I dont even know where to start. First of all its almost impossible to get someone on the phone. I spend all Saturday morning trying to get someone on the phone to ask a simple question. At some point I got through and the person answering the phone right away answered with thank you for calling...can you hold? Not waiting for me to say anything, he placed the receiver down on the counter I assume. From then on I could hear anything that they were speaking with the customers. Waited for, what it seems to be forever, 20 minutes then place got quiet. I guess they left the counter and probably forgot about me. I waited.... At some point I start yelling on the phone, Hello Hello! Thinking since its quiet more likely someone to hear me. No results! I started hearing voices again, screamed on the phone, HELLO, HELLO! Nothing. I decided then to just go in and see if they can help me or answer me the question in person. I went to the place, they just had only one person up front and probably most of them they were at lunch, since by now it was noon or so. Needless to say for something that can be answered in 30 seconds too, its to much waiting and just plain waisting time.Customers service was something that the stores around out areas were striving at, its sad to say that all that went to the drain lately. Its almost like they dont care, Im assuming they thinking We will make our money eventually, we should not worry about the customer service anymore Shame on you, guys! With my next opportunity Im going somewhere where at least they care....

One of my favorite locations. Auto service center has reasonable prices. Store usually pretty stocked. They answer the phone yall!

I came here for an oil change this morning: I was here at 8am when they opened. There was only 2 cars here at the time and the guy told me that my car would be up next. I asked how long would it take for my car to be finished being that I wasn’t getting anything else but an oil change. He told me 45 mins to an hour. So I walked around the store just killing time. I come back after an hour and they tell me that they haven’t even started on my car yet. I asked what happened and there was a lady stating that they had 4 cars in front of mine and one took longer than expected. I immediately get irritated because why was I given the wrong time frame just to come back and my car still not be done ? Then the guy tells me it’ll be “30 mins or so” before I receive my car and that I need to “chill out”. I came here on my break. I calculated my time spent and all. Why give your customers a stated time just to have them sit and wait around while you leisurely do your job? If there are only 3 technicians in the store why are 2 of them just walking around? Make it make sense. Definitely trash service

The lady at the front desk needs fired. I called earlier and spoke to the technician and was assured they had my tire size in stock it even says they do online.When I called back some rude chick tried to tell me that I was lying and that they dont carry my tire size. I Nonsense thatIm stranded less than a mile from this location and now I have to drive even further on a flat when your store is close. Get rid of her she will ruin alot of business for you.

Most humble people,they provide best customer service and there manager is very nice and Walmart prices way better than others I just love there customer service.

Thank you so much for helping me with impossible situation of my tire. I had no where to go and these guys helped me fix a stripped lug nut.Words cant explain how thankful I am.

We came by for an emergency tire repair. The tire tech was very kind and did a great job with the repair. He had a great attention to detail. Everywhere else was closed on Sunday, but Walmart was open.. Will definitely drive here again for any tire repair needs.

I went here to have tires replaced for a 95 Camry the prices were so good I had all four replaced and did not even spend $300. I also had the lights renewed and that was very affordable also. They took the car and did the work and text me to let me know that the car was ready to be picked up that way I didnt have to sit down and have my whole day tied up. From drop off to pick up it was less than 3 hours . I would recommend this Walmart if youre in need of minor car repair such as tires batteries and the like awesome service very affordable value. :-)

Had great service here this morning. The staff and mechanics are super nice! Great prices! Four Goodyear tires and a synthetic oil change for about $450! Get there early. I was the first customer at 7am on a Saturday and there were six more about 20 minutes later. I was out in about an hour.

Never got through on the phone

Took my vehicle here today Jan. 20, 2018 for one front tire that was riding on a donut, but the price was so good I ended up getting two front tires. I was told one hour & it was not even an hour when it was ready. The gentleman that waited on me was very helpful & nice. Was not at all taken advantage of at this facility. Definitely will go back for tires, oil change, etc.. Very pleasant experience

No one was rude, the price was very competitive. HOWEVER! Their understanding of a customers time needs severe improvement. I was the first person there and waited patiently to be served for a simple tire repair. After an hour I get up and see that my car has only just now begun to be serviced. No one told me that the tire technician wouldnt be in for another hour. Then I watched this same tech leave my tire to assist with another customer. I left an hour and 45 minutes after they opened the doors. What a ridiculous experience.

Damon was great. Very helpful and put his customer first. Answered any questions I had, and went the extra mile to make sure I got the best value on new tires.

I got oil and tires. Fast and inexpensive. I know it was good because its been 7 months and all is well.

Super helpful friendly and fast tire service. Took my mom here Friday, 18 August 2017. The tech explained everything that was done and needed to be done to my mom, who is a senior. And as you all know if mom is happy you are happy too.

Wish I had 0-star rating. Came here to replace front passenger tire. The guy at the front is extremely rude. Think his name is Ray. Got the tire replaced and next thing you know, my all 4 tires sensors failed. Came back an hour later so they had me wait to check what was wrong. After 2 mechanics checked the sensors, they said they all failed. I said they werent bad before the tire got replaced. They said its not possible, indirectly indicating that I was lieing. The guy didnt have any patience and left me hanging with no solution. I asked them whats next, he said come back next day amd talk to the manager. Very unprofessional.

Got a high mileage oil from here. Price was good. $29 plus tax I believe. Told me 30-45 minutes and it was completed within that time frame. They even squeegeed my windows for me.

They almost made me rich (accidents/lawsuits)! After getting new tires from them my car started feeling really wobbly in turns and in the freeway. They did not tighten any of the wheel bolts. SMH

Slow to check you in to get service this morning then I was told that they couldnt do a flat repair on my Taho. Dont know what to make of that it was a waste of time..

Had a bad tire. Robert took care of me in no time. You don’t feel pressured to get unnecessary repairs with these guys. Highly recommend!

They have big garage and people know how to do the work. Got my car battery replaced here last night.
