I really loved that it is a Family own business and the owners were so nice. I went for an oil and filter change only but Im going to take my car there from now on. They called me after 15 minutes saying that my car was ready.

I have to admit I was skeptical at first of a shop that is so convenient to downtown, they could totally take advantage of so many city folk with no auto knowledge. Im pretty picky cause I prefer to work on cars myself, so I really need to trust the mechanic. After chatting with the owner and his wife about classic cars and foreign cars I could tell this guy knew what he was talking about, so now I trust him with everything. Hes super honest, and Ive been in there when a random woman comes in stranded with a broken down car, and if its a 5 second fix Ive seen him just send them on their way at no charge, when he probably could have charged them any amount and they would have been happy to be on the road.He knows American V8s in and out, but also knows foreign luxury and hybrid. Hes a unicorn of a mechanic. Granted they are a little bit more expensive than going to MD or VA, but so is the real estate. And the premium is totally worth the convenience.

I called this morning to see if they could clear the sunroof drain on my car before the big storm comes tomorrow, and they said to bring it in. It was finished by afternoon, and didn’t cost an arm and a leg! Would definitely recommend this great neighborhood auto shop!

I damaged the driver-side side mirror and tore it off in a parking garage. AIM did the research to find the closest match replacement for the model and with the bells and whistles, fixed the wiring, and installed it for a great price. And, it all happened quickly! I highly recommend using AIM!
