After shopping around for deals, Goodyear had the best prices for what I was looking for by far. Making an appointment and buying the tires online was super easy and their customer service was outstanding. I would buy tires there again anytime.

OverchargedI thought I was going to pay 225 for the services I needed. I got a called and was told it would be $800+. Im very upset with myself for paying that price. After talking to a few different people AND mechanics about what they was charging for what needed to be done, they told me I’ve been scammed. Maybe because I’m female or because it’s tax season, they decided to scam me idk but this was not right at all. I don’t recommend. I shouldn’t just went back and picked up my car and leave . I wouldn’t been able to save so much more money. They didn’t even give me my old part they claimed they replaced. How do I know if it was even replaced

I was very disappointed with the service! I scheduled an appointment online for 5 pm. The appointment was supposed to include certain courtesy services. When I walked into the lobby the gentleman made sure to tell me that I will only be receiving minimal service as they were too busy for anything else. He explained that they are short staffed and are off at 6 period. I asked about the courtesy service promised online while making the appointment. He was shaking his head no before I could finish asking my question. I did not appreciate feeling unimportant! The reason I booked the appointment there is because of their thorough service. I felt as if I didn’t matter on this visit! Needless to say I will not be returning. We are all busy at work, that’s what pays our salaries!

I brought in a vehicle I was considering buying for a mechanical inspection. I experienced incredible service. The whole team did an incredibly thorough job looking at the car, and gave a detailed report of their findings. When I say detailed, I mean that time and effort was taken to explain to me exactly what the issues were. I don’t “speak car” but Matt W. was immensely helpful in translating. He was not only friendly and kind, but took the time to answer my many questions. He was also honest about the costs of parts and labor, and what would be the best value. You can’t find customer service like that just anywhere. I might take my own vehicle back to this goodyear for a check up, even though its quite out of the way for me.

Great experience today. Was assisted by Matt and Brad. Fair price considering what other local shops would have charged. Easy peasy in and out less than an hour. Will definitely recommend to other people. These guys have been busting tail throughout this lockdown situation. Thank guys.

What a phenomenal experience. We took a screw to the tire 400 miles from home. We call dozens upon dozens of places and no one could get us in for days. We happened to stop here at closing time and they not only stayed open but fixed us up and we were on our way. Such friendly staff. I honestly cant say enough about this experience. Such amazing people working here. What could have been an awful situation ended up not slowing us down at all. Thank you so much!

They did a good job on the new set of tires. They are always very busy. These guys are over worked. I watched them turn down customers the whole time I was in there waiting. Waited about 2 and half hours in the lobby.

Free flat repair was amazing. The online appointment was super convenient. I arrived and was instantly greeted with knowledgeable staff that were already prepared for my visit. The waiting room was clean comfortable and was stocked with fresh coffee and cold water. The anticipated wait time of an hour was reduced drastically and the repair was completed in less than a half hour. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of tires or service.

Always a very long wait. Good work but be prepared to sit for hours for the smallest amount of work. I waited 2 hrs. For them to plug a nail in tire with only 1 car ahead of me. Staff is not very talkative they say hi when you walk in thats it. But the mechanics do good work.

They attempted to help me fix issues that Roseville Auto (the fake Goodyear would not fix after being paid) Unfortunately my warranty company wont pay them so they could not assist me because Roseville Goodyear is not in the Goodyear network! The Guy walk out the bay and checked all my tires while explaining what was going on with the sensors on my truck...did I mention that he stopped what he was doing to help me...He was very knowledgeable, courteous and fast...as it should be GREAT PLACE

I dont think I would ever purchase tires here again. I recently got 4 new tires from this location only 2 months ago and have already had my tpms light come on 3 times. The first time was the day I had the tires installed in my driveway less than two miles and 15 minutes later. Second time was a few days later. Third time was in the 2nd month. Every time theytell me that I ran over a nail. I find it extremely odd that Ive had the car several years and never once had a single problem prior to getting tires from this location and now I have consistent problems and it is always the same tire. Luckily I purchased the warranty and they are finally replacing the tire but Im expected to now pay for a new warranty. I seriously believe they installed a defective tire. If I had not spent the extra $100 for a warranty, I would have totally been screwed. Im not happy that I am wasting not only my money but my time. Again, the probability that I have run over a nail 3 different times in only 2 months with the same exact tire is probably pretty slim. Update** its been two weeks and my tire pressure light is on again! Now theyre telling me the problem is my vehicle and not the tires. Sure it is. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Get your tires elsewhere! Update** I just want to add one final thing. I did contact corporate hoping to get this issue resolved. They told me that the manager, Doug, told them that I did run over the nail and that they even showed me the nail. That is a complete falsehood. I told corporate that was untrue and they basically said it was his word over mine. I called the manager at the Warren store and asked him why he lied to corporate about showing me the nail and his response was that he thought someone showed me the nail and he promised to call corporate to explain that what he had previously told them was inaccurate. Well corporate never contacted me back so Im assuming he never did. This is the worst place to deal with. Go to Discount Tire. Youll thank me.

Ive been taking my 2013 Escape to these guys for a couple of years now for regular maintenance. The vehicle has 90000 miles on it now. I have found them to be competent, honest, friendly, and competitively priced. Much better than a few other places I could mention, but wont! Also, the fleet company that I use highly recommended this location due to their favorable experiences with this shop.

Never Never go back to that Location, did a tire pressure sensor change and bought two tires plus balance and alignment, and oil change and paid almost $ 700.00, first they forgot to program the new tire pressure sensor, forget to put oil change sticker, and the alignment wasnt good, any way went back they in the same day they programmed the tire pressure sensor and put the oil sticker and they told me there is nothing else they can do about the alignment, so I left. five month later the tire pressure sensor went out again so I called them about the warranty they said yes bring in and we will take a look at it, so took my car left it all day there then I got phone call from them telling me the sensor bad and it will cost me $128.00 because is not the same sensor that they changed 5 months ago. I’m have my receipt and looking thru it couldnt find anything that will tells me what side they did change, but Im sure it’s the same one because this is the only one that I changed on this vehicle and its a silver color and the rest are black, and asked the guy in the front desk at the time why is it a different color he told me this kind does better with corrosion from the black kind, any way I didnt changed it and I picked my car and i will never go back there.

I had nothing but quick and a positive experience I spoke with Matt at he gave me a great estimate and I also let him know I need it to get to work and They had my Car in a timely matter and also Went above and beyond to take care of me. I have always used Goodyear auto service and as a whole I feel the company itself has good products at decent prices. NOT ANYMORE!!!!! My right rear tire exploded on the freeway and I felt that I may need new tires at this point as the previous Goodyear tires had come to the end of their life cycle. I stop in and wait patiently as they replace all 4 worn tires with new ones. Upon picking up my car and taking it home, I noticed a really rough humming noise and some vibration that wasnt there before. So I decided to turn around and take it back to see if something was missed. They took my car for a test drive and deduced that the problem may be a bad wheel bearing as I have new tires. OK, I myself can fix that I thought in my mind so I left the Goodyear service center and proceeded to the nearest auto parts store in my humming and wobbly car to retrieve a wheel bearing. Taking the wheels off to get started on the wheel bearing in my garage, which cost another $139.00 USD by the way, I noticed that the wheel making the rough noise was impacted so hard onto the drum brake hub that it was pinching and binding not letting the wheel turn. So I loosen the lugs and check to make sure everything is good. I then tighten down the wheel to GM spec and give it a spin only to hear that there is no more binding/grinding noise. I thought to myself hmmmm, thats kinda odd. I should check the other wheels.THIS IS WHERE IT GETS SCARY. I then take the other hub caps off to see that the 3 other tires lug nuts on my car are HAND TIGHTENED. When I say hand tightened I mean that I could spin the lug nuts off with my bare hands. I then notice on the last wheel that I am missing 2 lug nuts out of the 5 that holds on the wheel to the hub(probably flew off on the freeway). I give a call to the Goodyear service center and tell them that I have an issue with the car and that I am super disappointed only to be told that I should have the car towed into the service center for them to have a look at it. Negative ghost rider, there is no way anyone from Goodyear will be touching my vehicles again. I look forward to fighting with them on getting the 3 year alignment fees refunded as I could never trust them to do it correctly now. Tightening and torquing the wheels to GM spec myself, I now have a wobble free and noise free Chevy Cruze to which I can return my wheel bearing that I do not need anymore and purchase 2 new lug nuts. THANKS GOODYEAR!!!!!! I am thankful nothing happened to me, or a loved one for that matter, on my way home via 696 as I could have been seriously hurt if the wheels would have literally FALLEN OFF my car. Steer clear of this GOODYEAR as someone forgot to due their checks and left me to drive away into potential harm. The included pic is right after I took the hubcap off. You can see I am missing one lug nut as I found the other lug nut threaded onto the hubcap itself and not the wheel. All lug nuts in that pic are super loose.

I drive to the store and he now says youll have to leave it . . . well have it done by tomorrow morning. I ask what time tomorrow morning? 11:00. Number one I had to bring my vehicle back for a rack and pinion repair that they didnt fix right. When I picked it up I noticed a loud noise was coming from underneath my car. So I pulled over and seen my muffler was detached!! When I took it back to them they said theyre not responsible for the damage. What kind of professional auto service would say that. Especially when their name starts with goodyear. I dont know how the damaged happened but I know it happened there. Oh yeah. This is the same shop I had to return my car to for a re-repair.

After posting my previous review I got an update from the company say in they would review it and had open a case on my behalf due to what happened.I made the mistake of telling my wife and getting her hopes up. Not only was it a waste of 3 hours and another rude customer service agent, But she had the nerve to tell me my mistake was buying to use tires and not keeping the ones I had from them. Even though theres were leaking bald and showing metal and I have 2 children which is totally unsafe. She went for their in the tell me that they would see what type of rebate they could do I laughed at her. Why they will go out of their way open a piece file for me in give me the hopes of correcting their mistake, To then offer of 40 or $50 rebate total for 2 tires. If you do the math I spent roughly $280 originally and new tires that went badd well before their expiration they offered me knowing I had bought to used tires at $70 to buy more brand new tires from them and get $40 off through the mail a sensually throwing out the money I put into the used tires. When I try to explain that she also wanted me to drive well over 50 miles round trip to try and dig the tires out of the used tire company that I went through. So their version of helping is the offered bare minimum for a billion dollar company asked the customer to drive 50 miles ask another company to dig through their stock and look for the tires from a month ago, And then buy 2 more tires of whole price from Goodyear throw out the $70 I spent and received 40 back. So in total I would have spentOriginal tires= 280ishIsed replacements =70 perTotal =350 spent so farOFFERED TO BUY 2 MORE NEW TORES AT NO DISCOUNT AMD OFFERED A MAIL IN REBATE TOU WOULD GET ANYHOW PLISE I HAVE TO DRIVE 50 MILES TO HUNT THREW A WHEARHOUSE AND FIND MY OLD TIRES THEN GO AND PROVE IT TO THEM.WOW SORRY U CANT OFFER 2 TIRES EVEN THO YOU FOUND ALL MY PAPERWORK. Poor service it took almost two days to diagnose my car just to say I need a air compressor. They said they tried to reach be but I only seen one missed call in my records and it came late in the evening on day 2. Any way long story short 2 days no car. But Waite they want about 1100 dollars to fix a air compressor when everyone other shop is asking around 650. I guess they thought I would not have shopped around. I just expected fair priceing and job completed timelyManor . I did not receive that after expressing that on day one late in the evening I would like my car fixed. I got my tire fixed at Walmart for $10, I didnt expect that, I thought like most of tire shops they will try to change the tire to maximize the profit but they didnt, I was able to drive all the way back to Port Huron safe and will always go to Walmart to get my tire fixed in the future because they were responsible. Got new tires and had them installed heard something that sounded sorta like a helicopter while driving..... all but 1 lug nut was easily turntable by hand

I went there on Sunday, memorial day weekend to fix my flat tire and the guy name Jacob saw the tire and right away said the tire is not fixable 😶I told him OK then just take the tire off the rim he did it for me .I took the tire home and I patched it myself and went back to the same place again to have him put the rim back on.Jacob came out and told me that he wont put the tire back in the rim and that was very rude of himHe said we cant put the same tire in the rim 😏and I dont know why? Is it because he felt stupid that I fixed it when he said it couldnt be done.I will never go there again and I will tell all my friends and family not to go to goodyear tire shop because they dont care about the customers, all they care about is money.

I made an online appointment for 4:30pm at around 3pm. Went there on time and he started talking very rude why didnt i call him, why did i make online appointment and he cannot do it now. His mechanic is gone. He was talking so rude for no reason. He is not a megician, he is mechanic this and that. Really you talk to your customer like that ? If you wont be able to do it then why did you take the appointment in the first place. Wasted my time and gas.

I went for a tire warranty check; the price it was way overprice. Discount tire did the warranty valid and I got better price. I went to this place by the warranty hot line recommended.

I went into this Goodyear location for a oil change. The reason I go there is because its next to my office for connivence. I left the car with them for about 6-8 hours. Upon picking up my car I noticed my Airpods missing from my car. I know I didnt replace my airpods anywhere else because I always leave my airpods in the car so I can use them while driving. I complained to the manager on shift and he just told me theres no way I can prove someone stole it. So because you cant catch the thieve it never happened? I will never go to this location ever again. I recommend no one else goes either unless you want your valuables to disappear.

I went in there to get a UBER inspection, the sales guy comes to me and says youll need to replace the studs on your wheels or else your getting towed. I told him I dont have the money, so he said youll need to buy 8 wheel nuts. Then the sales guy comes back and says they cant remove the rear break drum, but If I insisted they can do it but something will likely break in the process, (professionals my @$#) saying, and ...it will cost you, no thanks. I went in to get a basic inspection, came out $50 short for absolutely nothing. You wonder why people would rather buy stuff from Walmart and become do it your selfers.

I have gone back to this particular location 5 times now for an alignment on a 2000 Jeep Cherokee.Mind you, there is no issues with my suspension. All balljoints, tie rods, track bar, etc are new MOOG parts. Control arm bushings have been replaced with Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings. Steering gear box is tight. My Jeep does NOT have a lift kit or big mud tires. There is NO slop in the front end of my vehicle.I brought the vehicle in after changing the parts mentioned above. They did an alignment. I picked up the vehicle and took it down 696 to see how they did. The vehicle was pulling to the right. Brought it back they put it on the rack again and fixed it. It drove pretty good after that.I put a few hundred miles on it over the course of a couple weeks, and it gradually started pulling to the left. The pull got bad enough to where I had to take it back again. I assume they left the drivers tie rod loose.(Never looked and confirmed) The service writer and mechanic started asking me if i hit any bumps. I told them yeah but a bump in the road isnt going to throw an alignment off, maybe if I fell into a pot hole or hit a curb They they basically told me to pay attention to they road and sent me on my way. (Its was close to closing time)I drove it few a few days. Wasnt happy with the way they steering felt, so I brought it back again. Im defiantly angry at this point but I kept my cool and politely asked if they could fix my alignment. They put it on the rack AGAIN. I signed the paper work and off i went. I was very happy with the way it drove now.That lasted about 3 weeks until I started hearing a clunk over bumps in the road and every time i turned the steering wheel. I had a friend cycle the wheel back and fourth while I inspected the steering components. What I found is the adjustment sleeve that goes to the steering gearbox was loose and had about 1/16 of an inch of play. This adjustment sleeve is VERY important. It basically connects my steering wheel to the wheels. If that sleeve would have let go and fell off, I would have lost my steering. And what happens when you loose steering on the road? You probably hit something. And what happens when you hit something? People get hurt, people die. Imagine what would happen to this shop if i would have lost my life due to their incompetence and laziness. Really? The tech could double check all the bolts with the tools that were probably sitting right on the hoist he was working on. My life isnt worth an alignment.I never went back and told anybody about this. I just grabbed my 15mm wrench and snugged it back up.A few weeks from that event, I start hearing a clunk on the drivers side of my vehicle. Im thinking a sway bar link or bushing went bad already. I crawl under my jeep to find a control arm bolt loose. The lower drivers side that connects to the body to be specific. Guess what? You have to loosen that bolt to set caster on this vehicle. So I take out a couple 21mm wrenches and and tighten it up. Im irate at this point. I drive the thing back up to them and tell them to fix my alignment that is out of wack now. I explained that they left my steering and control arm loose and how it could have killed me given the right scenario. They dont care. I wouldnt be surprised if they are cussing me out right now saying how Im and idiot. So here I am waiting for my vehicle AGAIN writing this review of this wonderful establishment. When I get my vehicle back the FIRST thing i am going to do is get under there with my tools and make sure everything is tight. If I find something loose Ill be right back.It makes me wonder about the people that come here that arent mechanics and dont know much about cars. I wonder how many cars that have come here to be serviced and left unsafe. Its quite scary.As a mechanic myself. I think its fair that I can call these people Idiots.And if I had an alignment rack at home, I wouldnt have to deal with shady shops like this and unknowingly drive a car that was unsafe.
