I ordered a 2008- present Challenger hood seal kit late Wed night/ Thursday morning. Part shipped that day and arrived Fri. Jims kit is complete with seal, rivets and gun. My first time changing it out and it only took ten minutes. Looks great like an original factory installed piece. I couldnt find a better price anywhere for the quality. I ordered an insulation pad for a 2000 Dodge Diesel 2500. I received the pad in a very reasonable time. On checking it out, I thought that I had received the wrong pad. I called the company and received an answer even though it was after hours. The person I spoke with was extremely helpful with this. He asked what the problem was and that I send a picture to his personal phone. Upon receiving the picture he called me back and told me that he was sure I had indeed received the right pad. He asked that I try installing it again. If I wasn’t happy, either before or after I installed the pad, he would pay for return shipping and refund my money entirely. He spent almost an hour of his own time with me solving my issues. The pad worked great!! I will definitely be using this company again and referring my friends to them!!
