So, accordingly this gentleman had JUST got his silver Magnum out of Ryan Express and his DRIVE SHAFT SNAPPED in front of my house which is LITERALLY 0.4 miles away from this shop TOLD the guy when he called that they were closed and to Call again MONDAY when he had JUST left there not even ten minutes before hand. Thats TERRIBLE service and extremely unprofessional. Could of AT LEAST towed the poor guys car back to your shop THEN continued the rest Monday.BTW, This vehicle is broken down in front of my familys house right now and wouldnt be such a big deal if we literally werent cutting our tree down in front of the house when the vehicle broke down and now CANT finish because your shop couldnt go 0.4 miles to grab the vehicle so we can finish our tree by the DEADLINE! ):
