Definitely one of the more well kept stores. Been to others that were dirty and service wasn’t all that great. I was asked numerous times if I needed assistance and the gentleman working the gun counter was very knowledgeable and very polite/kind when looking to pick a pistol out for my wife! We will definitely be coming back!!!!

I always liked Rural King, it is a one-stop place to shop. I had to go out of my local area to find one but was so happy when one came to Washington, PA 15330. The people at this store are always pleasant and helpful. Prices were reasonable but because of the supply and demand problem prices have increased dramatically, especially feed for livestock. I believe It is usually more cost-effective here than other farm suppliers.

I really enjoy this store. The atmosphere is great. They play Christian music softly, not overbearing & they have items with Christian logos & scripture. So many different things you dont find in your basic stores. Some of the prices could be a little lower. But its not as crowded as it should be.

Fairly good experience so far in the one I go to. Can only speak for the one location but have been able to find ammo there with better pricing than Sportsmans Warehouse although the selection has been lacking like most places in these times. Only negative I have experienced so far is the checkout process when they are fairly busy not smooth to say the least.

This place has it all from free popcorn at the entrance to bib overalls to a wide variety of chicks to tractors and electric fence supplies. Friendly and knowledgeable staff throughout the store can help you find whatever you are looking. If you havent been there, plan a few hours for your first visit.

If you need work equipment, chances are they have it. If they dont, you can always look up what you need.

Just introduced to Rural King and Im already a fan. We found quite a few good deals and intend to visit again. Its a bit of a hike from home but worth the trip.

Rural King has so many products in their store and finding something to purchase is easy, they dont want you to leave empty handed which is smart. The only reason I didnt give them a 5 star rating is their check out system is the most confusing area I have seen. They need an express line 10 items or less and the check out counters do not flow traffic smoothly like a grocery store. Just my observation.

The store was orderly. An employee provide the help we needed. They had the items we came in to purchase. Bonus, we found some awesome t-shirts on clearance.

My favorite store. 9.99 jeans... When they have it in their ammo is reasonably priced... Kids love seeing the chick, ducks, and rabbits. Great store for more or less everything!

Can always find something here. I have bought so many lawn statues, lights, plants and trees. The prices here are very reasonable too.

The store was clean n there was employees around who were very helpful. Ended up spending 350$ n was just going in to buy my grandson a pair of camo cowboy boots. We found em n they were not the most expensive ones, very close though. N the lawnmower was calling my name when I walked in. N who can pass up 3$ shirts.

After searching everywhere, in a 40 mile radius,for a crossbow at the right price.i walked into the Washington pa. Site and couldnt believe the price on a good rated crossbow.i double checked it with a employee in sporting goods he scanned it and thats what it was.i also got a good crossbow strap for a good price.prices cant be beat...need more stores in the areas

When it comes to the modern farm store/grange experience its a battle between Tractor Supply and Rural King. I can say without a doubt Rural King is winning that battle. Just a good all around experience with good prices and a very large selection. Definitely worth stopping at and taking a look around.

Usually a very positive experience, especially when they have live chicks and ducklings and bunnies! Great spot for kids to go with their parents, salespeople are friendly, they have just about everything you need. I was hoping for a wider selection of seeds on the lower price range but thats just me.

3verything you never knew you needed. So many things I would have bought my rural family if I had known they were here. Purchased a rifle today. Entire process was smooth and easy. Staff was helpful and made it all easy. Place was clean and well organized. Impressively, even the clothes were folded and neat.

I really like Rural King its like a Tractor Supply Store on steroids. If you are killing time its a great place to just walk around and look at everything and the prices are good. I went in yesterday to buy a new hand gun because I got my Stimulus lol. The person that helped me was rude. Maybe he was having a bad day?!?! They didnt have a working computer the only one that does the sales for weapons. But still sold me a weapon, I had to put it on lay away because of them not having a computer. Rural King 🤴 please take care of your equipment that your workers use so we can have a smooth sales transaction.

My husband and I went to the Washington Rural King on July 3rd, 2021. We had a couple things to get from there but my husband seen the tool section and went to see if they had the tools he needed. Well they did & he picked up the light he wanted. He then noticed they had more of the Milwaukee tools he needed and was browsing so he could purchase them. The entire time there was an employee behind us and coming up next to us watching us. Making it very clear to us he was there & wanted us to see him. I had no idea what he was doing until he kept coming up on our side, and looking to see where the light was in my husbands hand. As I started to get a cart, another employee came up to us and asked us if we were done shopping. When we said no, we have a good bit of things to get, she turned to the employee and explained for him to just watch and take our items when we are done.. so my husband walked to put the light back bc, well no. So she started pointing at all of the smile youre on camera & pictures of the thieves on the walls justifying why they are watching us. That made me mad. So we walked out furious. So bc they cant keep their inventory safe, they have an employee literally stand around and hover over you. Its so off putting. Not everyone is coming to steal. With what we had planned on purchasing, it was well over a grand. So just some advice bc we as well as our family, who frequently visit the store, will NOT be back.1. Secure your tools like other stores, you literally sell all of the items needed to do this. Instead, you are wasting an employees skills by having them stand over good paying customers & watching their every move. If I wasnt so annoyed over the situation, it would be comical bc of how absurd the whole situation was.2. It is NOT your customers problem that you cant figure out a better system. You are making it our problem by harassing them. Who wants to be followed, watched, and given no personal space while you are browsing and talking with your spouse?3. Literally ANYTHING is better than the method you have now. If its that big of a problem, then dont sell them OR put them behind glass. Ive never ever in my life had someone hover over us like that in a store while we decide which purchases to make. If I can hear & feel your breathing, you are too damn close. So rude to do to people. Brainstorming with employees can hopefully give you guys a solution for this. I hate that people are stealing from you guys, but making us feel like we are stealing or rushing us, when you havent even changed your practices is preposterous. Hope you guys can figure something out so you can stop this shameful practice. Good luck.

I love Rural King except they have no idea when a product will be replenished. You cant expect it to show up on the next delivery. They just have no idea.The staff is very helpful and willing to assist with any issues. The stocking issues are frustrating for the staff as well as they never know when a product will come in stock againGet your inventory issues corrected and I will gladly give you 5 stars.

Only a few employees were wearing masks properly, even when the man in front of me clearly holding oxygen was at the register his cashier didnt pull her mask up. I loved shopping here but if they cant follow health guidelines I wont shop there.Not worth online ordering or curbside from rural king when I can get the same products from your competitors cheaper.

This is a find, and a worthy asset to the people of Washington. We dont have a place like this near us in Pittsburgh, the closest we had was a local multi-store store called Trader Horns, that had hardware, uniforms, toys, food items, as well as sporting goods....so much, in quite a large store (that may have been a K-Mart).Points off for the failure of a number of customers who were very casual about masks, some pulled down around their necks, others without any at all. But I guess thats what youll get for Washington County.
