They replaced all of the spark plugs wires and the fuel filter. I drove directly back to the hotel. When I went back out to the vehicle later after it had been running there was gasoline spraying everywhere underneath of the vehicle. I contacted them and the next day they came out and picked the vehicle up and took it back to the shop and made the repairs. I was very happy with how quickly they responded to my problem. However, when I pressed them in regards to what we could do to make this right… I had a bit of a fight on my hands to get them to reimburse me any of my money.

I agree with the FIVE STARS given by so many. This business needs community support so it can grow. Some of the people who previously worked for Andy at MR Lube now work here, and seem to do so because of the integrity of owner, and the dedication to quality at the shop.I was referred to EGM by someone in the know in the local auto repair community, AND THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Dont be turned away by the somewhat messy yard, owing to the fact that they also do towing, that the staff is very candid, like a fun family environment, or that they periodically use colorful language. From the top down (owner) they are very professional, straightforward, seem to really know their stuff, and they have very fair prices. They easily had the best price for they same job, compared to other shops I contacted, charging me just over $300 for a job the dealership quoted me over $600. They also quoted me the book labor time for the job, when the dealership up-coded the job to more hours than the book states for the repair. And then, they actually seemed to charge me near their own cost for the part, with minimal markup. I fully expect and feel it is absolutely fair for the shop to have somewhat of a markup on all parts, depending on how much legwork and expertise involved in getting the part, and even just a general markup to pay the business expenses is perfectly OK, IMO. But the amount they charged me for the exact same part from the exact same manufacturer was less than Autozone, which was the lowest I found among the car part shops, so they couldnt be marking it up much, as far as I can see.Anyway, bottom line, I couldnt be more pleased with their service. They also seem very practical, willing to troubleshoot to get it right, and have the integrity to not sell you something you dont need. They got me in fast, and completed the job faster than anyone else quoted me, all on a day that much of their staff was out midday volunteering delivering 270 boxes (I think) of food to the elderly. Anyway, bottom line, I couldnt be more pleased with their service to the customer and the community. This shop ROCKS!

Great staff that work there. Any mistake they make (which they dont make very often) they fix immediately. Very fast and efficient workers. I called like thirty minutes before they closed to set up an appointment for the next day(oil change) and he told me to bring it in and he had it done in less than the thirty minutes before they closed. My whole family goes here for any car needs

They were able to tow my car from out of town back to the shop, they left as soon as they got the call. Fixed my alternator and thoroughly checked my car after I mentioned possible other issues. They are a great crew, I highly recommend EGM automotive!

So far they seem very personable and Mark is up front about pricing.They also got me in with a quick opening AND sending a tow for a nominal fee, as I am sick.Looking forward to seeing how much less they can come in with repair costs than the dealership! Will update.UPDATE: Mark called to discuss what needed to be done and pricing before he did any thing else.Gave him the go ahead and he said he could have it done in 3 hours. It was ready yesterday!He and the lead mechanic, Josh, sat in the office and went over everything with me.They expounded on questions, fully and detailed.Very professional, respectful and set expectations. Didnt feel rushed or made to feel ignorant.I snuck a peek in the work bays. Quick scan showed organization. Stopped in to repair a busted distributer on my old Chevy pickup. I was heading from Oregon to Anchorage and they not only helped me repair my dizzy, but also helped fixed a few other issues I had going on with the truck. Extremely professional, yet personable all at the same time. One word, GENUINE.

We blew a tire Saturday night and called around to mechanics expecting to have to delay our trip until Monday. They were super helpful and said theyd have someone at the shop waiting when we arrived. I would highly recommend them!!

Me and my family (wife and three children; two very young children) had our truck break down 98 miles outside of Wasilla on the parks highway. Geico lined me up with them for a tow and Stan came all the way out there and picked all of us up and the truck. This was on a Saturday and every other auto shop couldn’t get us in until Monday but EGM brought us to their shop and fixed my truck on the spot and got us back on the road. Ellie and Mark were absolutely awesome, good hearted people. They took care of me and my family. They were also cheaper then anywhere else I called in town. An excellent company with even better owners and employees! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Tiny the Tow Dog is also a sweetheart and enjoyed my children petting on her.
