On 9/16/2020 I placed an online order for store pickup. I needed the items by a specific time and knew if I selected delivery it wouldnt have arrived on time. Next day shipping was $30, but the M Street Location is within a few miles from my home, so I decided to pick up. The online order was placed, I received email confirmation and it also stated that Id be informed when my order is ready for pick up. I received a voice mail in the 11 oclock hour from one of the store employees saying that my order was ready. I arrived at the store within the 2 oclock hour. As with any other online order Ive made for store pick up, I had my ID ready for them to verify my name, email confirmation, get my items and be on my way. I was told in person that my order was canceled because I had decided to pick it up at the store, that I shouldve gotten an email confirmation of the cancellation and that my money would be refunded. If I wanted to walk out with items I needed to pay right then and there. I was so upset! I have done this method before as well with other stores and this has never happened. So while in the store I check my email and see that my order was canceled due to one or all items not being in stock, but I can literally see the items as Im reading the email (the employee wrapped and bagged them in front of me when I arrived and told her my name and why I was there, after she bagged them is when she asked was I ready to pay and I explained the order was paid for online). I could not make the purchase because I did not have all of the money as I had just made the payment online earlier that morning.On 9/17/2020 my fiance placed an online order for store pickup for the same items. Once the order was placed, she called the store to confirm items were in stock and informed them that I would be coming to pick up the items and to NOT cancel this order. The employee assured her everything would be okay. I get to the store and they did the exact same thing the did the day before. I ended up paying for the items and now I am waiting on TWO REFUNDS from when the online orders were placed.I have no idea why they were/are canceling online orders, lying about the reasoning, saying the items arent/werent in stock. The manager had the nerve to say that this is their procedure, so my fiance asked, you mean to tell me that when customers make an online order for store pickup, you all lie and say the item isnt in stock, so that you can cancel the order and have them pay in the store? Money isnt refunded immediately. Its takes a few business days. and she responded Ill own up to that.Michael Kors have a hold of almost $1000 of my money while I only have $378 worth of items. This stunt they pulled is unprofessional and absurd. The next time I use this method I will take the drive to the Columbia location.Other than that I love the items!

Michael Kors creating items as beautiful as the high end designers, but do not charge you redicilous amount of $$$$$$ for them. Why, why a bag from LV cost $5000?? Never got the lubricious amounts.Michael Kors makes things that are reasonably priced and beautiful at the same time.
