This Giant Eagle is very nice and pleasant Travis is the front manager and he does a good job. The store manager Rick is very pleasant when it comes to helping the customers. Ill be back.💯

While the exterior isnt something to write home about the interior is probably one of the nicest Giant Eagles ive been in. Their shelves are nicely stocked with an almost insane amount of choices. With an extensive amount of middle level wines and liquors you can find some limited treasures. The staff all seem happy to assist customers and insure the facility is well maintained.

Just moved from Florida to Ohio and someone told us that Giant Eagle had everything. We went in looking for Lemonaideritas and unfortunately they didnt have them. But the check out ladies were nice!

Great clean store, good product placement . Never out of items so store is stocked well. Sometimes its hard to find help from employees but their attitudes are good when you do. The hot food section is good in head one situation where the food was left out to long, but outside of that iv been happy with that section. Good place because of the alcohol selection, can get liquor as well. Overall for the area I recommend it . Must have a giant eagle card or store isnt worth getting your grocery list its also nice giant eagle has added gas perks OR money off your current transaction .

The store and grocery items are good here but the boy bagging my groceries was unbelievably rude and very disrespectful! He let the soda water I purchased fall all over thr place and each time a bottle fell he just said oops! Then he went through my groceries picking them up and reading what it was out loud! Does that kid need his brain checked?

Not the best one Ive ever been to, but not bad. Good meat dept and the butcher on staff has always been more than accommodating.

The store is nice and clean. What a huge variety of Don is from which I could pick to take to Pep Boys, where they do a great job on my vehicle. At at the Express checkout, a cashier named Cathy was very helpful to me. I appreciate her helping me find the code for the donuts. The store is clean and spacious unlike some other Giant Eagle stores. If I lived in this area I would certainly shop here.

Welcome to the 20th century. Stepping into this store reminds of the olden days, before sensible layouts, when the most important concept was a friendly cashier.Some people love waiting 20 minutes in line while an underpaid and overworked cashier scans one item per year. Other people would just like the ability scan the items themselves and then move on with their lives.

I go in there to get my medicine from the pharmacy the pharmacy is always friendly and I never have any issues with them and I never have a long wait time

I use the pharmacy mainly. They are always so nice. They take great care in watching that you dont receive a script youre not supposed to. They have everything you can think of in their store. And its all delicious!!

Pharmacists are great. The support person told me script would be ready in 20-25 min and she would let me know when it was ready. I sat to the side for 50 minutes. I decided to get in to the line, saw her taking off. When I got up to counter the meds were in the drawer and ready.

Could not find cinnamon extract. no open human cashiers. had to use self check out. a mistake was made on cash out by register; not me. I felt like a scab because I used self check out instead of ahuman. happy that the 80% lean hamburger was on sale.

The front service desk is always closed when I come either early morning or early evening it is usually shut down which is annoying because I like to do lottery there but seldom can. The pricing is Alittle outrageous as well but have great produce and a wide variety of beers and seafood. The bakery is awesome also.

I get fried chicken meals here...It is some of my fiance and Is favorite fried chicken! I do wish they would bring back the old style fried fish, it was even better than the chicken!

The cashier was very sweet and respectful.

Theres stickers are not 6 feet apart they dont seem to care about the customers house things seem to be a little overpriced and the people that work there seem to be rude. Except for the customer service people they were ok

Like this spot usually always satisfying going here. Chick named Tammy lazy I guess she claims returns can’t be processed at 30 before close sounds about white. Anyways she fails to inform me that cash back is not valid with Apple Pay, and then gives me the bs excuse of not doing returns at 30 mins before close, due to well I’ll leave it at that. Some people just don’t know customer service and even if they do well acknowledge the issue and make it right. She looked at me and said sorry. So I resolved it myself and paid with my debt card for the purchasing of one item when I paid for two. Where is JD power when you need it. Tuhhhh

It is a clean store. Good bathrooms. Prices can be a little high. But usually good sales plus you get fuel perks

The grocery store is fantastic, however the pharmacy is eventually,if it hasnt already cause the death of a customer. The pharmacist will diagnose & suggest medication changes in customers hes never examined. Switch prescriptions & meds and attempts to play Doctor jeopardizing their lives!

A great place that has alot in one place. Western union, stamps, money orders, bill pay, tax service available, copy machine, pharmacy, great deals, cafe, bank services.

Employee are always friendly and go the extra mile. The giant eagles i shop at is smaller which makes it easier for me since i have leg problems.
