Called Rich at ZGlass to replace the windshield of our Class A. He was referred to us by a friend. He asked me to send him some pics of the windshield and he would get back to me “ASAP”. After 3 days of not hearing from him, I contacted him again. He told me he would get back to me on Monday. I never heard from him again. Very unprofessional. While I can understand difficulty in getting certain windshields, I don’t understand telling me you will get back with me (twice) and never hearing from you. My friend is embarrassed for having referred you and I am still with a broken windshield. Fortunately, there are still businesses seeking work. I do not recommend using this place.

Quality work. Fair pricing. They did a great job on my 2019 f450 full windshield replacement. I recommend them.

I recently had a car window broke out on a Saturday, I filed a claim online, and received a call within 2 hours letting me know they would have a replacement by Monday and let me know they were sorry I had the problem! When I talked to the company on Monday morning, they let me know it would be repaired that day. They replaced the window, cleaned all of the broken glass out of my vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend this company without thinking twice. Thank you so much for making this such a smooth process!!!

Found ZGlass while behind the company van at a stop light. Have had a chip in the middle of the windshield for a while, but havent taken the time to seek out a repair....well, followed the van into a parking lot on a whim, just to ask what would be involved in getting the chip fixed, and, the owner, Rich, fixed the chip right then and there! Seriously! Talk about customer service! Highly recommend!!
