This company went above and beyond in my time of need. My vehicles engine went out and I gave them a call, they immediately came to the car lot to pick up my vehicle. However, I did Not have the title as I thought I did Inside. They went out their way to come to my home (knowing that I don’t have transportation) to pick up the keys and the title for the vehicle. They gave me $450 which is a good price considering the engine was blew out. Thankyou!

Can I give less than one star? I was told to meet STEVE at my vehicle at 3:00PM. I called him at 3:05, having arrived 15 minutes early to clean out the truck. He answered saying hes already come and gone and told me my vehicle is not the model I stated. Although the make and model are listed right on the vehicle. He continued to say he will not be coming back but would like $200 for it. (How can I exchange a vehicle for cash without the person present?) He then hung up on me and texted me saying it was not the correct model. He then said Thanks for wasting my time HE MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME DID NOT SHOW UP AND THEN TOOD ME I WASTED HIS TIME.... the man cant read the make and model listed on a vehicle. He hung up on a customer to then text them rude comments, to the point I HAD TO BLOCK HIM. Nevertheless AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! Unprofessional, harrassment, incompetent, and a DISGRACE to the business...

I called A1-Abbeys to get rid of a vehicle that we no longer needed. Ron gave me a quote I was happy with that he informed me that he would be here in about and 1 1/2. He sent me a text telling me that he was headed our way in about 15 min and he was her in less time. He double checked the.vehicle to make sure I didnt leave anything behind, his partner realized that my plate was still on it so he took the.time to take the plate off and give it to me that extra step was greatly appreciated. They had my vehicle removed withing 10 min. They are very professional I will use then again and I will refer then also. Thank you Ron.

Was very very accommodating to my chaotic schedule. They offered me top dollar for my 1996 Plymouth Voyager (and even came to tow it away) compared to other companies and was not upset over my along for a quote and to shop around. Other places seemed upset that I wanted to shop around and not agree to them picking it up for half the cost.I like how this is a small family owned business. I also liked how fast, courteous, professional and easy going this company was in helping me get rid of my junk van and paying me a more than reasonable rate for it... I could not recommend this company more. My engine blew on my 2007 Malibu. Within 20 minutes of calling A-1 Abbeys, I literally had cash in my hand. I dont remember the gentlemans names (Im sorry) but they were professional, quick, and informative. Besides the whole engine blowing up thing, the process was smooth.

I was offered $300 for my Dodge Caliber and was told they were gonna be there at a set time. The time came and nobody showed up. I called 4 or 5 times with no answer. I had to call someone else to sell it at a lower price.

At this point Im done calling and trying to get them to come get my junk truck. They suppose to be an professional business. No. I called yesterday morning the man told me my estimate for the junk truck then asked me to text him my address which I did and give him an hour. Three hours goes by I call no answer. Called again he answered and t them told me I had one car ahead of me. I told him okay. Around 6 I called and said just come in the morning he told okay first thing in the morning. Here it is 1:15 and he still havent showed up and I talked to him earlier told me hell be here shortly no call no answer no thing. Smh poor customer service
