Very unprofessional.... they only allow professional interior designers to work with them or shop with them. What I also dislike about this specific store/company is that, these guys require a professional interior designer but neither of them is a professional interior designer. It’s very unprofessional to have requirements for the customers when nobody who works in the store meets them. It’s more so a money thing for them, they are more worried about how much money they will make then their customers well being or happiness, they only want professional interior designers so they can charge more.

If youre not a professional interior designer, then dont bother contacting them. They dont want to talk to you. I called to see if they had any grass cloth wallpaper we could check out, the woman asked if I was a professional interior designer. I said that Im not, and she said, sorry, we only work with professionals. I asked if she knew anywhere where we could see grasscloth in person, and she said no.
