Great location, delicious (affordable) custom sandwiches, and outstanding customer service. always greeted nicely when you enter and everyone is very polite. look at this Italian sandwich for $8 - you cant find a better deal anywhere!

Love the convenience, though I do wish it was a little more consistent? Like the pickup spots have been different the past couple times for online orders, its not terrible, just hoping they find a way that works for them!

I ordered a gobbler and ten minutes later was told they were out of stuffing. I asked for an Italian instead, but what I got was Italian meat on a hoagie with cranberry sauce. Disgusting. Instead of replacing my order, they substituted what was prepared with what was available. After I paid I was told the restroom was unavailable. Avoid this location at all costs.

Friendly staff, with a heartfelt greeting as you enter. Great place to get some things, especially if your staying in a nearby hotel.

This Wawa is great. Pop in after a night out and grab some good food to take home. Or water. Basically anything you could want.

Food is not good, and also ATM, wich says that is no surcharge fee, I withdrew money from ATM, and later I found charge fee on my account, $2.50. Its not a big money, but still they charging you for that!!! Just go ahead and check you account. Cashier said that is no charge for using atm, once I show them my charge fee, he apologized and said to contact Wawa.

Bright, clean space. This location just opened last week. There are a couple of grand opening specials - $1.99 hand spun milkshakes (16 oz) and $4.99 freshly prepared salads. I tried the coffee milkshake, and it was creamy and yummy with just the right amount of coffee. Sanitizing wipes and sprays were available throughout the sel-service registers and entrance areas. Bakery items such as their donuts are individually wrapped, however the wrapping rips pretty easily.

Its ok Wawa, food prep took about 15 minutes wait time, and there was no one in front of me. Behind the counter employ not in rush to make a sandwich. Otherwise nice and clean, well organized.

I love Wawa ice. The fries I ordered was horrible! The milkshake I ordered was sloppily made. They need to do better with the food.

Ive literally been inside wawa for a half hour waiting for a strawberry shake and the employee us the one with the attitude at everyone after she left for 10 minutes to go outside and smoke a cigarette great place

When I ordered from Wawa today I was missing a tea. I informed the Ubereats driver and he stated he only had one. Which means the problem is between the driver from Ubereats and Wawa. I even left a message with Wawa about this issue even though they would not pick-up their phone and now I am going to report it to Ubereats as well, SMH.

Not enough people working. The women stay with attitudes. You have to pay to get in cause its always people asking for money out front. 1 guy and 1 girl are at least doing thier best

The store itself is nice. A lot of items and options. My issue is the slow staff who always seem to be distracted by personal conversations and not friendly. Ive had to cancel my order a few times because it took over 20 minutes to make a sandwich (on a slow night). Staff needs better training to work on customer service and prioritize their work. I dont wanna hear you complaining about not getting a day off to your co worker while Im waiting for my order.

They have good oatmeal to go and good ready-made sandwiches. Definitely try the egg scramble and sausage bowl.

Store is frequently short staffed. You have to wait at the register sometimes before someone can come out behind the sandwich counter to ring you up. Homeless problem in front door area, multiple homeless people asking for money. Even got asked inside the store once. Im writing this though to give a shot out to two employees who everytime I come in do their best. Miss Mimi and Latisha. I feel for them because last night it was only them two running the shop on a friday night. I appreciate them for doing their best even when stressed and understaffed.

There is a Wawa located in Dupont Circle m the heart of DC. the stuff are always pleasant and attentive to the customer. The food is always well prepared a well packaged. Ime so happy that there is a wawa in such a convenient location.

I only went here twice it was fine. The third time I did uber eats. My driver was given the wrong order which means staff failed to check uber eats drivers conformation. I call the store to inform them on this mishap & they say they can not find my order.That I would have to reorder when it was not my fault but their mistake. Such an inconvenience to me, $25 gone to waste & i’m hungry at work.

Great location but the worst service in the wawa chain. They could have 4 people making sandwiches and ice coffee or even shakes but the service is beyond slow. I see more of the staff on the phone than the customer’s. I’m not exaggerating I put in a order for a sandwich it took over 2 hours for my order to go threw. I so I had to leave it because I was on my 30 minute break. I won’t go to this location for a sandwich or a shake again. Wawa is know for fast and great service. This particular location needs to be re-trained by upper management.

The best service I’ve received thus far., In wawa after making my BLT wrong they quickly fixed it and allowed me to give the old one to a homeless guy at the front door.. Then apologize and made me the best Cinnamon French Toast latte I have ever tasted; staff is friendly every morning no matter how crowded it is and the smiles and positive attitudes keepMe coming here instead of McDonald’s which seems to have no diversity.⭐️⭐️👍🏽To Aja, Chanel this morning keep up the great work!

My first time in wawa was perfect

Spent around $14 there and wouldn’t allow me to use restroom “due to COVID-19”. Would have them let me know that before, on a sign, I would have go to snack somewhere else with restrooms available for customers.

I just want to let everybody know that the employees really take proud in the work they are doing and have been very professional, everything I had brought has been very tasty the store is always clean . Continue to do the exceptional job you are doing. Thanks!!

The location is perfect, its near my job, the staff are friendly, just need to tighten up on the homeless people hanging inside the store and around the store putting customers at risk of catching covid-19... this one guy I see constantly every time I come here is standing in the entrance way, thats a good way to catch covid-19, Wawa needs to handle that and fast, other than that I like this store and the staff, catching covid-19 from homeless people hanging inside the store bothers me more... I do understand that you can catch covid by other means, but homeless people standing around all day is a big problem the last few times Ive been there.

It had fantastic selection but they were out of slushy machine straws and the person at the cash register went to go get one and 2 employees came up to me and started cursing at me because I was standing at the cash register w acting for that lady she was saying racial slurs and everything so I am not happy with this experience it was in Washington DC by the way

As a new customer, I was extremely disgusted once I was re-issued a BLT, after the sandwich appeared to be dry (with no condiments), Id requested a replacement. As the Manager offered to assist with the re-order, Id then received a MAYO sandwich b/c the horrible staff member preparing the orders obviously had issues before coming into work at the WaWa!! sheesh
