I wouldn’t even give them 1 star! Owner is arrogant! We need to do better as a community!!!! He will straight up disrespect you- regardless of age/gender. He will not lower price tag, instead insult you if you even ask. I refuse to even go there anymore. The 5 star reviews are most definitely friends and family!! Psh!
I went for my wedding reception outfit and for my maid of honor and bridesmaids dresses and we loved all how everything came out, they were beyond our expectations. If there was an option to give them 0 stars thats how many I would give them. Store owner was beyond RUDE when we ask him politely to take the dress out of the bag so we can see the size if it will fit. He refused to do that. We were told by the store owner that he knows the best because he is the store owner and told us to get out of my store he was shamelessly rude with the 2 elderly women I was with. Its such a shame that we have people I like in our community! No respect for women, he was not wearing a mask.I would not recommend anyone to this shop just because how disrespectful the owner of the store is with female customers.

Very disrespectful staff and owner. Went in to buy a dress where there were 2 older ladies also looking for a dress. They asked the owner to open a specific dress, who then snatched it out of their hands and started making disrespectful comments toward them. He kicked them out with no proper reasoning. And for what?

Very expensive for cheap clothes. You can look into Indian stores, as their quality is better and cheaper price and more importantly they are more respectful unlike the disgusting characterless owner.

We had a great experience with Libaas. They made our brother’s wedding perfect. Making sure the bride got her dream dress, making sure the groom is on point. They even went as far as stitching his sharwani. And when that didn’t workout Amin bhai got him his perfect sharwani last minute. We did our entire wedding shopping from here. My mom and aunt wore matching sarees. And for us sister he made our dream dress. The dresses were custom made. The dresses werent fit to our liking, he was so patient with us and worked with each of us individually. our dresses were stitched perfectly within two days. I had an wonderful experience and can’t wait to go back and do my eid shopping from them.

This used to be a top of the line place when they first opened. Now the quality of some of the clothes have gotten worse honestly, prices have gone up for simpler looking dresses, and most upsetting of all is that they stopped bringing in larger sizes often like 44/46. When they do bring it it’s always a small batch.However my family doesn’t trust any other stores besides this one. They are great negotiators and aren’t rude either. They try to keep their customers satisfied regardless. Compared to other bengali stores, theirs is the best.

I would not even give them 1 star. The manager is very rude and arrogant. He doesnt know how to talk to a customer. The prices are ridiculous and they do not even have return policy. They even closed the trial room with the excuse of COVID-19, but they do not even sanitize their store. They do not even follow any COVID-19 rules. You have to bring a dress without trying it on and you cannot even return it. If the dress does not fit you after you come home what are you gonna do with it.
Best customer service the owner is the nicest person ever. And the price and the dress are worth to buy. My wedding shopping to every Eid shopping place is this. I love their dresses. They always have New designs and new collections. Thanks for being the best store in Michigan😄

My sister in law and I ordered our outfits here after having a huge nightmare elsewhere. He customized our outfits how we liked, even had a book of threads to choose custom colors from. Our order was done and ready a week before our event which was such short notice for anyone . Thank goodness. I would shop here again. The store owner is a friendly and a calm person. We also purchased the grooms sherwani from here. It Was the only place that actually had his size (34 or 36). We didn’t like the crazy pants that came with it and he gladly gave us another option for trousers. Thank you for making our special occasion a little easier!

I love going to Libaas! My husband’s outfit did not come from India at all, and it was 1 week before our wedding I went in with an urgency and found a replacement outfit that worked perfectly. Amin Bhai truly helped me stay calm and did his very best to find my husband an outfit that would match me. A lot of my in laws family and girlfriends got their dresses and absolutely loves them! If you are looking for a reliable place that can customize and come in time this is your place! Never had a bad experience.

I was shopping for bridesmaid dresses for 20 women, with very SPECIFIC styles. We came into his shop every single day for two* weeks! And every single day the shop treated us with kindness and patience. We eventually found a dress that most of the women loved and placed the order! The owner, Amin, gave us a window of time for dress making and pick up and it was ready in that time! I have never experienced timely custom orders before this shop! Highly recommend!

The owners are pleasant to work with and have been informative throughout the whole process. I ordered two bridal gowns from them and both have been delivered promptly and we were satisfied with the outcomes. They have quality pieces unlike most stores in Metro Detroit and the price reflects that. If you want good quality work then Libaas is the place to go.

They expect you to buy a cheap net dress that you can find in Bangladesh for less than $20 for $400. The prices are so ridiculous it becomes a joke. Dont shop here. Buy your desi clothes online. Youll find nicer, higher quality clothes for a fraction of what they charge.
If I can I wouldn’t be giving them 1 star. Very rude and arrogant Workers. I would rather buy actual designer clothes like Sabyasacchi for the price they ask. Might as well get my money worth it. I like to visit places that provides me good customer service. I don’t think this place knows what customer service is in first place.

I have been to multiple desi stores in Michigan but have never received such a good customer service as Libass from anywhere else. Every year during eid I get asked if I got my dress custom made. All credit goes to Amin Bhai for going above and beyond to find a perfect dress for me. Even during pandemic time, he personally took time to show me more dresses through WhatsApp and was giving exceptional service as always. Amin bhai always treat us as family, therefore he will always recieve service from me and my family. 😊

Customer service is a foreign concept at this place. You will be ignored even if they’re not busy. Not everyone will buy everything from every place but this place doesn’t know how to get over that. They may get new customers all the time, but with that attitude you won’t be able to keep any.

I grew up in Michigan but I moved a few years ago, so for my wedding, I was only in Michigan maybe one or two weeks over the course of 6 months. My wedding was Dec 21st but I didn’t get to Michigan until November 10th or 12th. I went to Libaas and picked out an outfit and they said they would do their best to make an outfit that was 80% of the design I had selected since I was on a time crunch. My mom was sure they were going to gouge us on the price but the price they gave us was very fair, above and beyond helpful and so nice as well.I left Michigan on the 16th and just hoped for the best. The outfit was ready on the 18th of December and seeing it person, it was exactly what I wanted. 100%. Nothing was left out. It was amazing. It was the vision I had in mind for my wedding come to life.My sister has bought a few outfits from Libaas and I will also be buying my outfits from here as well.
