Purchased a part online through their website. To no avail, I had not received the air cleaner box a week later. I called the store to find out that the part purchased was salvaged by someone prior to shipping and that I would be refunded through PayPal. Another week goes by and I have no refund. I talk to both Lianne and Joe who state they will “leave a note for the manger” but there was never any follow up. Was also told the “manager” was out of town. Was given the run around multiple times and still no refund. No one has reached out to me to fix the issue. Would not recommend this place for any autopart needs just based off of their customer service.

I would like to tell people everyone don’t go m97 auto parts 👎 it’s a horrible service you buying parts they give you broken parts and when you going tell them it’s a broke you have to refund my money or give me another one because it’s broke they don’t respect you they really mean to you they tell you buy parts from here you live here that’s it this is your we cannot give you money back we can’t give you another parts so i’m recommended don’t go to this place you can find a lot of junkyard in the Detroit. Don’t waste your time your money!!!!!

M-97 Auto Parts have been around as long as I can remember (No I wont be disclosing my age 🤣). I still buy most of my parts here. Last year I bought a back window and assembly, very good price. Several parts in between, but I just bought 2 new tires, I was amazed at how cheap they were. If you want good reliable parts and a better than fair price, I highly recommend M-97 Auto Parts. You cant go wrong!!

Don’t waste your time. Called about a rim they told me they had it just needed to be taking of the car. Right away I drove 45 minutes there just for them to tell me they sold it days ago.

If you own a shop beware they do not pick up cores. They want you to deliver the core never have we had a parts vendor demand this.

Ordered a part, paid for it waited for a week for them to take it out, over week never been taken out and after all that had to keep calling to tell me the part was messed up, called for my refund took 4 days to come then said they had another part and they wanted extra 500 for no reason

Fair prices but worse customer service. Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Specifically the guy in front who sales you parts. He does not know how to deal with people. This place either has to change the guy or teach him how be professional with the customers. That’s my 4th time dealing with him it’s the same story.

They made come to the yard to prepay for the parts so they can deliver them, I have been calling every day since June 9 and today is July 6, they either put me on hold to give up and hang up, or they tell you a manager will call you back and off course never did.Bad experience

First time buying from them. Their prices are on the higher side but they had the part I needed. If I was to purchase again, I’d fully check the part. Make sure nothing is wrong with it before leaving the premises. Well, guess hindsight is 2020.

Called ahead and asked about a bumper to make sure it had no damage as described on the internet since pics were not great. I asked if they could walk out and check the bumper because I was coming over 6 hrs to get it. I was told that if it said no damage then it was just as it said. I drove to 6+ hrs only to see that it had multiple big dings in it. Guy didn’t apologize, just asked for my credit card and gave me my money back. I told him that I asked him to go look at it the day before so I wouldn’t waste 12hrs driving up and back. He just looked at me. Do not do business with lazy and dishonest people. Go somewhere else.
