My experience is one of online ordering. Excellent, excellent product selection. Shipping is lightning fast, carefully packed and exactly as ordered.Once things calm down (pandemic-wise) I plan to visit in person. An online transaction can tell a lot about about how a business runs- and all indications are excellence.UPDATE:I still continue to order from Veer and Wander and it continues to be a consistently great experience as a customer.

Fantastic natural skin care destination conveniently located on the new Union Market strip near St. Anselm. The owner is very friendly and even kept the store open for us past closing on a Saturday to pick up some things. Lots of brands that are on the forefront of natural skin care and even the famed Goop lineup. Beautiful space and great service, so glad this is in the neighborhood!!

Veer and Wander has become one of my favorite places to go. The products are very high quality, everyone is so fun and knowledgable. Theyve really helped me and I enjoy each and every visit. I also find beautiful unique gifts for loved ones.

Love this place. Aaron gave me and my friend the best mask bar experience, plus helped me find a serum that has done wonders for my skin! Well definitely be back because you get a much more personalized experience here than at a chain store.

Fantastic experience at Veer & Wander this past Saturday. It was my first time in the store, and loved the vibe as soon as I walked in. The each of the displays are clean and attractive, and the layout of the store makes for an easy (and logical) shopping experience. I was greeted when I walked in, and a couple minutes later one of the associates there came up to me and asked if I needed help and if I was looking for anything in particular. Told her that there were so many products in the store I’d never seen—and she gladly gave my my own tour around the store, and was patient and informative as I asked a million questions about the store itself and the products. I was seriously impressed by her knowledge of the products and the back stories of many of them—why they were chosen from the store, what the company is like that produces them, why people like the product and who it’s best for. Not once was she pushy or “salesy”—she gave me as much info as I wanted and let me do the shopping for myself. She also gave me an overview of how the store came to be; independently run by a husband and wife team, whose first Veer & Wander store is located in SF. They’ve made the leap into another market, and thou they’ve only been in the space for a couple of months, it’s clear they have been majorly hustling from day one.One really cool element about Veer & Wander is the small spa in the back. It’s slightly secluded and relaxing, and the concept behind it is for customers to put on a face mask, and relax back there for however long they’d like. I’ve never seen something like that, and am currently getting a couple girlfriends together to visit the store and take advantage of this unique experience.Veer & Wander has free live music on Thursdays; they treat their guests to drinks, as they shop, visit the spa, and listen to local bands.Very excited to revisit. I also messaged the owner to let her know about the stellar customer service I received, and she and I had a great conversation about the business and what’s in store as they continue to build their brand/presence/reputation in DC.Great place to visit if you’re looking for non-toxic, environmentally conscious high end products that you won’t see at Sephora or other large beauty chains. Not to mention, a fun spot to kick back solo or with friends.

Huge clean beauty and small business fan; unfortunately, I will no longer be doing business with Veer and Wander after neglectful comments from owner. Consider making trip to Georgetowns Take Care Shop.
