I shopped this store on last Sunday, October 10, 2021 and I purchased one Air Wick Essential Mist Kit, the lady scanned it twice. I went back on Monday and was treated like a lying thief. The young lady that helped me said she would review the camera and call me, well I never received a call and I cant get my money back. So, I ended up paying 10.60 for a cashier error. I am so very disappointed in the Family Dollar chain, everyone that shops there is not a lying thief. All I want is my money back for an item I didnt purchase. I will take my business to Dollar General.

Yes!!! I love Dollar Tree. What a great shopping experience. Neatly stocked shelves...full frozen food section with lots of variety...passable aisles...clean floors.And dont forget the friendly cashiers! I sure appreciate them! Covid rule adherence. And who can complain about the prices??? Not me!

Me and my husband was shopping and my husband went outside to get his phone while I was inside He came to return in the store and was told to get This is absolutely This is absolutely crazy we shop at the store daily i just spent 45.72 yesterday and at 9am im returning every item The store is in the getto and IM NOT GOING TO BE LABELED THIS IS WRONG

The store was clean, organized and well stocked in which I complimented the employees.

I went to even exchange and clothing item that was purchased yesterday by my husband as a gift. The RUDE store manager said i couldnt return the item without a receipt. The items was never worn still on the hanger with tags. I called my husband on speaker phone to get a description of the cashier he bought it with. He said the guy had blonde braids. Turns out the manager was the one who made the sale and still refused to make a exchange. I then said i will make a review and he got nasty and covered his face and called the police. All because he was wrong with his bad customer service.. This is the manager who did this in the photo.

This is why Black people have a bad reputation when it comes to management. The store hours are 8am to 10pm they dont open the doors until 830 am which is very inconvenient. This location has a high volume of travelers going to and from work. It would only benefit Family Dollar for staff to open and close on time.

The ghettoest Family Dollar ever. Just horrible and embarrassing. All night employees on 1/15/20 needs to be replaced. Instead of telling me they system down they just talking and talking instead of trying to see whats wrong with the system. To much talking and not enough working. If I cloud give yall a zero I would. Smh

Uapon entry you can smell the musk of the unhygienic individuals. It is beyond me the way the employees act towards customers who have general questions, to the rudeness of employees being on the phone and ignoring you. Also if you have a hundred dollar bill you have to spend at least forty dollars to cash it. Its a bunch a mediocre peaked individual who act like they are doing you a favor by performing their job. I would be ashamed if anyone I knew acted like the trifling, low vibration, crustations that work here.

I made a purchase of $6.03 on 12/20/18. The cashier told me, We cannot take your $100 bill because you are only spending $6. Who. Says. THIS???I work for a large department chain. If I said this to a guest, I would be written up, or fired. Its called a transaction. You are a business in an area where cash is king!I called corporate before I even left the parking lot! Totally unacceptable even if you are in a high traffic area! There should be procedures in place for employees to TAKE CARE OF THE GUEST...CASH OR CREDIT!H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E!!! #FamilyDollar

They make you leave your personal belongings in the front of the store basically labeling you a criminal before you spend a dime. Couldnt even find the item i was looking for before an employee approched me and asked me to leave my bag up front, i promply walked out and did not spend a dime.

You havent even stepped 10 ft from the entrance the employee already yelling at you to leave your backpack. Why will i leave my backpack when everything is in my backpack. And they dont even secure it, they just damp it on the side. Theres a way to talk to a customer to leave their bags not yell at them like that.

Store never opens on time. Three times same location. Almost 9 a.m one time. In fact its 817 now and no one in site. Calling corporate today.
