I dropped my ring off to have it sized. Mr Foster said it would be sent off and it would take 4 weeks. I had it back within a week. I am very satisfied.

Dropped off a wedding ring to be resized and soldered together into one and to replace a few diamonds. They gave me a quote took the ring and said they would call when it’s finished. Called back a few weeks later just for them to answer and say nevermind they can’t do it, they didn’t take the time to even call and leave a voicemail so I could have a real Jewlery repair shop fix it since these people can’t even repair Jewlery like they say they can. Would not recommend, should be shut down don’t waste your time or money.

Original hometown jewelry store. Has been in business for more than 50 years. Beautiful quality jewelry you cant find at chain stores. If you are looking for an individual unique gift for someone or want something for yourself I would recommend them.

Wonderful place! I recently took a watch there to have the band adjusted when I couldnt get the pins out myself. They waited on me immediately, both men were very polite and friendly. He adjusted the band right away and I was pleasantly surprised when he told me it was free. I asked if he was sure and he told me they take care of their customers. What a nice change! I bought this watch from a retail chain, but I would never take it back there to be worked on, mostly because Im tired of the lousy attitudes and lack of customer service at such places. I highly recommend Foster Jewelry if you need a watch repaired or worked on.
