What a great place, and the lowest price when I was looking around. Im in love with my couch. The soft touch of the fabric is just amazing. I love the colors, the place was full of couches, and beds. So many choices to go through, it was hard to choose one. The employees were great from helping us fill out a credit, ordering the couch, and loading the couch with us. We will definitely recommend.

The store is nice. They have a good Selection And even better prices. The sales people aren’t pushy and they create a wonderful environment. This place is great! Went in Saturday and purchased a sectional. Great quality, even better pricing. They even delivered the same day, which sealed the deal for me! The sales woman was very friendly. Idk what these one stars are about, I didn’t experience anything bad here. Will be back!

Was happy service but within months something in recliner broke. We bought a warranty but its a different company that is a nightmare to work with. Been 3 months on claim. Little sad it broke only 8 months old. Dreamland says they are working to help us get this through.Just got word that the warranty company will be calling to set up the repair. Thank you for helping us out Dreamland.

Came in looking for a couch for a reasonable price. The owners really worked with us to get what we wanted and deliver to Mesquite in good time. We were approved quickly and got a great sectional and even a new mattress.

I went in to the store once and the owner seemed nice enough, a good selection, and at a good price. You think anyways..you pay for shotty furniture and a store owner that doesn’t stand behind the products he sells. They have no warranty or manufacturers warranty. When they say no refunds, they mean it..including DEFECTIVE items. If you drop a couple grand on a sectional and receive a defective one you should be able to get a replacement...that’s just good business. At this business you will get 86’d for going in and mentioning that they sold you a faulty sofa, a day after the sofa got delivered. If that’s the type of owner you want to deal with and do business with, feel free to shop here. For myself, I’ll choose to shop at a different local furniture store where I will receive good customer service.

Terrible experience I think one star is too high. We bought a mattress from the snobby lady who didn’t seem to have time for us at all. We tried out a floor model which was much more comfortable than the one we actually purchased when we got home and it was a hard as a rock we called and asked for a refund and the snobby lady told us that she couldn’t sell it and that we needed to sell it on facebook instead. I didn’t want to have to sell her on Facebook she acted like she was too busy for me she took down my number and she said she would call me back she still hasn’t called me back and it has been over a month. Don’t ever buy a bed in a box from these people ever.

I went there today with my husband and daughter for a couch set. Service was friendly and helpful, lots to choose from and reasonable pricing. I will be using them again for future furniture needs. I’m leaving four stars because I am currently waiting for delivery.And for a few extra bucks they offered to deliver my old couch to a family member which is beyond helpful and I am very very grateful! Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with this company. We follow their Facebook page and saw many sectionals and couches we were interested in and would’ve purchased. We messaged them about if they were available and pricing and they told us to come in. We drove to St. George and they only had 3 options total. The floor models had hair all over them. The sales staff was not interested in helping us at all.The Facebook page is very misleading and we didn’t find the staff very helpful or kind. I wish they had a bigger in store inventory.

We picked out a very nice queen sofa bed & they let us make 3 payments, one a month with no interest & no credit check. We appreciated that convenience. Super nice & helpful family owned business. After delivering the sofa bed & trying for over 30 minutes to get it into the extra bedroom, it just wouldnt fit through the bedroom door, my fault, we live in a modular. But even though it was a big let down we got a great deal on a super nice king bed instead which was more expensive for the price of the sofa bed. So happy how they helped & worked with us. It was a super experience.

By Far the BEST experience I have ever had with a furniture/mattress company. I didnt feel rushed and the woman who helped me listened to exactly what I was looking for and gave me other options that would fit my budget. I went in on my lunch break and was in and out within half of an hour! I went in looking for a bed set and new mattress and was able to get EXACTLY what I wanted and they even offer financing! It was easy, quick and efficient. They delivered it to my house the same day and were extremely friendly, kind and polite. They had great communication during the delivery and called when they were on their way. They are a company that goes above and beyond to help the customer! 10/10 I recommend to purchase from Dreamland!

I came in looking for a set of sofas. The staff is really friendly, especially the owner. He was able to lower the price of a set that I just loved. The financing only took about 5 to 10 minutes. And they delivered my sofas the next day. And even, instald them. I am so glad, I went to this furniture store. The quality of the product, is exceptional. I am very satisfied. Really good pricing, but not cheap quality. I was very impressed with the selection. I am looking at a bed but already bought a mattress cover. The ones online are $69-$75 and I bought it at Dreamland for $45. Same quality and brand!! I am really happy with the customer service.

Great place to buy beds, furniture, recliners, power recliners, sofas, loveseats, mattresses, etc. Anything that isnt in the showroom they can order within a week! Their prices are very affordable and they have financing through Acima Credit. The owners are extremely helpful, and they deliver locally! We bought a California King bed and dresser from them and were very pleased! I highly recommend Dreamland!!!😊👍

Purchased a 2 piece dresser set for our bedroom. It was literally 2/3 price of similar stuff at furniture row. The quality seems really high, and they were real helpful in loading it into our truck. I would highly recommend this place to others, but I dont know if the same experience would be had for mattresses or sofas.

My wife wrote a review on these people and got a smart remark back. Went through the review and every review that is not in their favor has a smart remark on it. Do not buy from theses people we actually are a senior couple and are not hard on furniture but this stuff is a piece of garbage. I will now report them to the better business bureau. When we wanted to pay for it by 3 months we got our paperwork through email and it was a rental contract. They are not trustworthy at all. They do but up a good front when you come in to buy.

I purchased a couch and love seat reclining set and at time of purchase was told that we had a one year warranty on it. Not even four months later the seams are coming undone in many places and it is just falling apart. When i called and talked to management i was told there isnt any warranty and they wont do anything about it. Low quality and not worth going to.

Absolutely terrible quality. Bought a couch and loveseat recliner, and both had serious issues only a few months in. If you look in the insides of the couches and see what its made of, its a mess. Very low quality wood, (particle or mdf?). Bad quality construction with very cheap hardware. Would absolutely not recommend their couches. Stay away!

Was at the store today got approved for a purhase of a king mattress. Went there at 10am was there for an hour still was waiting to finalize deal was told we had lunch plans. By family member then recieved massive attitude from the owner. If i wanted attitude id go to a fast food restaurant or family member i wont be giving this place any business especially when i agreed on the price and almost Made the payment glad they chase away a sale. Was given better customer service else were and took less time and cost less on better sale

I bought a mattress, foundation and bed frame last week. They special ordered my mattress to be exactly what I wanted. The bed frame was actually better quality than I could have hoped for. The staff is fantastic, the products were amazing and the financing options are great on a tight budget.

We bought a couch and loveseat from dreamland and were so happy to get it. First thing they called and said they couldn’t get the brown set we wanted but had the black set. We said ok with no additional discount. They delivered the black set about five months ago and the couch is totally ribbing apart all over. We called and were told there was nothing they could do and recommended we call the furniture doctor at our expense. They totally did not want to do anything about helping us out. Never again and will not recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Nasty remark came back to me and they erased my review. I will keep posting.

Great products and amazing customer service. John and Bill helped my wife and I buy our first new King Bed (Mattress, Frame and all). They gave us a great deal and were very helpful and upfront with us on the dos and donts with the protector as well. Purchased a futon mattress from Hurricane store.. it was the more expensive one. When I picked it up it was folded and wrapped in plastic.. as soon as we got it home and sat on it we were very disappointed..Very uncomfortable and cheaply made. I called the St. George store and talked to Isabelle to see about returning it. She said it was supposed to be more like a bed with the innersprings, so I guess that means it shouldnt matter if its uncomfortable to sit on! We tried laying on it...still not good..She said they have a no return policy... only in-store credit..but didnt offer me that, since we had taken the plastic off..I suppose.She said she was going to call the manufacturer and get back to me... that was the last I heard..never called me back... this was my second purchase from store.. the first time we ordered a short queen bed and were given a full bed... the owners are very friendly and nice... just be aware of their no return policy. Paid $215+tax. Think a $99 from Walmart would have been better.

Do not buy from them. The do not follow through. I got a sectional and had 2 of the recliners motors go out. I reached out under the manufacture warranty before it was up and they failed to file the claim (as was required by the manufacture). Now they will not respond to emails or phone calls. They told me the company that handled the warranty closed to Covid, this was not true they closed for about 3 months in 2020 and have been open since. Now I am stuck with a sectional with 2 recliners that will not work. Do not get the extra insurance, even though they make is sound great it is very limited as to what is covered and make you jump through a bunch of hoops to tell not covered. Save your money and go somewhere else that truly stands behind what they sell.

Purchased 5 items from an employee, paid at time of purchase. Came back later at specified pick up time and owner refused to allow us to pick it up, stating the employee undercharged us. Only after arguing with him were we able to get our money back.
