Pretty famous and popular liquor store with friendly Prompt service.

This store has been around forever. Some people may not like the crowd that sometimes hangs around the store but they dont bother you. Good prices and its located in the middle of everything. Thats always a good thing!

Some people started beef, a lady pulled out a knife and the owner got us inside the store. The guy selling the alcohol was nice but the costumers were rather aggressive. Overall though a true dc experience lol

Place from old times : glass counter. People around are ok but be careful after sundown. Owner is a nice manAnd probably the only place opend late in the hood - past 10 PM

Not the greatest location but they are so nice. Mr. Singh (the owner) is seriously the best it’s worth it to me to travel there. Great selection.

DC has a lot of it is liquor stores. They proliferate. This is no different, it is located on a corner and has easy access to pedestrians. If you are driving, then parking will be very very difficult as you are right on New York Avenue. That said, it may be worth a five-minute drive to another liquor store. A lot of people hang out outside a lot of people hang out inside, and its definitely not the safest area

Only Liqour store in the area open till 11pm...Definitely in the hood whole store behind bulletproof glass, great selection, and people inside & outside were friendly.

They closed the door on me and another potential customer when it was still 10 minutes before closing. Took me a quarter hour to walk there. There shouldve been a good reason for that but I wasnt given any.

Great service and location. However, its the surrounding atmosphere which is unpleasant which will probably cause you to take your business elsewhere.
