The people are soo rude and unprofessional. The lady at the front desk she is really rude. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone who is looking for good customer service..

I love it here. The doctor is so nice and the vision center is this calm little spot in the store, which is full of angry loud customers. I dont shop here because I cant stand the people that come in and give the workers a hard time, but the vision center is better and cheaper than SVS.

Don’t even make an appointment here. I made one the beginning of July and when I called to confirm my appointment they were really rude and told me that the doctor was not in today. They didn’t bother calling me the day before to tell me that (which you are supposed to get a call the day before as a reminder) They even hung up on me when I asked why they didn’t bother to call me after they said that is someone else’s job to call you on that.

Not sure why all the bad reviews I go there every 2 years get a new script

I was looking for a cheaper place to get glasses. I have great insurance but not trying to pay a lot for glasses.I decided on this location. I called and got someone that sounded like she was in high school. She was not professional and could not even pronounce her words correctly.After I got off the phone, I had a very bad feeling. I called Henry Ford Optim Eyes and got a VERY VERY professional woman and couldnt wait to get in for my appointment (I had an AMAZING experience). I then canceled with Walmart.Henry Ford needed me to call Walmart to have them release some insurance info so they can get it which HF said is a very simple task. I called Walmart and they refused to do this and said Henry Ford needs to call my insurance and do it and before I could confirm what needed to be done with the Walmart employee she HUNG UP ON ME. She had a very nasty attitude as well.I went to Henry Ford Optim Eyes in Troy and had a great Customer Service experience and even though I spent more money than planned, sometimes that is what needs to be done for a great experience..It is all about GREAT Customer Service! The minute someone answers the phone for your business they are representing your company! This location need to hire better professionals that love their job because they lost a customer because they didnt. If you have just anyone picking up your phone, what am I supposed to think of the Dr.?

Went into the optical place today the one rude ass person that was working would rather have been on her phone then helping me with a new pair of frames she told me to go to the one at 14 & van dyke this was about 330pmwhat great customer service I will not be returning to your store

Called to schedule an eye exam just now and experienced bad customer service. I got hung up on twice after being placed on hold. And a third time I called someone picked up and didnt say anything but I could hear noise in the background. When I asked to speak to a manager the fourth time I called the girl said there was none available.

I went there with my son! 4 hours later both eyes were red! Though it was irritation and come to find out that night his eyes were both shut. We just moved here any health insurance had not kicked it yet. So he has a infection in both eyes due to equipment not being cleaned properly. I will never ever come back.

Receptionists keeps hanging up the phone without answering customer questions

I also got an eye infection after visiting this establishment. I assume it was from the machine that blows air into your eye. My doctor agreed that was very likely.

Horrible Service! They broke my brand new Ray Bans by stripping my screw. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
