They are thieves and liars. They sold me USED shoes and think they can get away with it! Corporate is on speed dial and if they dont get my funds back, my bank is the next call away! Do NOT shop here, its literally unsafe if you value your hard-earned funds!!

Its pretty much like every other rack room shoes. They just dont have a big selection within products like if theres one thing you like they probably wont have it in another color because its a small-ish store. Its in an outlet mall which is what drew me there in the first place. I just didnt find what I wanted but no problem

This is a family shoe store with a great variety of mens, womens, and kids shoes. The store is neat, clean, and well organized and located in Tanger Outlets. The store is offering a sale of buy one pair get 50% off a second pair. They are also able to ship to your home with no extra charge. They carry many of the top brands such as Nike, Adidas, Converse, Vans, and more.
Clean store and always have some good sales on shoes.

Horrible experience!!! Do NOT order online!! If you do, make sure you immediately get a tracking number, and make sure that your shoes are actually sent out. Mine were not. On Monday, Dec 10th, I ordered a pair of shoes online. I paid an extra $15.99 for two-day shipping. I needed the shoes for my daughter’s Christmas dance on Dec 15. She really wanted the particular shoes that were ordered, as they matched her dress perfectly. Two days later, the shoes had not arrived as scheduled. I spoke to customer service at around 11 a.m. I was told that the shoes were still scheduled to arrive by the end of the day (12/13), and I was given a tracking number. The next day(12/14), at 1 p.m., the shoes still had not arrived. The employees at my local post office searched my tracking number and told me that a label had been created, but the shoes had not even been shipped yet! I contacted customer service again (around 3p.m.) and let them know that I was informed by my post office that the shoes hadn’t even shipped yet. I told the CSR that, if the shoes hadn’t, in fact, shipped, I just wanted to be refunded in full since I wouldn’t have them in time for my daughter’s dance . I was told by customer service that FedEx would need to be contacted to get an update on the package, and if it hadn’t been shipped, I’d be refunded in full. At 930 P.M., however, I received an email saying the shoes had just shipped! The order was not cancelled, and I was NOT issued a refund as discussed! Since my daughter’s dance was the next day (Sat Dec 15) at 630 P.M., there was no way I’d receive the shoes before then! The package was delivered to my home on December 17, way passed the two-day shipping date that I had payed an extra $15.99 for. My daughter didn’t have her shoes for the dance. She ended up wearing an old pair and was really disappointed. I refused the package, and shoes were returned to the warehouse on Dec 20. I received confirmation of this. I was told by customer service that the shoes would need to be received by the warehouse before a refund could be issued. I told them that the shoes were, in fact, received by the warehouse, and I gave them the proof that had been provided by FedEx. It is now Dec 29th, and I have yet to receive my refund. I have contacted customer service several more times. Today I was told that it takes up to 14 business days to receive a refund. I don’t know why I couldn’t have been told that in one of my many other conversations with the exact same CSR! If my order had been cancelled when requested, I’d have already been refunded. My money was quickly taken from my account, on the same day that my order was placed, so I don’t understand why it’s not being returned as quickly. Or, if I’d just received the shoes on time, I wouldn’t have to be issued a refund, nor would so much of my time have been lost by having to repeatedly contact customer service. My daughter could have been spared her disappointment. There is no phone number to call. I have had to “live chat” every time I speak to someone, which is time consuming and frustrating in a situation such as this. Who knows if or when Ill receive my refund or how many more times Ill have to contact customer service beforehand. I will never order from the Rack Room again!!!
