Ive just recently purchased a used Ford Escape from this dealer and Ive been truly impressed with every aspect of the buying experience! I actually live over 5 hours from this dealer but Steven Collison(general manager) and his team made everything simple throughout the process and delivered the vehicle to my door. I was tremendously nervous about buying a vehicle sight unseen but Ive now taken delivery of the vehicle and its in pristine condition just as they assured me it was. Ive had several conversations with Steve during this process and can tell you he is a genuinely good guy who will help you any way he can. Hes even willing to find you a vehicle if he doesnt have it at the time. I will 100% do business with this dealer next time Im in the market!
Took my truck in for an alignment. Got it back and the front end started shaking violently after a day of driving it. Called and told them the problem and was advised to bring it back in. Was called and told that the tech retorqued everything and it was good to go. Got it back and had the same issue...front end shaking violently after a day of driving. I called back and advised the service department of the issue again. There were no issues before my alignment. I was told to bring it in, but I would have to wait two weeks for them to look at it. I took the appointment date, but then decided to call and talk to a manager. I talked to one of the Dobsons and was told that he would speak with the service department and get back with me. Two weeks went by and nothing. No one called me back. Im just going to deal with it myself. At least I wont have to make another trip to Washington for nothing. Im only giving one star because there is no option to give non at all.

My first time experience with the service desk. The man was curt and rude. Did not offer any real answers. Seemed put out that a customer had walked up to his window. He was sitting and did not even stand up to the window and have a helpful conversation. He was an older silver haired man seemed to be the opposite of what a service desk person should strive for.I will avoid this company at all costs.

False Advertising, Bogus Bank Charges, Dishonest Negotiations, Shop Somewhere ElseI purchased a 2013 Ford F-150 Raptor from Bill Dobson Ford on June 20, 2020. There are three issues that I have with the dealership. I have had multiple conversations with different individuals at the dealership with no resolution. I am now actively working with the bank to identify additional fees that were placed in the sales contract that were above the agreed upon price. The F-I manager Jay said the bank requires these fees. Old National, the bank used has told me they do not charge these fees.Problem 1: The truck was advertised as having new shocks, $2600 worth of parts installed. The owner, salesman and previous sales manager all confirmed this upon arrival to purchase the truck. After purchase I received service records in which it shows that used shocks were used at a much lower cost. Shocks are a major issue with this truck and was one of the reasons I decided to purchase.Problem 2: The agreed upon price negotiated before buying the vehicle was to include all tax, title and fees. Upon licensing the vehicle, the fees were added incorrectly and I was required to spend $60 more our of pocket to have the vehicle plated.Problem 3: The buyers contract and retail finance contract was for $27,701.74. The length of contract was 66 months. After purchase the bank (Old National) sent a letter saying that the loan amount was for $27,900.74 at 67 months. Bill Dobson Ford says that the bank added a 199.00 charge for prepaid interest. Old National says they do not have such a fee, regardless the contract signed was for $27,701.74 and is binding. This appears to be a fradulent fee the dealer is trying to profit from and backdoor customers. I am still dealing with the bank to identify what is going on.

Prompt service on my company vehicle. Im from out of town and the transit van I was driving to Evansville started driving weird and kicked on a service light. I immediately found the closest dealer and stopped in. Didnt wait more than 5 minutes after pulling up before Charles had my vehicle in the service bays being looked at. Back on the road in about an hour but no luck what code it was since it appears to have reset on its own when they started it up to pull in. Charles was great during the whole process and keeping me informed. THANKS Charles for the great and prompt service. It is well appreciated. My company is BIG into customer service and I believe Charles is a good example of what it means.
Bill Dobson Ford has great salespeople who follow through after your vehicle is purchased. You get a fair price for trade ins. I appreciated the time spent with me explaining all the technology in my new Mustang. The panel has so many options and having someone show me how was much better than reading the manual. Dont see what you want? Just ask and they will find it!

It may take a few days to get it in, but it doesnt take them long to get the work done right. Also, their sales staff doesn’t hassle you to buy. You can be sure theyll help you get what YOU want, not what they want to sell you!
Have had two bad experiences with the service department. This time my car had a new rattle noise coming from under the dash after I left. The reason —they forgot to tighten two screws on the airbag. Also, the guys I talked to on the phone and in person there were not helpful at all.Update: They did reach out and try to make this right after I posted this review

Great experience. Was looking for an suv, explorer, escape something along thpse lines. They had a 2008 ford escape with a clean carfax. Took it for a test drive, had a pooping sound when turning left, bad ball joint or steering column component. They said they would fix it which they did and didnt charge me a dime. Also, knocked off a hundred on the list price. Good selection and good service. The only reason Im giving them 4 out of 5 is that I think the part could have been replaced sooner than three weeks after purchase, patience. Still will do business with them again.

Just bought a car from here. They are in the middle of a remodel, so navigating where everyone is may be a bit confusing, but they are great, friendly, and helpful. Hoping this car lasts me a good long time, but I fully intend on returning for future purchases.

Horrible experience, was interested in vehicle so set up time to view, the following day. I corresponded with a secretary and a sales rep, set up to view around noon. We showed up after driving from Sullivan to be told that it was sold the night before. No regard to my viewing or time, they dont call or email, which both means were used to communicate the day before. Will not recommend this place, and excuse for dealership to be honest.
I had my car put together, the service was decent but they charged me for something that I didnt want done and didnt reimburse me. Dont go here if you dont wanna take a chance of getting charged for something you didnt ask for.
Just passing through on a road trip and my check engine light came on so I stopped in to get it scanned. I didnt catch the gentlemans name but he came out and scanned it for me free of charge. Even tried to hand him $10 for his trouble and he wouldnt accept it. Mind you this was on a Saturday and the service department wasnt even open and he seemed very busy. This is small town service at its finest. Its a shame that this place is so far from home or theyd be my go-to for service.

We had an appointment to look and drive a car, even on our way down (1/2 way there, it was 30 min. Drive) I called to let them know we will be there early and guy tells me on phone we just sold car 5 minutes ago. Grrr we even set up apt. To come look st it. Really disappointed.
