I like them because theyre one of the best places to get your tires done the only problem is in Alaska everybodys trying to get their tires done at the same time and these guys only let you come first come first serve and they wont let you pay ahead for your tires or drop them off the night before and get them done because theyre so busy they dont need your business

Rare indeed is a tire shop where rich fur coats rub shoulders with malodorous hippies. Service is friendly, fast given the sheer volume of patronage, and they dont lie about delays. Recommend dropping off unless you wish to chance violating your olfactory senses for several hours. Hygien people, hygiene. Find another way to fortify you vows of celibacy.

Woke up to discover I had a flat tire! Thought I was going to need a new tire completely; I got down to Diversified 12 minutes before they closed, they never made me feel like I was ruining their day for that and they repaired my tire instead of just letting me buy a new one. Very fast and very friendly. Best tire place Ive ever been to.(UPDATE) Had to take it to another shop because the leak continued and was worse than before... they put on a new valve stem and just slapped some sealer around it on the rim. It was actually leaking from a stud in the tire. Dustin at The Tire Stop in Sutton repaired it properly and actually showed me all he was doing.

I had a bad experience here just recently which has caused me to take my business elsewhere. To be fair, I think there are a lot of good people working here and I wish them no harm. Ive always used this shop and have referred quite a few people to them. But bureaucracy always makes me a little crazy - I endure it where I must, in large organizations that cant help themselves, but dont expect to find it in local businesses...I had bought my daughter some great tires on FB marketplace - at a price she needed, not being able to afford new. Diversified Tire refused to install them, quoting company policy. When I tried to have a conversation about it I was placed on hold without being asked: a rather rude phone tactic. I believe I was speaking to a manager or even the owner from his manner on the phone. On top of this we wasted a few hours dropping the car off and then waiting to be told this (presumably when they pulled the vehicle in to make the change), then we had to come back to pick up the car and find another tire shop. A few hours is worth a lot to me.Talking to another tire shop about this incident they said that likely the policy was in place to force people to buy tires at Diversified rather than on Amazon. Ironically Ill be buying (locally!) a full set of new tires for a couple of other vehicles in the near future, but now wont be getting these from Diversified. If a company isnt willing to work with me when I cant afford top dollar they wont have my business when I do have money.

Got a tire leak from a piece of glass. Had to get to work quickly within 1 hour. They not only fixed it but got me out in time for work!!!Thank you for the quick service that only charged me $25 P

Big shout out to the nice folks at Diversified. They worked with me on a non-textbook alignment issue on a lifted Pathfinder, and took on the job anyway, knowing it wouldnt be completely perfect. They explained the issues to me clearly, so that I could make an educated decision. I was in and out of there in a little over an hour, and now my truck is in much better shape. Ill definitely be back Thanks and Merry Christmas!

Price gouging policies, intentionally misinformation customers to try and hide said policies. Get the same tires and wheels online for less, no point in supporting a local business if they rip of the locals.

This place is amazingly kind and friendly!!We have a 2004 avalanche that had bad tires and my grandmother came here with my brother to pick out new tires.Justin was very sweet and helpful when discussing the right tires for us, when my brother (who had seizures and has mild autism) came in to look at the tire that was picked, Justin was very respectful and explained things simple enough for him to understand.We are amazed at how much of a difference our tires are. The old tires were presumably 10 or more years old. Thanks again!!!!!

I have been a loyal customer from day one. 100% #1 customer service as always! Polite, caring and fair.

Very disappointed in their service. Stood at the counter being ignored for over 15 minutes while the rep was on the phone. Two more calls came in and were put on hold while I was waiting. Again, no acknowledgement that I was even there. Service rep ends his first phone call. Immediately picks up the call on hold. Now I was standing there waiting before the phone call came in so I was a little irritated when he ignored me for the phone. He ended the second call finally. Tells his helper that I need assistance and takes the third call. The assistant without even looking back at me says Ill be right there and picks up his phone and proceeds to make another phonecall. It was at that point I walked out the door. I did not wait any longer. My time is worth more than that.It was clear to me that I was not as important as those on phone. I will not do business or even recommend them after the utter lack of professionalism I was shown.You can say they were busy, and make excuses, but the bottom line is I was almost completely ignored. All I wanted to do was make an appointment for later in the week to have tires I was going to purchase from them installed. Why should I spend $800-1000 on tires from a company that doesnt care about their customers? The answer is I wont..and you shouldnt either.

Went in other day a bit shook up, I had skidded on ice too close to causing a crash. Drove straight to Diverified Tires and told um I had no traction and dont know car stuff. They took care of me very well!! 20 mins later I drove away with 4 new cooper discover AT3s for only 878$

I had a flat due to my new rim having a broken valve. I called and Dave said since it’s an emergency they will be happy to fit me in, they were super busy since it’s tire changing season. I arrived with the broken rim and bad tire, I was kindly greeted outside and in less than an hour later I left so happy from my experience I jumped up and down.

These people should get the outstanding customer service of at least the year award!! They went above and beyond any normal expectations to get my tires changed over during the pandemic with me having special health considerations. Justin & Judy are the best!! 👏

Buying new tires is expensive, but Diversified sells the highest quality tires on the market. I was surprised at how much better my vehicle handled on the road after they put on the new tires, and I have more peace of mind when Im driving. They are a well-organized business that gives some of the best customer service Ive found in the Valley.

When I came in to get new tires, on my husbands truck, they were really busy for their first-come-first-serve winter tire process. A man named Dave treated me so unprofessionally. Later, I came to find out this man is the owner. Shame on him. I can only imagine how he treats his employees when theyre really busy. I needed to put new winter tires on my truck, a few weeks later, and I went to Alyeska Tire, where I experienced better service. I do not recommend going to Diversified, and I will never go again.

I would give more stars if I could! What a shop, great owner and staff. I have been taking my vehicles to DT for about 3 years now for tires and anything inside the wheel well and have been treated excellent every single time.Dave and his crew go above and beyond when appropriate to ensure their customers are cared for. Their prices are a fair value and the shop is comfy. Even when customers get a little heated, the crew keeps a cool head which mitigates potential blow ups.This last time, my vehicle was in on some warranty work. The part supplier messed up and my car had to be held overnight. The crew was empathetic and Dave the owner personally saw to it I was taken care of to get me home and back to the shop. They did not have to do this, and I did not ask...they just saw the need and met it.Great place, highly recommended!I highly recommend this shop!Thank you Dave and crew :)

I went in today to have them check out my rear drivers side tire, which was losing pressure on a daily basis. Unfortunately they were unable to repair it, because it was too badly damaged... But knowing I was on a tight budget, they looked into used tire options before trying to sell me new tires. And thanks to their assessment of my existing tires, I was able to get away with buying only one replacement, when they usually would recommend two. Its this kind of service, their dog-friendly lobby, friendly staff, and attention to detail that keeps me and my wife returning to this team.

It’s tough moving to a new area and finding a place to trust with your vehicle. There was a bit of a wait to get my car in, but that’s how it is when your trying to get service from a place that has great service. My patients paid off too! I walked in thinking I needed 4 tires (used cause I can’t afford new) and I left with assurance that my tires were fine they just needed some bead seal and some air. Thankfully a friend told me to get a second opinion here cause I’d be out of a few hundred bucks for no reason. Shoutout to Dave for making sure I had a tire gage before leaving and to Logan (I believe) for being honest and up front. You guys are amazing, thank you!

My favorite tire shop in Alaska there prices are very competitive and they carry great products. Their warranty is awesome. They can get overwhelmed and you have to wait quite a bit of time sometimes but its well worth it. Just plan your day to be able to hang around longer.

Came in this morning with a surprise flat tire and they pumped it up without any problems, even tho I caused at least one of them to waste time looking for me in the parking lot: because I was at a distinctive ride parking and calling diversified tires. It was an honest mistake on my part, was not playing a joke or anything, but they still helped after I finally got to the right place. What a morning!

I understand that the tire season can get very hectic but when Every single one of my lug nuts are not only cross threaded but torqued on to such a point that a 4 foot breaker bar and me standing on it doesn’t come close to getting my lugs off. It’s time to slow down and seriously consider how you run a business and the people that you have working for you. Not kidding EVERY SINGLE ONE WAS CROSS THREADED

Went in to fix a leaking tire and they got me in right away, though they were clearly very busy. They checked all of my tires and found I had nails in 2 of them. As a commuter, I really appreciate the extra step they took to make sure I was good to go before leaving. This was my first time here and I will definitely be coming back. Thanks guys!

I had one tire change and being in customer service industry the computer told me it would 1.5 hrs to do the job. Just over 45 min my truck was done and ready to roll. Excellent customer service. Thanx guy. You rock....

Wanted to have a brand new tire mounted on a new wheel. Special tire for a 1938 Chevy race car. They would not mount it due to me NOT purchasing the tire from Diversified. I tried to order from them but they said they couldnt get it. So, I got it from Tire Rack on the net. They still would not mount it even tho they could not get it for me. Had to go to Midas in Wasilla, and so great I didLot cheaper, faster friendly service, will always go to Midas now. Went to Diversified for years but now never again.

Just moving to Alaska from Pennsylvania, I was having a hard time finding a shop with good prices that I could trust. Luckily I was recommended Diversified. Long story short: they had the best prices in all of Matsu/Anchorage, amazing customer service, fast service during change over season, and even let me play with various tires and sizes before installing. Usually very busy

Came in from out of town... they did not have the tires i wanted so i asked if i brought some in would they mount and balance a set. The answer was yes. After waiting in line for 1.5 hrs before the opened I was told they will not put tires on that were not purchased from them. I dont have services I can trust in Valdez and for them to turn me away after basically pleading was inhumane. I told them i did not want to drive through two mountain passes with insufficient tires and he just said it was policy. My family thanks you!

Heard about from a friend. Just needed tires changed over from my studs to summer tires and I have 1 set of rims. Showed up 15 minutes before opening because it is first come first serve. Talked to a guy at the gate he asked me what I needed and I parked. He came by again about 1 hour of waiting in my truck and I talked with him again. Waited another hour. Wait was to be expected so no big deal with that. I pull up to the garage after 2 and a half hours of waiting and talking to the service tendent twice about what I needed the mechanic tells me they have to replace my low tire sensors and they are federally required to do it so I cant opt out. This was going to cost me an additional 150$ total bill being 230$... I could easily buy a new set of rims and never have to deal with these people again for that, but sadly for work I am on call and couldnt really deal with my car being out of commission for that long. So I wait out front just trying not to really say anything because I was in the mindset of if you dont have anything good to say then say nothing at all. Also this wasnt the mechanics fault, he was just doing his job. So I go to the front desk just say to the lady that they should consider asking if you have a tire sensor and if they are on before having them wait in their parking lot because that might effect their decision. Kind of hoping if this was going to be my situation then hopefully I could at least keep somebody else from a surprise bill after a long time investment. She brushed me off and got defensive immediately to my surprise and said they dont have time to ask people that. At this point I just kept my mouth shut, but in my head I am thinking yes you totally do I talked to the service tendent twice and watched him doing nothing for a decent portion of that as I sat in my car for 2 1/2 hours waiting. It was like she was trying to Gaslight me, but how damn obvious is it when I literally just spent 2 1/2 hours watching. During the tire change the tire rotator went down and I am pretty sure my driver side front tire never got rotated because all the other got wieghted except that one which also happened to be when the machine went down. This is my first review I have ever posted and hopefully my last. Left Diversity Tire after being gaslighted by the front desk lady, half my day being gone and 230$ out of my pocket.Update: A couple of hours after I wrote this the tire low pressure light that I paid 150$ for turned on and I have no low tires. Also while driving I hear a pop under the front passenger side wheel well and investigate to find that the brake line bracket that holds it to the control arm just popped right off. Never had that problem and it happened only a few hours after the change.

Someone please explain this logic.I called to get a quote to just remove my tires off my dirtbike rims, guy on the phone said it would be 40bucks to swap them, I informed him I just want the old ones off and he said it would be half the price then. They did not confirm the price when I dropped it off I assumed what I was told on the phone is accurate. Go to pick them up and he says 40bucks, it would be 80 dollars to put new one on too!! 80 DOLLARS FOR ESSENTIALLY 2 BICYCLE TIRES??? Called on my way home to see how much it would be to swap tires on my car. All 4 tireslift my van:1Remove wheels:2Remove 4 big tires:3Mount new tires:4Balance tires:5Reinstall wheels to van :6For 60 dollars.But 80 DOLLARS TO SWAP 2 BIKE TIRES OFF OF THE MACHINE!....LOGIC.
