Now dont get me wrong I love Walmart as much as the next person but when an employee helps me order the tires I need for my vehicle we order them and them they come in just for the other employees to tell me they can NOT put them on my vehicle because they are 205. What was that lady telling me! Lies.... very disappointed!
Everything was done as promised. In this day and age of places that cant be trusted it is nice to go to a place and have the piece of mind that you are going to be taken care of.
Its great not long wait and the price was right
Great service and tire prices
Y’all need to pick up the phone when it’s ringing. Not sure if you know that or not but yeah that’s the purpose of the phone.
Multiple experience here!First, had to get a set of tires. Was there midday to buy them. Picked ones they could get at a price point I wanted. Then they scheduled the day to have them mounted. Was 4 days later. Not a issue! Day came and had it done. They said about an hour and a half wait due to a lot of people there that day. Heavy work load. But not a issue for me. Made sure my day was clear for any possible issues. Got them on and all was good.Second, I had a oil change scheduled. Was told it’s first come, first serve. So popping in like 6pm is not a good thing. So show up when they open at 9am. They have new hours there from 9am - 8pm. I showed up at 8am! And I waited. And wow amazing there was like 20 people there to get just services needed! So I stood in line and had had the oil change and the look over to change the oil filter and clean the car out. Told it would take about again 1 hour and 30 minutes. Went walking around the store. Picked a few things. Went back 45 minutes later. It was done!Third, was driving home. It was about 6pm. Noticed my driver side headlight was out! Stopped by Walmart. Asked to see if I could get them to put a new one in! They said it’s best to change both headlight bulbs. I said okay. And they showed me the bulbs. Bought a set. And they went to install them right then! Took like 45 minutes. So far, good service!
Nobody answered and it wasnt open at the hours as posted
Very pleasantly surprised with the service!I went in for oil change for the first time at this location. My car was vacuumed, windows wiped down, and all fluid filled to proper level. The manager Chris was very helpful and professional, he explained why the upgraded version of oil change was better for my car than basic that I had come in for. I will return, thanks for the great service!
We drove up as they were closing with a flat tire. They pulled the air pump around for us to use and just threw it on the ground. I can understand they were closing. But from what I know and have experienced customer service dictates going above and beyond, well they showed the opposite. It was nice to see them standing around talking, joking, and laughing. Instead of helping or even offering to be of any assistance. Already not a fan of this Walmart and the tire crew here at just made my point.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCEDAfter a relatively pleasant experience at 3 PM on a Saturday during which all four of my tires were replaced in about 30-minutes, I was optimistic that my wifes appointment for the same thing on a Tuesday at 3 PM would be similar. My wife showed up for her 3 PM appointment with our baby on a Tuesday, NOT PEAK TIME. It took me having to call to speak with someone to find information out about the status of her car...1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES LATER...at 4:45 PM. I was told that she was next in line...Was my wife ever informed of how long it would take? They said an hour when she dropped her car off.Was my wife ever given notice that it would take longer than an hour? NODid anyone give my wife a heads-up when she arrived with a baby that there was only 1 technician working and that she would most likely be delayed? NO2 HOURS AFTER HER APPOINTMENT my wife had to ask for her car back and leave, no new tires, screaming baby in hand.
They ordered the wrong tires. Didnt realize it til I got home and went to unload them. Was on hold for 30 min and still didnt get to talk to anybody. Getting my refund and going somewhere where they understand tire sizes and dont try and pass off a 31x10.5 for a 267/75 16.
I was on hold for 45 minutes. Literally cooked and ate breakfast with my family at home before hanging up to call management. Manger tried transferring, waiting 10 minutes. She went herself after realizing that the lady working wasn’t answering. Manger was great. Cashier lady is horrible. Manager of tire & parts called me. Asked what time they was open until. Said 7. Showed up that evening at 5:45. Once again this ignorant lady said we are not doing anymore work today. I asked for a manager... meanwhile the phone rang... I said you should probably answer that. She did, “please hold” I was there for 30 minutes talking to manager with no cars in their bay getting worked on. I said there is still someone on hold... she literally never answered the call. Her name is Racheal, and she is the rudest individual you’ll ever deal with in customer service. Danielle that works back there is a sweetheart.
I had a great experience. Needed a leak patched asap as en route to SC from Ontario. Service manager took care of business and Kathy was delightful.
About a month or so ago I bought some new tires. I went out to my car a few days later to find out that one of the tires was completely flat. I called to see about getting it checked out if I put some air inside of it and was told that I would have to set up an appointment and wait. I am an Uber and Doordash driver so my car is part of my job. I went down and grabbed some Fix-A-Flat from the gas station and was then drove to Sheetz in order to get some air. The next week the check tire pressure came on in my car and whenever I pulled over to get air, it was the same time and whenever I pulled the cap off, you could feel and hear the air coming out, so there was a problem with the tire they had put on. I called again, and was told to set up an appointment. The day of my ball joint busted so I couldnt make it, but was called to come in early because they were closing early? Told them the situation and didnt even bother asking about setting up a new appointment. This past weekend the check tire pressure came on again and sure enough, same tire was blasting air when I removed the cap. I called and got a hold of someone, asked to get transferred to TLE and they tried three times before I said nevermind. Called the 1-800 number, expressed my concern in which they tried to call the store, had me on hold for about five minutes while they tried to get a hold of TLE and ended up talking to an Asst Manager. Told him the issue I was facing, took my information and said someone would call me and while I was still talking, either he hung up or the call was dropped and did not attempt to call me back. I got a call from someone in TLE as I was driving up the hill and told them, never mind, Im almost there. There was no cars in the bay and two techs working. They took my car in to check and I walked out for a cigarette. As I came back there was three people standing around the service counter, my car was lifted up and I could hear them talking about the car, saying that it was the air stem and that the check tire pressure gauge might be messed up. Mind you, at no point in time did they figure it a good idea to tell me this issue. You think youd want to keep the customer informed on what is going on. I heard them call for a member of management back, and thinking they werent even going to bother talking to me, I started walking away and say three members of management walking up. I bought a drink and when I was walking back, I saw the three managers walking away, none of them stopping to talk to me about what was going on whenever they saw me back there. Agitated I walked out for another cigarette and while outside, I saw the three managers, once again, walking around outside, which is poor management if you ask me. As I came back in, I could see that my car was no longer up, two people at the service counter, and once again, not a single one of them said a word to me. I waited by the open door to the customer waiting area for someone else to come up to me and another customer, letting them go first he proceeded to try and ring up the work order, but had messed up. He waited for a CSM to clear the screen for him, called twice on the walkie-talkie and had another wait time between the first call to canceling the screen for about five to ten minutes. The problem was resolved thankfully, but the level of professionalism, customer service and seemingly attitude and lack of concern to the customer was horrible. As a former store manager, customer service has always been my top priority and the way this TLE works is just horrible. When my landlord said about coming there to get his oil changed, my only response was Good luck and in retrospect, wouldve told him to go someplace else since they dont care about their job, the customers or have any sort of pride in their work.
Needs reorganized. Cant jeep to a schefuled appointment. Supposed to get tires rotated and a new low beam bulb installed and it was to detailed to do. Servuce was terrible. Will go somewhere else
The manager seems pleasant but they never answer the phone, takes 2-3 hours for an oil change, and generally poor customer service.
Made an appointment on a Friday had to wait until Sunday for new tires and to get new tpms installed. Was told they could do that so I waited here on Sunday the manager sean who had taken my call didnt even schedule me in for an appointment on Sunday and my info wasnt even in the computer so thats a bit scary not knowing what he did with my information...and they dont even install other peoples tpms valves unless u buy theirs so I has to wait for nothing and still didnt get my car fixed and was also lied to about price by almost 100 dollars!!! This was all lies by a manager so now I am looking at going to another shop to pay them what they couldnt finish ending up being even more money wasted!!! I will never go back to Wal-Mart for tires...i go every year and I wasnt even in their system when I paid for a warranty on my tires last year so they wouldnt have honored those either in guessing...they owe me money from all the lies and dirt the manager did to me and ruined my mothers day weekend for sure because I couldnt drive my car u too it was in the shop and they couldnt even do what was needed done! I can get tires anywhere for way cheaper...my Lord this sean manager needs fired and I want a refund d for all the lies and work I have to get done now...also would like to know what he did with all my address and phone number info as well since its not in computer its a scary day and age and I am very uncomfortable with him taking my info for no reason known to me??? Never again..i will be making a complaint to the bbq and whoever else I need to to stop this weird guy from whatever he is doing with peoples information.
I will never order tires from Walmart again, terrible phone and customer service. Do not waste your time here.
Good and bad. I ordered tired online because that was my only option to get the tires from then. The order was received on March 11. I went to the store on March 12 and was told I had to make an appointment. So I was scheduled for March 22 at 8 am. While I was waiting i found all four of my tires stacked in the auto center by the batterys so at least I new they were there right. So they got me scheduled and do to the time frame I asked if they were going to hold the tires due to the website saying they only hold them for 7 day and my appointment way 11 day way from there recivrec date. The very nice lady said she would note to hold the tires and I was on my way. Today I go there 30 mins early to find out that they double booked the time I was scheduled for and that they didnt have all four of my tires. Needless to say I was irritated but I get it things happen. The lady working was about to get the missing tires shipped in this afternoon. Do to my schedule I wont be getting them put on until the morning. I wish I would have got the ladies name that was so nice know I was irritated and took good care of me given the mistakes. However they are under staffed and always busy. Having the proper stafe would hlep cut back on mistakes and save the company money form making compensations. How can you be made when one lady is trying to balance everything going on there. Get her some help!!! Not to mention the whole time there was another worker feet away that didnt even offer to help as the lined form while she was helping me.
Awesome customer service. Thank you for taking care of us!
Customer service is awful. We waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged only to be told, by a very rude and unpleasant older woman, that they werent taking anymore customers that day and it was 11 am.
Ordered tires on line and she I showed up this morning at 7am they said they could not put them on, I needed an appointment???All other times over the past 2 years I could show up and get it done, not today. Thanks for taking care of your customers.
Sold us cheap tires that shredded within weeks. 8 punctures from gravel back roads in 3 days. They said the tires would hold out.
Staff in auto center didnt want to change my tire because they were booked up but mgmt.took care of it
Kathy was incredibly rude and unprofesional. Never returning.
