Very good place. Good price. if they dont have the product they will order it and it comes in a reasonable time span. The taillight we bought from them did not work, we went back and they ordered another one, 3 days later we were able to trade the broken one for the new one. It worked and aside from the long line after lunch, so I recommend going there before 12pm or after 2pm, everything was up to par.

I recently tried to do business with this company as I have for many years however this time the answer was very simple you could not get there from here under any circumstances they were not able to help me in any way whatsoever with anything at all at any time now or in the future honestly that was the answer what the parts I needed were very simple and commonplace and yet they could not help me under any circumstances whatsoever due to covid-19 and other reasons

Ever since new management took over this place has gone from 5 stars down to zero. Ordered a mirror on monday not in stock. No big deal should come in by friday. Friday comes and no one can find the part but yet the invoice is there. It is NOT the frontline workers faults it is the new greedy management that has the frontline workers slaving away instead of hiring more workers. this place was my favorite spot to go for parts all these years but its finally time to change suppliers and cancel our accounts.

I love this place!! Great customer service and excellent deals on their aftermarket auto parts for almost any vehicle. It would be even better if they had new vending machines in their lobby, a loyalty program, and an app where you can order parts for pickup or delivery on your smartphone.

Terrible parts, terrible service.

They need to hire people who know cars. Lady I talked to didnt even know what Fiat was and I couldnt even find or order a part and I work at Gerber.

Most inconvenient part’s store I ever been in, hour minimum for any part even if your first in line. They need to hire more people or something. Wide variety of unfindable parts though. Stars are only for inventory.

They have most aftermarket car parts that you can think of as far as body parts go. All you have to do is call and ask if they dont have it theyll order it. Just remember that wrong information will get you the wrong parts every time so be sure of make model year etc. Passenger drivers side front rear etc. Also check your parts before you leave i dont think they will let you return parts once youve attempted to fit them on a car.

Ordering auto parts over the phone is horrible here! One minute they have the part and the next minute they dont, then they call you back 3 hours later and say oh yeah im sorry, my fault we do have that auto part. WTF! seeing as we sell cars where i work and we need parts daily this begins to become irritating! going into the location they dont have your parts ready!
