Waited for over an hour for somebody to assist us with buying a living room set and two bedroom sets.. barely any customers in the store. Couldn’t find anybody working after walking around everywhere so we left. When pulling out, three employees were sitting outside smoking and talking. Extremely frustrated so we’ll be taking our business elsewhere!

Big store! Might buy some furniture there!

A decent quantity of housewares an furnishings at a decent price. Most of the staff are very nice and helpful. However Im not very certain if the Cashier was being rude or just trying to be sociable when He remarked about how long we were in the store. We may have been in the store an hour or more and looked like we were the only customers there which is kinda odd the day after Christmas. Not certain if that was His way of saying that they wanted to close early? Online Saturday hours say that they close at 10pm and my receipt says we left around 8:25pm which is a reasonable time to clean for Covid. Just not a professional way of addressing customers that spent around $200. In their store. And this is coming from front line Health Care Employees that are grateful to still have a job during these difficult times. I hope it was just a misunderstanding on my part. Have a Happy New Years!

Clean organized. Surprising. This store has made some big changes since last time I went there

Was a pleasure to shop here first this morn, until I ask at the check out to get a price check on some candles. Then the same lady Cathy that was on her cell phone the whole time I was shopping inside was very rude to me. All I did was ask for a price check because the sign said in big bold print 3 dollars, then in small as can be print it said and up, she was being very rude and smart with me saying that the sign didnt say 3 dollars. So when we walked over she was wrong and talking about a different shelf altogether. So I think that I will be calling a little higher on the ladder.lol

Very nice employees. I know its odd to write about this but the public restrooms were very clean and tidy. Very impressive!

Good prices, some stuff is fairly decent. We purchased a new fireplace set (electric) with mantel and it is awesome! Was at least $400 cheaper than any other place we saw online.

Very helpful staff, especially Cam and Jim. From the time I called to check on the availability of an item, the staff were great ! Very professional, customer service oriented, clean, neat, and overall fantastic! Store is clean, well stocked, and employees are awesome. Kudos to Cam and the gang for fantastic service!

Today the store was busy but pretty well stocked. It was clean and well staffed. Lots of store only deals.

Nice furniture, clean business and friendly people. Not as big as ones in Michigan.

Not only was their selection of couches way better than ikea but much better quality for much cheaper. I got a couch that would have cost an easy 1.5k at ikea for under $800. Not to mention Nathan was kind, friendly and very knowledgeable about their product. We will definitely be coming back for our furniture needs.

Terribly slow service, I was one of three people to drop our merchandise and walk out of the store before getting to the one and only cashier working.

I havent been in this store since they finished remodeling. The store looks great now, so clean and organized. Seems to be a higher level of items for sale here now too. Will definitely be going back again soon.

I went to the Washington Big Lots to purchase a new Sofa and loveseat. They had a huge selection and I couldnt make up my mind. I was there for over an hour sitting on the furniture and trying in slip overs (also from Big Lots). The customer service was amazing Jim was very patient with me and helped me through the whole process. I will be returning if i ever need any more furniture.

So my family shops A TON here! We really do love this store..If youre in need of beauty products( shampoo, conditioner, dry shampoo etc.) This is the place! Name brands at cheap prices..I only gave them 4 stars and not 5 because when they re-did the store, I found out today that they no longer sell mini blinds..All the blinds in my home have come from here..Was disappointed by this greatly..but over all..this is a great store!

Loved the low prices and being able to find what I wanted. The store was clean and the employees were very friendly and knowledgeable of the product and prices in the store. Was hoping for lower prices on some items but it is a decently clean store.

They have redone this store and I absolutely love it!!! With the new set up, finding what you need is super easy. The floor is more open and accessible. Great job Big Lots!!!

My girlfriend and I went there to buy a love seat and recliner, unfortunately what we wanted was out of stock, but the furniture manager was able to convince us to buy a different set by the same manufacturer and was very informative on the care of the two items. Tom was very patient with us and very understanding on our choice that we also decided to buy patio furniture and a few smaller items. When it came time to finalize the sale our bank was giving us issues and he suggested opening a credit account, which was instantly approved to finalize the sale. Whatever their paying Tom is not enough, and its a shame he didnt get commission on the sale. Please ask to see Tom when visiting the store for the purchase of furniture.

Big Lots great bargains at a great price,A little something for everyone

I have a love hate relationship with Big Lots, I like the furniture ( most of it) because you get decent quality for a great price if youre picky about what you buy. Always get the protection plan for anything you can. We bought a bed there over a year ago and had to replace it already. We didnt really look at how sturdy it was we liked it because of the look. We did get the protection plan and the company that handles that is separate from Big Lots. Thats a whole other story! So make sure you really look at what your buying, pick up the mattress and box spring look at how things are put together.

Quirky, fun, and cheap!The grocery section is my favorite, I can find unique, international products at a great price. I can find all my coconut products - oil, unsweetened chips, palm sugar for my clean eating plan; I can stay compliant without breaking the bank!!

So I bought a bed back in February, I was so excited. I had slept in this bed less then 30 days, and started realizing it was causing me to hurt worse than the previous bed I had owned. I called big lots they told me they could not take beds back especially because I had already laid on it. So, then I let it go but the more I continue to have to go to my chriopracter more and more I decided to push the issue. So in july I went back after I was told that the a bed had came from a vendor who guaranteed there beds so I called and they had told me I would recieve a new bed to take it back and call customer service for big lots I did and they not only were rude they refused to exchange my bed although I had to transfer the bed which was money and time. Si I called customer service and they reassured there should have not been one issue and a gm should have called me they did not call me and yet I still sit with a bed I paid800$ for but I cannot even sleep in I wouldnt recommend this store and I intend to tell each and everyone I know to not even bother because its ridiculous

You go there to purchase an item that is on the websitethat is supposed to be in stock when you get to the store there are none on the shelves even though the website said they were supposed to have some and you ask the cashier where are these and she replies if theyre not on the shelf we dont have then why the hell you have it on your website
