Delivry unrelieble and will cancelled orders

On hold for over an hour - have made many, many attempts to reach customer service for a week now (phone, chats and emails) with no response. Very frustrating!

Ordered online because they had a discontinued rug I wanted. Terrible customer service. Rug has yet to arrive and it’s been almost a full month since I placed my order. Instead of replying to my repeated attempts to ask where my order is, they printed a shipping label to generate the shipment notification, but the carrier has still not actually received the package.

You can’t contact to them just by email and they answer until sixth email you resend to them. No good to purchase this place. You can’t return the item to premium outlets you have to do it by mail and they never answer the email.
