Mitch & team were absolutely phenomenal, I’d give 6 stars if I could.I came in with a badly cut suit (ordered online) and Mitch patiently spent over an hour re-measuring & consulting me on fixing this to get it to a much better place, all in time for a wedding I’m in in 3 weeks (at no cost, by the way). Seriously WOW. Not to mention his team gave me their expert opinions on what looked best (I’d trust them more than me).If you’re reading this and on the fence at all on buying an Indochino suit, consider this the sign you should take the leap. Fun, friendly, extremely knowledgeable about everything I could possibly have questions about (which is a LOT as a non-binary person getting a custom-fit suit). Just a wonderful experience overall. Sean (Shawn?) was great. It was my first suit, so I was relying on them pretty heavily to help get things looking good. I wasnt disappointed. Worked on adjusting all the details. I would warn: since they all the work is custom, the further out you can plan the better - for the first one, I think no less than 6 weeks without final adjustments, but if you can do 8-10, it will be a really good experience and you will be looking great. The custom work and adjustments to nail the look takes time, but is really worthwhile.

After reading reviews online saying they dont do extended sizes, I decided not to bother with them. My fiancé went in to order a shirt and asked about me, and they said I should absolutely come in, they would work with me and make it work. I was measured and charged and told they could do it. A week later I get a refund, I called them and apparently they cant make the shirt and didnt bother to call me.

Per a friends recommendation, I tried Indochino for a travel shirt and suit. Sean tailored my new outfit and his knowledge seemed impressive, patience abound and has a perfect personality for this career.I was just notified by DHL my pkg is arriving today; I’m really quite excited! and can’t wait to try my new travel shirt!

Booked an appt to pick out a suit and waited 26 minutes for someone to help me. Instead of apologizing, Mitch the salesman was rude and sarcastic and had a terrible attitude. He made it seem like I should have been wondering around looking at fabric myself so it would make his job easier since he mismanaged the appt schedule. I don’t know about you but if you’re going to drop hundreds of dollars on a made to measure suit you’d think the salesman would be nice and helpful and guide you through the process. His attitude is not good for business. I ended up walking out. I have gone to four different suit tailors this week to find the best one. Based on the service here I don’t recommend Indochino. The best service I’ve had is with Sew Generously Bespoke. They are extremely professional.

Buy your next suit here! Branden and the entire staff were wonderful and catered to the individual personalities of myself, my father, and my soon to be father in law. They made us feel comfortable, smart, confident, and Im sure were gonna look damn good.This is not an ad. I dont really leave reviews often. These people are incredible at their jobs. They have an great collection of fabrics and options. Their staff is second to none. Everyone I have met there has had a genuine dedication to customer service and would bend over backwards to make sure that you have a suit that fits and meets your expectations. I have dealt primarily with Branden, and his knowledge of fabrics, styles, and tailoring are truly exceptional. I cannot imagine buying from any other place. I am their customer for life.

Being female I was hesitant to try this store as it caters to males but I have been delightfully surprised. I now have two custom made jackets that fit extremely well, look feminine, very stylish, and have lots of pockets. I can now carry my wallet, phone, cash, pen, lip gloss, and more and still keep a slim, fitted profile. The personnel there are knowledgeable about fabrics, fit and style.

Was unable to place order since I need my suit within the week, but honestly one of the best collections I have seen so far. On par with, if not better than mens wearhouse. Some of the best staff I have see in any shop. Highly recommend everyone to try them out. Prices are affordable as far as suits go. Spending 350-550 USD on a good suit is well worth it.

My experience at Indochino was unexpected, detailed, and fun. Before this experience the only suits I had worn were: a rental tux for prom that fit not well, and dress clothes from the thrift store. Despite coming in to the store in chacos, a hawaiian shirt, and chubbies, I was treated with the upmost respect and was guided through my experience with kind folks. Ben explained every single option to me, walked me through the pros and cons, and gave his honest feedback with every choice considered. Come wedding day, all I got were complements on how well the suit looked and fit! What an amazing experience, and if I ever need another suit I would be foolish to look elsewhere.

Indochino (Vancouver) made my wedding suit. It was spot on, and I still wear it for work. It’s held up well over several years. I recently made another large order of shirts and pants from Indochino (Seattle). I received the wrong shirt fabric. The associate worked quickly to remedy the issue and order the correct shirt. The pants will require some alteration, within reason. I appreciate that there is extra fabric length in the pants so that the the final product is just right after alteration. Better too long than too short out of the box.The staff has always been helpful and friendly.I recommend Indochino. If you need a suit for a special event, give yourself plenty of lead time for shipping and alterations.

Brandon gave us the BEST customer experience I have had, in ANY industry, in years. He made us comfortable immediately; he wasnt trying to sell us anything (doesnt get commission anyways), had exceptional tips and style recommendations, and even helped us find discounts and work within our budget. Ive NEVER had anyone go as far above and beyond to serve clients as Brandon, in as long as I can remember. I am now a loyal customer and will go to Brandon and this location anytime I need anything - even if it means paying a bit extra than at Mens Warehouse (for example), where you wont get a fraction of the value you get here (and I still found my dream suit in the $~350 price range!). The service and quality is worth the small price difference! This is the best value you will find. Amazing place. Thank you for working your magic, Brandon!

The overall experience was good, and they have a great array of colors, and a higher quality of suit fabric.I felt as though the suits themselves were cut for only a very specific body type and just dont fit my slim yet athletic build.The guy who was measuring me seemed to not listen to my request to have the suit fit looser since I wanted the suit to fit for a while, even with more muscle mass.Its disappointing because Ive only had it for a couple of months and it already is too tight.I dont think Ill go back there for a replacement.

Got all of my groomsmen suits and tux through them. Branden was absolutely awesome, he basically picked out the fabric for the suits with just a vague reference for what we wanted and it ended up being exactly what we were looking for! Very great service, Branden helped me with everything for my Tux as well when I went to make sure it was fitted correctly.

I would absolutely not recommend ever shopping at Indochino.I have had 2 suit remakes that fit so badly I had to wear an alternate suit for my own wedding.When I finally came into get a replacement suit they told me it would be ready on a Monday for me to pick it up. After arriving on Tuesday, the suit wasn’t even ready.Indochino is completely and utterly disorganized. If you want a great suit and excellent customer service, don’t go through Indochino.

Im not an easy fit for a suit. Im no longer able to buy off the rack. The downtown Seattle store has been fantastic. Theyve worked with me on all the alterations needed. It does take time and a few visits, but its worth it when you need a little extra help. Im grateful for their help. The service they provided me was worthy of note.

Just an all around terrible customer service experience. I was given a 2-3 week timeline on alterations that were to be for my wedding. After three weeks, I called and was told that it was being worked on and it would be 2-3 more days. Radio silence...then, 4 WEEKS later and TWO NIGHTS before my wedding I received an automated email that my alterations were complete. Needless to say, I needed to purchase another suite elsewhere. No refunds, credits, or discounts of any kind were applied.

Work with Branden or John; both are amazing at what they do, honest and so much fun to work with. These two make the experience so memorable and fun. Couldnt suggest a custom suit more than from here and these two!

I recently discovered Indochino and I absolutely love the fact that I can have a completely custom tailored suit for the same or less money than I’ve previously spent for suits off the rack at department stores. The store design and tailors (I worked with Andre and Mitchell - both excellent!) make the process fun and easy. If you try it, I’m sure you will be a customer for life, like me.

Mitch was a great help @ the Seattle location. He was great at letting me decide, but at the same time guiding me in the right direction. He knew how important this was for me and made sure it felt like a great experience. Even received a free shirt with my suit purchase!! I can’t wait to go back again and again. I will use Indochino again soon.

I am extremely happy with my experience with Indochino. I came to them looking for a suit for my wedding. The staff was extremely friendly and provided a relaxed consultation without a high-pressure sales environment.They took my measurements in an efficient and professional manner, and I left feeling like I was going to have a great suit.My suit came 2 weeks later and it looked great and fit almost perfectly. Since this is for my wedding, I took it back to them and they helped mark up my suit for minor alterations.I would recommend Indochino to anyone.

I needed a tuxedo and a suit for an overseas event, and the Indochino crew did a nice job. My project was time sensitive, so they were sure to get me in for a second fitting and adjustments in time, and I cant thank them enough for that.Going in for a second fitting once the initial tailoring is done is a MUST. Adjustments needed to be made to top and bottom, but they did get the job done after we knew what tweaks were necessary.

I had really great service there. I went to get a suit I received re-fitted. It didnt really need much work. The gentleman checked the suit and found a small issue with a seam and they fixed it. Great staff!

I am a masculine-presenting woman who was looking for a suit for a friends wedding this fall. I was unsure about the fabric, since Id bought the suit having only seen pictures on the website, and before we even got started with measurements, Katie went above and beyond to find me a sample -- which I loved.The measuring process was efficient and informative. Katie prefaced every shift in the process with what was about to come, and ended every shift with a quick summary. She was attentive to my reactions, and was always willing to take the time to talk about/alter/explore options for the suit.At the end, I asked to take another look at the customisations Id chosen. We went through every single one, and almost every time I had questions about them (pick stitching, slanted pockets, etc.) Katie would walk me to a sample in the showroom.Lastly, there was a slight discrepancy with the price on the website and the payment I ended up with. I showed them a quick screenshot of the suits posted price ($299 on April 29) and my check-out screen ($329), and after a quick chat with the manager, I was told that I would be refunded. Awesome service.Cant wait to see my suit in a couple of weeks. Will update post when its received.

TOP NOTCH TAILORING EXPERIENCEI had an amazing experience working with Jordan at the Seattle showroom. Ive been dreaming of a tailored suit for years and finally got to design my own from scratch at a price point I could afford. The process of choosing fabrics and getting measured in person is no comparison to online. You touch the fabrics and discuss the pros/cons of each depending on your needs (I travel for work). My suit arrived faster than expected and looks/feels great. Ill be coming back for my next suit.

Easily the best clothing experience Ive ever had. I made my appointment the night before after an array of disappointing shopping experience at mall stores in the Bellingham area.Came into Indochino and was warmly greeted by Jordan. Immediately felt like we were on the same page. She clearly cared about the success of the experience and really, and I mean REALLY knew how to do her job well. Helped me a ton with design ideas, measurements, opinions, etc. The entire fitting experience was luxurious and pleasant. At the end of it, I felt so confident that I was going to receive a suit that was going to fit incredibly well.Two weeks later, when it showed up in the mail, I tried it on and it fit PERFECT. Really, no edits needed whatsoever.I cant recommend this place enough. If youre on the hunt for a well made, well fitted suit, it would be foolish not to shop here. Second time I have a bought a suit from Indochino. First time I have gone in the store... And wow. That is a customer service. One tailor/style guide to take you through your whole experience. Personal, helpful, understanding, non-judgmental.... Yeah.. Nordstrom personal stylist kind of service. Without the we are going to rob you feel.But lets get down to where it really matters.... Their suits are nice. And so damn worth it. Quality material which may almost make you doubtful.. And YOU SHOULD BE! Go in and find out for yourself.

I came in with my boyfriend and my brother both looking for a suit. We worked with Devan and she made a potentially painful experience very easy and her suggestions and expertise were much appreciated! I will definitely be recommending friends and family to go to the store and will tell them to try and make their appointment with Devan!

Custom made pants: 7 inches short in the rise; 6 inches short in the inseam. Impossible to alter correctly, and no return policy. So far impossible to reach

I am incredibly satisfied both with the customer service, skill, and finished product from Indochino. Ive been fit for multiple suits, and this has been the best experience by far. The cut and quality of the suit is wonderful.I also want to recommend working with Andre at the showroom for a fitting. Not only is he very personable and easy to work with, he is also meticulous about the measurements and it paid off. The adjustments when the suit came back were very, very minor -- so it was the closest thing to a perfect fit right out of the box.

Super easy place to find, the staff was extremely knowledgeable of mens Tailoring Requirements. The customer service it top notched. If you think you can waltz in and just get a off the rack suit, go somewhere else. This place sell a quality suit, great service, at a good price.

Today was my first time visiting this place, and I have to say, I was impressed! They made me comfortable with the process, and really took the time to explain things and answer my questions. The measuring process was thorough, and they did a great job making sure I was going to be comfortable with the fit. I just placed my first order, so I’ll be excited to receive my suit in a couple of weeks!

Jessica, the person who walked me through the whole process of getting a suit, had been very good and patient with me deciding the details for my 2-piece suit. The place was great and very friendly staff. I got my suit after 3 weeks as what they promised. I am in the process of altering it due to some minor adjustments. The only downside is that the alteration for my suit, if I did it with them, would take 3-5 weeks. They told me this before hand though. They really suggest you provide do this 3 months ahead of time to give them more time for alterations. They, however, are willing to reimburse you when you go to an outside tailor. One thing that is really commendable is that their customer service is great. They respond to my emails and calls right away, and they are very helpful.

Are these real people creating these reviews? Customer beware that your suit will probably take up to two months from start to finish. My first impression of this place was how pretty the suits were in the showroom but that was my only positive impression of this experience. Walked in and waited standing there for 15 mins to even be approached by an employee, when someone came up to me all I was asked is if I had an appointment. I did have an appointment but had to was 30 min to be helped. The main guy seeming to be running the place was clearly overwhelmed, there was 8 other people or so waiting to be helped and he informed us all that “ somehow everyone was doubled up on appointments and he didn’t know how long it would be and understand if we rescheduled” I should’ve taken that as a hint of how the whole experience would go. I felt rushed during my fitting and didn’t feel like I was being measured correctly but I assumed the worker new what he was doing so didn’t question it. After making my purchase $800+ I went home and reviewed my email confirmation to find he didn’t place the details correctly so I had to reach out to the customer services 800 number which wasn’t a bad experience and they fixed the details of buttons and details. After getting my suit in the mail I found my pants to be too long and baggy which I folding the person measuring me how I liked them to fit, the jacket sleeves were too long and looked like someone twice my arm size was measured. I took the suit back and showed they tailor what I wanted changed and how I like it and I asked if he could see what I meant he responded In a rude tone “ no not really but if that’s what you want”. After getting the suit pinned they told me it would take up to 4 weeks. I called today since it’s been over 30 days waiting without any type of communication and they said “it’s our busy season so it will be another two weeks”. If I would’ve know this would take this time and the service was terrible I would’ve never walked in the door. I shouldn’t have to wait two months for a suit that was measured incorrectly and was rushed.

Nice atmosphere and friendly service. Terribly disappointing suit. I’ve bought a decent number of suits; off the rack, tailored, and bespoke. Decided to try Indochino, and had high hopes for a reasonable quality, entry price suit. It was all downhill from the first time I tried on my “tailored” suit. The finishing and appointments were all nicely done. On the other hand, the fit was comical - literally. My wife couldn’t stop laughing at my new clown suit. Shoulders more than an inch too wide, jacket length multiple inches too long; I was practically swimming in it. Anything off the rack would have been orders of magnitude better.Despite my deep concerns (I’ve never seen a suit so ill-fitting get tailored) they assured me that it was completely fine and that their expert tailors would have it in great shape. 7 weeks (and three emails pushing them on time to turn) later, I got back a less comical but still poorly fitting suit with tailoring that my kids could have probably done better. Seam lines running off the bottom of the coat, bunching of fabric around the shoulder. It was unwearable. They were unwilling to start over and wanted to keep trying to tweak the hot mess that they’d already made. I decided to tap out of the already time consuming and clearly futile process.I’m sure they manage to make it work more often than not, or they wouldn’t be in business, but based on my experience, I won’t be giving it another try.

I’ve heard of Indochino 4-5 years ago and was excited to finally visit the showroom in Seattle. JR and Mia were quick to take care of me and measure me up with a new suit. I would highly recommend these two skilled individuals as well as getting a suit customized at Indochino.

All those reviews here are fake. I got a tux from here last year for my wedding. I made the order 2 months a head and i received the Tux 3 days for the wedding, and it was made completely wrong, it didnt fit properly at all, I had to go and buy another one from Armani. I was really upset with the situation..

I made an appointment for the Seattle Indochino showroom to get measured and fitted for a suit. It was for my upcoming wedding, and my experience here was great. I got to try on samples and adjust to my liking. The staff was very friendly and helpful with making decisions, especially for someone as inexperienced as myself.

I worked with Jordan—she was awesome!! With background in costume design she pointed me in the right direction and was honest enough to give me a real opinion vs pushing for a sale. Great experience overall. Will definitely be back when I’m in the market for another suit

Great service, the only thing I would like is the ability to have a full 24hrs to edit your order. Given that you dont get to see the actual product in person unless they happen to have the exact fabric with your same customizations in store, which given the number of custom options is extremely unlikely. It would nice to have a full day to mull over your decisions

She was very thorough in taking my measurements and made sure to get my input in all aspects of how I wanted to tux to fit. She also made great recommendations when I was unsure of things. Everyone there seemed very accommodating for what their customers wanted and never seemed pushy. Im looking forward to seeing the final product. Definitely recommended!

As a total fancy-suit novice I was able to design and get measured for a custom suit for my wedding here. Porscha was very helpful guiding me through and making sure I didnt do anything weird. It looks awesome.

Indochino has a designer feel with warehouse prices. I went here recently with my fiance to get a fitting for a suit. Everything is completely customized to your liking and walked feeling like I got a steal of a deal. Highly recommend if you are looking to get a suit for any occasion. Just make sure that you set up an appointment online. Devan helped me out and she did fantastic job listening to my needs.

I had a fantastic experience at Indochino in Seattle. Mia and Adam were amazing at helping me understand how the fitting worked and were very thorough about getting my measurements. Adam was very helpful in explaining all the different feature possibilities for my suit so I could have an well fitted suit that would be exactly what I wanted.

Really great experience. I know absolutely nothing about fashion but their knowledgeable staff was able to walk me through all the customizable options.Update: Just received my suit! I was anxiously awaiting its arrival over the last week or so. The pattern and the fabrics are great! However, the jacket is really well tailored to my fit but the pants arent tapered at all. It gives the suit this weird juxtaposition between a really modern well fit top with pants that look like I just raided them out of my grandfathers closet.Ive been more satisfied with significantly cheaper suits from Express. Ultimately Im going to have to find a tailor to taper these pant legs in, which I wasnt expecting.

Ill admit I was hesitant to try Indochino, mostly because when you buy a suit here, you start with fabric alone. You cant see the suit on your body before purchasing. So I definitely had some reservations. Well, I just barely received and tried on my suit, and it looks so good and it fits perfectly. Im so happy with our decision! Im equally impressed with the great service we received from Portia (sp?). She was so informative, laid back, fun, and so helpful. They made a huge fan out of me. I love them!

This was a magnificent suit buying experience. Mia and Kat are both outstanding at their jobs - extremely personable, lovely personalities, and true gurus of menswear. The quality of the shop matches the quality of the personnel. 10/10 will be buying all my future suits here!!!

I think its great that a lot of people have had a good experience. I guess my concern is--if something goes wrong with the order--it will go REALLY wrong. And after several weeks-you might not have your clothes. For me it was not a big deal--if it was for a wedding? Id be worried. Im on my second suit order and still waiting for the dress shirt.This second suit has taken way long since they are behind on alterations and I was given inaccurate info on the time frame. I complained and when I went back to the showroom, I got an ear full about complaining and giving a bad review. Sorry, if you address the issue then the good reviews come. You dont ask the customer to fix it without solving the problem first. I have no intention of ever going back.

It was my first time getting measurements and walking into an establishment with such professional personnel. Johnny was professional, knowledgeable and instilled confidence in me with his well described/articulate explanations of products and what would look best. I had a smooth time getting information and advice needed in order to walk out with what I wanted. I highly recommend going if youre a new or even veteran when it comes to suiting up and looking good! Go ask for Johnny and he will set you up with a look that will increase your confidence by helping you feel and look good.

Horrible customer service. Definitely lost my business. The rep wasnt even interested in answering basic questions for 5 minutes and help set up an appointment. Why have a storefront if you dont want people walking in. Please train your in-store staff better.

They are absolutely terrible at taking alteration. I had to take my suits to them three times for them to still improperly tailor them. I dont recommend them at all. The suit is a low grade construct and not worth the hassle. I can literally go the Menswear House and get better service and product.

I had a fun and informative experience customizing my suit jacket with Mia, and it fits perfectly. Additionally, there was a problem with the shipping and Mia ended up driving to my apartment, picking up the jacket and overnighting it to me out of state so i could have it in time for the wedding!! One of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. Thanks Mia!

Very happy with the suit. When it arrived in the mail, the fit was not quite right, but their tailors did a wonderful job of making it a great fit for me. Mia is very kind and caring, and made it a really good experience.

Jordan was thoughtful and helpful in picking out new suit fabrics, even going above and beyond to follow up to clarify whether an item that was thought to be out of stock was available. She made the process simple and easy to work through!

One of the best shopping experiences Ive ever had.I lost all my suits before business school and instinctively went to Mens Wearhouse to re-up and I hated the way everything fit, just stock this, stock that.Jordan and Kat from the Seattle location were incredible, walked me through the process, helped me pair patterns and colors, it was great.Ill be back in a year for more

I just had a wonderful experience at Indochino! The staff was super friendly. I was extremely lucky because I was a walk-in nd they were still happy to do a fitting with me (Normally this needs to be scheduled). Mia fitted me today, and was fun to work with, and she was very patient as we went through all the details needed in picking everything out. Im so excited to see my own personal suit in 3 (2 if Im lucky) weeks! Thank you!

I was helped by a cool guy, he was very nice. I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a custom suit, also they were very organized, in the way that they just picked out your fabric that you wanted then went on to choosing what style suit and so on.

I was pretty nervous at first because Ive never owned a suit and didnt really know what I wanted, but it was a great experience. Porscha was awesome and helped me look at all the fabrics and decide (they have a lot of options) and fitted me for a three piece suit. Overall I really enjoyed my experience at Indochino and will definitely be coming back!

Had a great experience with Porscha. She took all my measurements and helped me pick out the fabrics for my shirts. Very professional and made the process very easy. No pushy, high pressure sales gimmicks just great service. Looking forward to seeing how my shirts come out!

Honestly not sure how this store has so many overwhelmingly positive reviews when my experience getting suits for 6 groomsmen was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a retailer in the US. Will try keep it factual and brief without emotion but at the same time I am so frustrated with how poorly I was treated.Poor customer service in all areas other than in person. Was hung up on the phone many times. Sometimes phone calls were just not answered at allSent multiple emails to the address I was given, even showed them my sent emails on my phone and they just could never find them. Never responded to any emails. They just went into a black hole.Made 3 literal identical orders and got 2 very different things.Tried to coordinate uniformity across 3 separate locations without myself ordering a suit/setting up a profile and it was almost impossible and the alternatives were non existent. Customer service for this was laughable.The in store experience I will say was very pleasant and prompt. But none of that mattered when everything else was just so truly abysmal.Stay away at all costs. Men’s Wearhouse is really the only thing worst you can do for an event. They have a really good concept for customized suits the execution is very poor. Hoping this is just the Seattle location.
