We hired the team from Design and Glass to remodel two bathrooms. Complete tear out and new installation of everything you would expect in a bathroom. The entire team was extremely professional, hard working and completed the work quickly and with very high quality. I would recommend them to anyone, they do great work.

I have nothing but praise for Howard and the Design in Glass team. The Design in Glass quote for my job, substantially beat out 4 other quotes!! Design in Glass came highly recommended from a referral. I had my 1/2 bath and kitchen tiled. The team took out the old 12x12 porcelain tile and replaced it with new 12x24 porcelain tile. In addition, they installed 3 new kitchen cabinets and installed 4 1/4 inch base molding in the kitchen. The people who work for Design in Glass are experts. Bob, who is the crew chief and oversees the job is fantastic. He is definitely, a jack of all trades. The entire team is very professional and knowledgeable. Throughout the demolition and installation I had many questions. Between Howard, Bob and the team, all my questions were answered. . The end product is I have a beautiful kitchen and bathroom floor that is stunning, Finally, the last thing they did was clean up the job site and haul all the debris created from the demolition and installation away. Note, they cleaned up very well!! Simply put, I am very very pleased!!!! I would happily refer Design in Glass.

Howard came and did an initial estimated and bid for my first bathroom. We walked through the process and the contract and were off to the races. His crew was always on time and communicated regularly if something may have shifted. Howard was always checking in on the job itself. The first job went so well that I hired them for a second smaller bathroom remodel a few months later.

I really love the work that Designs and Glass did for us. If I had any questions or any problems I could text at any time and would always have a quick response. They were courteous respectful and had a great sense of humor. Most were trustworthy: I could trust them in the house by themselves when we had to leave for an appointment. Most were compassionate: my husband and I both have mobility problems, and once when I was really struggling to bring groceries in the house some of them insisted on helping me bring them in. They only negative thing I would have to say is their drywall person, by the way he does an excellent job when he shows up, doesnt look at time the same way we do. I have already recommended Designs and Glass to several of my friends. My husband also has recommended them to his friends as well.I already have in mind a new project for the summer and I will be hiring Designs and Glass again.

A positive experience from initial meeting to the end of project. Staff was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Work area minimized and safe. Howard checked on the project multiple times and kept the homeowner up to date when new workers would be entering the home. This project was completed in a timely fashion with no delays.

Design in glass set the glass tiIe I had purchased for a kitchen back splash. A total of 30 sq ft. They did a wonderful job very quickly at a good price and the finished product looked great. Nice people to work with, both the owners and the tile setters. I would definitely use them again.

Designs in Glass completed 2 tear down (to the studs) bathroom remodels for us, and we are extremely happy with the end result. The only reason I couldnt check On Time was due to the Covid-19 Pandemic which really did a number on our schedule, but through no fault of Howard, Bob, and the crew. The team is highly consultative, which was very helpful to someone like me that doesnt know what they want. Howard was able to steer us towards other experts that really helped us make great selections. Everyone on their team was very professional. We had water leaks, improper venting, mold issues, non-code construction, and a pandemic to deal with. Designs In Glass handled it all! Since the project finished, Howard has continued to make sure we are completely satisfied and at no further expense to us. This team is committed to a job well done, and I would not hesitate in an instant to hire them back for another project.
