I had excellent customer service working with Stephanie at Bath1 for my shower renovation every step of the way from samples to the install.The freight company temporarily lost my original order and when it was found, it was damaged. Unfortunately, it was the last unit of a discontinued product. Stephanie recommended a couple alternatives and sent samples for each. The issues with the original order put me behind schedule, but the replacement order was sent ASAP and with a different freight carrier (highly recommend R&L Carriers). The replacement arrived promptly and in good condition.

We were in the middle of doing a kitchen refresh when the first two sinks that were ordered from another manufacturer and supplier arrived cracked. We then reached out to Bath1 and Jennie to procure a Blanco sink. We were informed that when placing an order we could provide packaging instructions in the notes field. This information was passed along to our project manager who placed the order with Bath1. After the order was placed, I reached out to Stephanie who informed me that the basket strainer was back-ordered which would have prevented the sink from shipping without it. Stephanie adjusted the order so that the sink would be released for shipment and we received it in 3 days as promised. Low and behold, the basket strainer arrived the next day. The sink arrived in a box twice its size and was packed full of insulation. The third time was the charm. The customer service was awesome and we love our Blanco sink!

Stephanie at Bath1 was great handling a problem we encountered. We had been shipped the wrong sink grate which had been put in a box with the incorrect item number. Once we figured out what had happened she sent us the correct great by FedEx, and we had it a few days later. She didnt need for us to return the grate first, she just trusted us and took care of our problem. Excellent customer service!

I ordered a sink for my bathroom vanity. When it arrived I noticed one of the corners was chipped off during transit. I email Bath1 and sent pictures of the damaged sink. It was the middle of the month and I was afraid a replacement would arrive too late. Bath1 said they would more than happy to send out a replacement right away... This time they made sure the package was securely supported so no damage would be done during transit.They also had the lowest price... look forward to doing business with you again! Wow! What great service. Another company had lost our sink order and our countertop was scheduled to be installed in just a few days. Stephanie helped out tremendously. She was able to get our order to us by the end of the weekend. I would use this company again. Nice to see great customer service. Almost forgot what that was.

I noticed a problem with it and emailed the company. They took care of everything and today I have new vanity top. Outstanding Company. They were the only place that would build a vanity top exactly to my specifications. All other companies would only meet certain standards (i.e., could only got 3 hole 8 inch spread on absolute black 3 cm thick 60 inch wide with round sinks. I needed only one hole for faucet design). Fast build and shipping.

They helped my wife get the tub that we wanted when other places were not able to get it. The representative personally made sure that they had it in stock. Then, when part of the tub arrived damaged, they were quick to locate a replacement part from the manufacturer and get it shipped to us. Top notch service!

We purchased a sink from Bath1 on the Houzz website. We had a couple small issues with our order, but we were so pleasantly surprised with the prompt and friendly responses we got! They resolved everything to our satisfaction. I highly recommend this company. Its hard to find businesses that will always do the right thing, but this seems to be one of them!

Super fast service! We needed a sink in a hurry. I ordered on a Fri and was told I would get it by Wed, which was cutting it VERY close. We received the sink Monday and I was Thrilled!! Will purchase here again.

I am pleased with the toilet ordered from Bath One. My problem is how do I recycle the two boxes of packaging films that came with the toilet? I tried supermarkets and Target but they would not deal with them since they are too big for their bin. So I contact BATH ONE for their help. The answer I got was to just dispose them. I am very disappointed in that answer. Wish they could have been more helpful.

I noticed that the product Id ordered was damaged in a way that I couldnt tell during delivery. Their customer service was super helpful and dispatched a replacement without making things difficult for me, contrary to my experience on other similar sites.

The bath supplies here are highly adequate.
