My wife and I started looking for nursery furniture as soon as we knew we were expecting. We looked everywhere for furniture that we would be interested in buying, but Google searches flooded us with the same big retail chains selling all the same furniture (mostly Delta Children or Pottery Barn). When we searched specifically for Abby furniture stores, the only thing we came up with that wasn’t part of a department in a larger store was All About Kids Furniture.When we browsed the site, a nice introduction told us about the owners’ several years of experience and their mission as experts in child furniture. They only sell furniture that is free from harmful chemical binders and paints.We had to make a long drive to the store, since we live in a different county, but when we pulled in, right away I knew we had come to the right place. The store was a small boutique, with 3 rooms on the main level, and 4 above. In addition to furniture pieces themselves, the store also featured artistic night lights, stuffed animals, baby blankets, well decor, and other items you might want to include in your nursery.Several of the furniture displays featured 6 inch square samples of other colors they were offered in, and full sheet furniture set cards were available that you could take with you to review and compare to other furniture pieces as you go. There was a wide range of styles and sets, and we found that there really was the widest possible range of style and design to fit anyone’s price range.To my knowledge, all of the dressers had soft close drawers and the option to include the changing top conversion kit that includes a Moonlight changing top (more on that in a minute).Additionally, all the cribs offer conversion kits to change them to a toddler bed, day bed, and full bed with the purchase of the conversion kits. The store also sells 3 Moonlight mattresses, and though I don’t remember which ones they specifically were, I think they were the Starlight line: Shimmer, Supreme, and Sparkle (from $ low to high) the mattresses are made of medical grade materials and are designed to be both safe and durable (and waterproof).There was also a wide range of glider rockers available, some with ottomans, some without, and some that were also recliners. Several of the recliner styles also electric buttons to put up and down the footrest, and a USB-B plug for any usb power device or charging cable you may want to plug in when you are in the chair.The customer service here was excellent, and the owners were helpful, kind, and transparent throughout the entire process! We ended up purchasing our crib, crib conversion, dresser, changing top conversion, glider rocker, and few stuffed animals (that were too cute to pass up!) same day! If anyone ever asks us where they should shop for furniture, we would tell them to make the drive down to All About Kids Furniture if they want to best products with the best customer experience!

This was the only place we could find furniture for our nursery here in Pittsburgh. We didn’t want to buy something without seeing it in person from an internet retailer and wanted something that would hold up and have more style than a National big box chain. There was also no way we were going to spend the baby’s entire college fund buying from Pottery Barn Kids, so when we found this store we were ecstatic.Plenty of selection, with different price points and styles, plus a room with as-is displays for sale. It’s definitely worth taking a drive and checking them out.

Thank you thank you thank you! The nursery furniture that we chose for our baby girl couldn’t be anymore beautiful and perfect. The natural wood look fits our woodlands theme PERFECTLY and it’s just stunning to look at. The pieces all work together so nicely and give us AMPLE storage! I couldn’t have asked for better furniture, and better people to buy it from. It was easy to pick up even during the pandemic- they make everything so smooth and easy! We recently purchased a crib and dresser for our new granddaughter. The owner was our salesman. At the time of our purchase he was as nice as can be. The owner could not reach my daughter regarding the timing of delivery, so when I called him he appeared angry with my daughter for not answering. Several times he mentioned my daughter not answering the phone when he called (she had the baby two weeks early, so she was a little busy, which is why she had me call). When the truck pulled up for delivery, they parked right in front of our neighbors driveway, blocking them from getting in and out. I politely asked him to move the truck and he replied, “We always park in front of neighbors driveways”. The entire time he was here he was rude and disrespectful. Upon leaving he walked right past me and out the door, saying nothing and leaving. My granddaughters father was doing yard work and they asked him to sign for everything knowing I am the one who paid for everything. I have never written a bad review before but his disrespect and rudeness was too much, and very immature. Never again

Our son and daughter-in-law bought things for our grandsons nursery. Owners are WONDERFUL and the quality of their merchandise is incredible - Everything is so well made! Great selection. Nice to support a local business!

I had been searching for a quality crib and I wanted to see the qualify first hand. So I was not about to order online. A friend recommended All About Kids Furniture. It was a bit of a distance but well worth the trip! There is so much on display! Beautiful and great quality furniture. The owners are fantastic! They are very helpful, patient and kind. Crib was easy to assemble and just beautiful! We will be back. Please dont hesitate to visit. You will be glad that you did!

This is the best place to go when you are looking for a hands on experience with furniture for your nursery or childrens room. The owners are wonderful. They have beautiful quality furniture and very competitive pricing especially for the service. When we opened our nursery chair, there was a snag on the arm rest from the manufacturers. They owner called me back right away and got me a replacement. We have loved our rocker/glider/swivel chair and fully expect to have it for years and years. We will definitely return and have sent others there as well.

Beautiful bunk bed for our kids. They love it, and we feel great because its a lovely, well-built piece of furniture that will last us a very long time. For not much more money than something from Ikea that wouldnt last as long, or look as good.

We recently bought my sons nursery set from All About Kids & love it! We searched everywhere & could not find the same quality of furniture anywhere else. They have a great selection & offer delivery & set-up as well. We will definitely return to this store when we have another baby, & I would highly recommend them!!

I can’t say enough about this family own store! First of all the furniture we bought for our nursery is beautiful and was priced very reasonably. Second, the owners are fantastic! They are so nice and helpful! I had a small issue with my crib once it was taken out of the box (nothing that was the fault of the store, it was the manufacturers fault) and when I called to tell them they were at my house the next business day with a new piece to replace it! Their wonderful customer service made my previous horrible experience at other companies forgotten about! I will be buying all of my children’s furniture there in the future and referring everyone I know to them!

This store is quite a gem! I bought furniture for my daughters here many years ago. The quality and workmanship are fantastic! Now, the grandkids are using bedroom sets. I had lost a piece of the hardware and the owner helped me replace the missing piece, too.
