They happily squeezed me and my daughter in for my mother of the bride dress and her wedding dress alteration needs.Their prices are extremely fair. I ended up buying jewelry and a bag that are perfect at a very good price.Im so THANKFUL I found and TRUSTED this shop to work on my and my daughters dress.I will refer and use them again and again!The shop is clean & beautiful and the ladies are all so very sweet and make you feel like family!

I found my wedding dress here and so did my older sister years before me. They tailor to exactly what you’re looking for. The only complaint I have is my appointments kept getting pushed by them which resulted in my alterations not finishing on time. Moving to another state I was always stressed coming to my appointments but Aziza would approach me whether she was working with me or not. She was amazing and always tried to make me feel better. My mom adores her as she would check on her as well. She helped everything feel okay and was the sweetest and most helpful. The staff and Aziza were very professional. She tried to work around my schedule and absolutely made sure I was happy with my dress. I got it exactly what I wanted in the end especially because the seamstress did a beautiful job.

The boutique is beautiful and clean. The staff made feel welcomed, comfortable, and most of all - gorgeous. I was working with a relatively low-end budget. The staff was so respectful of that. I left with a choice of gown and veil that I couldnt be happier with! When Aziza was going to choose gowns for me to try on she said, I often get it right on my first try or my last try. Low and behold, I said yes to the first dress that Aziza had picked for me!! Yes, my gown is gorgeous, but Aziza and Angies help is what tipped the scale for me. They really know their stuff! This was the first bridal shop I went searching for my dream dress and I found it. Aziza was so helpful and sweet. I felt so comfortable with her. Aziza has a gift! When I walked in, she knew exactly which Mother-of-the-Bride dress was my dress! I had already tried on several dresses at other stores that I didn’t love on me and was discouraged. I found out about this Bridal Salon through The Knot and thought I would give it a try. They are currently doing appointments only, which I actually like because they can focus more on you. I made my appointment and when we arrived they were very friendly in greeting My Mother and I and immediately got me started on trying on some Wedding dresses. They truly have some stunning Wedding Gowns and I saw one I really liked, however I will say that I felt a bit pushed to purchase the dress and this is something that needs time. I was asked well whats keeping you from saying yes to the dress and I responded that I want to get a good feel of what type of Bridal Gowns look good on me and I dont want to go with the first thing I see. You only try on Wedding Dresses one time so I want the full experience, thats just me. So she proceeded to tell me that I was running out of time to place an order and I should go ahead and get the dress that day. My wedding is 10 months from now, I am not running out of time, Im actually in time. So it was little things like that, that was a turnoff. Other than that, it wasnt a bad experience and I would still suggest visiting their store because they truly have some beautiful Wedding Dresses.

Wow! I had the most incredible experience here last week where I found my dream dress. After two terrible experiences at a bridal store closer to home I decided to make the 1.5 hour drive to Alessandra’s and I am so glad I did. Aziza is the fairy dress mother! I spent about a minute describing what I wanted, showed her a picture of a dress I had tried elsewhere that I liked, and she picked out THE dress (the first one she had chosen off the rack) within a minute and about 50% less than the other store I had previously shopped at. I knew the second I tried it on that it was perfect and had walked out of the store having purchased my wedding dress within 30 minutes of being there. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this shop, the owner and the wonderful sweet Aziza!Every brides worst fear of not fitting into their dress after you find the dress happened, I had nightmares it was going to happen but didnt feel like it would actually happen to me! I ordered my dress a month pre-covid and couldnt wait for it to come in! But of course bc of covid, it took longer, out of anyones control. when I went for my first dress fitting, I cried uncontrollably when I tried the dress on for the first time. It wouldnt button, it did not fit and I immediately hated how I looked when I put it on (I was not the same weight I was when I ordered it). It didnt feel like it was the one and all these emotions came pouring out. And not to mention, my wedding is less than 3 months away!The owner Alessandra was so amazing and immediately she and sweet Aziza came to the rescue and said to not worry, that this happens all the time and that shell do everything she can to get me into a dress that I love. Aziza was in between other fittings, took one look at me, left and came back in under 3 minutes and picked out THE PERFECT DRESS. She made a private appointment with me a week later, let me try all the dresses I wanted but that ONE dress she first chose, nothing compared to it. I am obsessed with my dress and cannot wait to walk down the isle and for my soon to be husband to see me in it!Thank you Aziza from the bottom of my heart for making what was the worst day ever to finding the perfect dress for me that I feel absolutely beautiful in (even after having gained some covid weight). This Dress Shop is amazing!!! I walked into Alessandras on a very busy Saturday afternoon. The place was packed with multiple brides to be and their entourages. Despite being extremely busy and without an appointment the staff welcomed me. I was in a panic to find a dress for my daughters wedding. The wedding was 3 weeks away and I changed my mind on my first dress. I had already been to multiple dress shops. The staff made me feel comfortable right away. I am 5 tall and large busted. The seamstress basically had to custom make my dress. They did an awesome job!!!!!! Thank you for making me feel and look amazing for my daughters special day!!!

Awful experience. The owner was rude and didnt care about my dress. As soon as they have your money their sweetness and customer care go out the window. I was promised certain alterations at the first try on when we bought the dress. when it came time for then to deliver they said that that they had never said that. Even though their consultant sided with me and said that it was said. The owner said I was was acting like a child. Never will I ever go here again our suggest it to anyone.

Alessandra’s staff took AMAZING care of us during the COVID-19 crisis. Our May ceremony was still able to take place, and Alessandra’s made us feel safe at every dress fitting by taking precautions and keeping appointments spread apart! We wore masks and the staff wore gloves while fitting my dress. They took an extreme amount of pride in their work, and my dress turned out more beautiful than I could ever imagine. I’m still in shock over how we pulled off our COVID wedding ceremony and how incredible Alessandra’s staff was! I wouldn’t recommend going to any other shop, Alessandra’s takes care of their clients and makes sure every detail of your dress is PERFECT! LOVE THEM!!

This place was everything! I decided to make an appointment after reading some reviews on Google and my gosh did they kill it! Aziza was a dream! I showed her a couple inspo pictures on my phone before we started looking and she said she had a few in mind.. I was nervous but for some reason I felt like I could trust her almost instantly! She gathered six dresses and the second one I tried on was THE ONE! She was honest about how certain ones would look for my body type and when she grabbed the one I chose from the rack, she told me not to look! When I put it on I knew I didn’t even want to try on any others but I did anyway because I just needed the reassurance I guess LOL she had me try it on again and this time with a veil (which I didn’t even know I wanted) and it was perfect! I will always remember my experience there and will refer anybody looking to them!

Disrespectful, rude, money hungry staff! They dont know how to handle new brides, dont care about your feelings & dont even try to make the experience joyful! They dont answer their phones and dont schedule your fittings appropriately. AVOID.

Alessandra’s was great! My bridal party and I were treated very well by Mary and the rest of the team. There were quite a few other brides in the shop as well, but I never felt as though we were running into each other. Wonderful section of dresses, Mary picked out the perfect one for me and I said “yes” right away!

She was very open and honest with styles and pricing so that I was trying on dresses that were in my preferred price range and style. Alessandras was a life saver! I was getting desperate for a wedding dress after spending all weekend bridal dress hopping and having no luck. A random google search lead me to Alessandras, and with only a couple hours left in town, I didnt have time to make an appointment. Their website says that appointments are highly recommended, but depending on availability, walk-ins are welcome. I took my chance and walked in, hoping they would even just let me look at some of their gowns. I was greeted by two lovely ladies who asked what my style was. I gave them the name of the one designer whose work I seemed to like and showed them a couple of pictures. They stated we dont carry that designer... but I have your dress here. I had heard it all before at the 6+ other bridal stores I had been to that weekend but they werent kidding! Aziza squeezed me in as a walk-in and did not make me feel rushed what so ever. She listened to what styles I liked, let me pull my own dresses, and even pulled some dresses she thought I might like. I ended up falling in love with one of the dresses she pulled. I cannot wait to go back for my fitting and see the staff again. They truly work wonders!

After having a bad customer experience with a different bridal store, I knew what bridesmaids dress I wanted but I needed a shop that was respectful and professional to me and my bridesmaids. I found Alessandra from searching online and was a little weary at first about the mixed reviews. From my initial contact with Vicki I knew I was in the best hands possible. The customer service they provide is unlike any other! Very quick to respond to emails and super flexible when it came to ordering. I had a last minute bridesmaid add on and Vicki made it seem like no big deal at all. All our dresses came in on time and they were gorgeous! I had my first bridal gown shopping appointment here on Saturday and had my dress after only 1 hour of looking. Aziza was able to find my sister her wedding dress 10 years ago and picked my wedding dress out just from a few pictures and a very vague description of what I liked. Aziza truly has a gift for finding you the perfect dress, and Alessandras has a fantastic selection of dresses.

I don’t know what I would’ve done if it wasn’t for Alessandra’s Bridal. They were able to squeeze me in seven days before my wedding and redo my entire gown/alterations after buying the gown from another bridal shop and being told to take elsewhere, because the seamstress couldn’t do her job. I turned to Alessandra’s, where my bridesmaids got there dresses. I explained my terrible story on how I was mistreated and being booked up they still were able to squeeze me in and take a look at my dress! I was so grateful for there entire staff! So understanding, and amazing at there job. My dress turned out BEAUTIFUL and I couldn’t of done it without you ladies! YOU ALL made me a happy Bride! I really can’t thank Alessandra and the entire staff enough! I highly recommend this bridal shop, the gowns in here are beautiful and the entire staff are so friendly, helpful, and great at what they do!

I wish it was possible to give Alessandras Bridal more than a 5 star rating! After being a victim of the Bella Rose Bridal Boutique that suddenly closed leaving me with no wedding dress and only 6 weeks until my wedding...I was devastated and in a state of panic. The ladies at Alessandras were so sweet, sympathetic, and understanding of my situation. I was able to find a wedding dress that I loved even more than the other one! I cant say enough good things about this place.

I came to Alessandra’s 3 weeks before my wedding in a panic after my dress was messed up by a different seamstress. Alessandra and her team saved my dress! It all had to be completely redone, the hem, bustle, the straps. They were so compassionate and professional. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. My dress turned out absolutely perfect! Alessandra Bridal’s customer service is impeccable! I had called over 20 stores to locate a dress I had found online, and couldn’t find it anywhere!I called Alessandra’s and was initially told they did have the dress, only to have them call me back after a few minutes to tell me they did!I hadn’t given them my number so it was clear the employee went out of their way to look up recent calls and give me a call back.You don’t find customer service like that nowadays!I cannot wait to go in for my appointment!

I had a great experience here. They were able to find me a dress in my price range that I loved! Bought my dress with my wedding being 6 months away and they assured me it would be here with a month to spare but it actually got here early! They were quick to set up all the appointments and were patient when I was indecisive about some alterations. Everyone was very nice and pleasant to work with.

I had a great experience with Darlene from Alessandra Bridal after having a not so great experience at a different bridal shop. Darlene was so great and she helped me find a beautiful dress--it brought tears to my eyes and made me feel like a total princess; completely different from what I thought Id end up choosing! Since I was coming from Canada, Alessandra arranged for me to come in for my final fitting and then pick my dress up later that same day, which was so great. That said, the dress that I bought was a sample dress and was a size smaller than I needed; I was told it would be fine because all they needed to do was make a larger modesty panel for me (the dress had a corset back). At my final fitting, I had lost weight so I guess I didnt need a larger modesty panel, but my mom specifically asked if they could shift the modesty panel over a little because my undergarments showed a little bit. They said that they would, but I didnt get the opportunity to try the dress on again since they pressed it and pinned it to a bodice. I didnt know until my wedding day that they hadnt moved the modesty panel and so I had to safety pin it in place so that my undergarments wouldnt show.

Please read this carefully ---- GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR DRESS!!!!!!!...you have a very good chance you will be upset and possibly ruin the day you planned on. These people are not professional. Dont roll the dice anticipating Alessandra Bridal will produce what you paid for.

After not finding the dress, a friend called Alessandras, on a Saturday, at noon, in May. They got me in, to find the dress! The staff is wonderful, flexible, and has the knack for listening to what the perfect dress is, and they find it. My dress, was one I had never picked in the months of looking through websites and magazines, but through their years of experience they knew exactly what would be beautiful. I love my dress!!!!A MUST if you are dress shopping in Metro Detroit!

Incredible experience. Sally was beyond wonderful and helpful and got me an amazing deal on my dress. HIGHLY recommend for both bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses!

DO NOT GO HERE! we tried on a dress and put down a deposit before covid and because we had to postpone we went with a different direction. I called the owner and ask her if I could use the credit towards something else there and she said no because she doesnt even have or know where my paperwork Is! Like really?! So you basically just stole $100 from me!!!!

Love Alessandras. Although I did not find my dress at their store, they helped me figure out exactly what style I was looking for! Aziza is the BEST! Definitely make your appointments with her. She treated us as if we were family! My sister purchased her dress from there and Ill be back to get my accessories and veil!

Everyone at Alessandras was helpful. From choosing my daughters dress to the final alterations, all went smoothly and efficiently. The ladies there were very professional and took excellent care of my daughter through the process. I would highly recommend them.

I am very disappointed in this place. While being fit for our bridesmaid dresses they tried telling me I needed a size 16 dress because of my bust. I told them I had on a size 8 and it fit just fine. They tried convincing me that I was wrong and they were right and if they ordered the size 8 I would be responsible if it didnt fit. I was in a huge rush that day and had to leave so I had no time to argue with them and figured they knew what they were doing. I had a huge feeling that when my dress came in there would be a problem, and of course there was. The dress was HUGE on me, they had to take a good 5 inches in which was totally pointless when they could have just ordered my correct size instead of being money hungry just so they could collect alteration fees. Not sure if it was the owner, but some older lady tried telling me that I lost my baby weight and that is why the dress was so big on me. Sorry, but even when I was pregnant I wasnt a 16. When I picked up the dress it still did not fit how it should fit and was still loose. The dress already lost its shape since it had to be altered so much and I just wanted to be done with them so I took it as is. I will never do business with this place again.

Very friendly staff. Their dresses were also super elegant and high quality. Although I didn’t end up buying my dress from the store, the service was top notch. She understood exactly what my needs were and what style I was going for. Unlike other botiques which simply tell you “look around and let us know!” She walked me thru the store and quickly picked out designs I liked and eliminated any I wasn’t into. Highly recommend.

Dont understand people. Give people what they paid for. When businesses overcharge you have a false sense that you will be successful and dont mind being ripped off.... Not at Alessandra Bridal....you are going to be disappointed...

I unfortunately did not find my dress here but the store was nice. The manager is very helpful and sweet.

This bridal salon was very expensive and over charges for alterations. My daughters dress was ordered two sizes bigger then her and at alterations they had to cut off over 8 inches from the bottom of her dress and more then 4 inches on the side. Due to the type of dress she got they had to put cups in which were not sown in all the way. My daughter lived out of state, which we told them, and they said no problem we will have a seamstress on hand to fix any problems since she was coming in the day before the wedding. I reminded them two different times about my concerns about the dress fitting properly but was assured no problem. Well the day came and we needed the dress to be fixed because it still eas to big, the cups were not sewn in properly, the straps were falling off her shoulders. I called and they say sorry we dont have a seamstress here and we could come in the day of the wedding and get it fixed. Needless to say I had a friend fix what she could on the dress so my daughter could at least wear it to the wedding, I would NEVER recommend this salon to anyone. The price to alter the dress was over a $100 for all the girls who stood up. BEWARE when using this bridal salon.

Our experience w/ Alessandra Bridal was an excellent one. We were met with friendliness and kindness. But; the most important issue to us was that our gown was in good condition and received in a timely manner.Both of these issues exceeded our expectations!We were extremely happy and would recommend this bridal salon to those we know. I bought my wedding dress from Alessandra, and I went to at least 6 or 7 different places looking for the perfect dress. Alessandra did not have what I wanted, but she had a dress that was similar to my idea and she was able to alter it and add everything I wanted without any hesitations or feedback. I would recommend her to anyone!

They have a wonderful selection of gowns for bride and bridal party. The ladies here are wonderful. After going to a fair amount of stores, I found the dress for my bridal party.

Staff, including Alessandra zieself need to reevaluate their customer service tactics and monitor their rudeness and disrespect to current and prospective customers.The price versus product quality does not match - most dresses should be $100.00 less expensive than what they are selling them for.I would not recommend this business to anyone looking to have a fun, stress-free, enjoyable wedding planning experience.
