These people tricked me telling me that the iPhone se is better than 7 and like the 11 or iPhone 12 when its not. I originally wanted the iPhone X but they didn’t have it .They kept telling me all these good things about it expect for the fact that even though I bought a new phone and paid for the service that day which I did not use at all I switched the service to my old phone which I did not get from metro. I could not return or get a refund for a device I spent my money on but didn’t not use and do not want. I deserve to get a full refund or exchange atleast. They considered that an upgrade 1st of all I didn’t not ask for a upgrade just a new device. I want to return the phone and get a full refund please and thank you. Who ever is in cooperate get back to me. I called the store today. I asked the manager at this site to give me the number for to someone in upper management and she hangup on me. They made me feel like an unvalued customer.

The customer service is great and they are very patient.

This store said that they did not sell a plan with the features listed on MetroPCS website, and said that the features are only included with a significantly more expensive plan. I called the main MetroPCS number and they said they the store was wrong. I dont know if the store was simply mistaken or trying to rip me off, but in any event Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

I bought a simcard in Philadelphia with 1GB data and unlimited messages and calls for 40$. In Washington D.C. my simcard didnt work. The man in the store said that the store wanted to take my money a second time because the painment didnt clear. He said I have to go back to Philadelphia to fix. He cant do something for me!? Terrible customer service! I used Metro PCS once and I will never go back!

Customer service is appalling and employees are extremely rude, especially the manager. NEVER go there.
