Great place to shop Kristin( I believe that’s her name!) is a fantastic employee and napa should be grateful for her! I needed to find specific bolts, nuts, and washers for my 1953 chevy it would have taken me HOURS to find all the different sizes but kristin but her best foot forward and help me (which many people WOULD not.) She managed to find everything I needed within a hour if Napa keeps employees like this around I will forever be a returning loyal customer of theirs employee like this make napa stand out from the competition.Thank You Kristin for making today better than it started!

I had a terrible experience with this store over the weekend. Realistically, it was 1 associate not the store. This guy could not answer Any question regarding Amsoil. In fact after telling him what I was doing (differential and trans fluid) he sold me Marine gear oil.If it didnt show up in his computer cheat sheet he didnt have an answer.Ive all but stopped shopping at other auto parts stores because that seemed to be what I ran into in Every store while the folks at Napa seemed to have some automotive knowhow.....This guy is making me second guess that.The associate he passed me off on, the first chance he had, was great. I believe his name was Peter....not 100% sure on that

A few years ago I thought Id try Amazon and bought four hub assemblies for a full size SUV. It was a huge mistake and I had to replace them after only one year. I sure wish Id just bought parts from NAPA. Love these folks. There never let me down. One time I had a battery charger that I never used so I returned it stuff months later. It was complete and in the box with the receipt but still it had been six months. They returned it without a problem. I appreciate the quality of the parts and the staff. These folks really helpful and the quality speaks for itself. Thanks all!!

Honestly- this is an absolutely wonderful automotive parts store that always seems to have exactly what you need- from Haynes/Chiltons Repair Manuals to high temp silicone sealant for your headlights and diffs. And the associates here are so polite and help guide you to what you are looking for.

I went to three different auto parts stores this evening looking for some parts to fix my Jeep. The other stores met with frustration/not taking me seriously. Wesley from Napa greeted me quickly, looked for my parts and though they weren’t in stock, offered suggestions and was genuinely helpful. He helped me out with some other items I needed and didn’t belittle me. He didn’t just look at part numbers- he had actual knowledge. Thank you! This will now be my primary store for my auto part needs.

Worst customer service ever and there price are double($$$). I was going to buy some paint from this store, so I brought in a paint sample panel with me to make sure the color was some what similar(Ive done this before many times and had no issues in other stores). The guy told me NOT to bring any parts in do to the COVID-19. I made sure I cleaned this panel before bringing it in. I told the guy that I just wanted to make sure the paint some what matches to my sample panel. he snapped at me and said YOU GET WHAT YOU GET! well knowing that I did not need a gallon of the wrong stuff I left the store and went to the NAPA store in Anchorage. And Im very glad I did! The customer service in Anchorage NAPA store was way better and I saved over $200 on my supplies. Needless to say it was worth the drive to Anchorage to save money and be treated like a customer should be.

Called to order a product by name/brand. Apparently they thought it was okay to just sell me whatever they had in store when I went to pick up the items.Of course I got an attitude from the lady with red hair with a massive eye roll when I told her it had to be the exact product. Wasnt even worth the refund, now I have a useless product that I wont use.

Great looking store very clean. Only problem is that the staff commonly has no clue what they are talking about and sells the wrong parts frequently. Prices are also higher here than any other auto parts store in wasilla.

I ordered a part at this store Saturday and was told to expect delivery on Wednesday. So on Wednesday I called into the store to check on the status of my order all I was told was that it wasnt there. Called Wednesday evening, same. Called Thursday and was told Id get a call back, no one ever called back. Now its Friday and I just called the store and was told there is No. Record. Of. My. Order! They shouldve just said that on Wednesday we couldve reordered and had it here on time but no one did the right thing. I just got off the phone with Car Quest they will have my part here by noon and it was 20$ less.

Over priced parts. They sell refurbished parts that are unreliable at best...
