I like that the emporium houses a lot of vendors hitting many different styles. There really is something for everyone (if you are into boutique shopping). If I go to any boutique in town this is usually my first stop.

Great place to shop! Huge variety and great customer service! The girls running the place treat you as if they were your own personal shopper!

Great store!!! Awesome, friendly employees along with super cute clothes at very reasonable prices. Couldve spent all of my money there because I loved all of the things I saw. Definitely will be going again....(hopefully this time with some more cash!). For example I got some flowey designer pants on clearance for $2.50! Deff a 5/5 stars and a 100 on a grading scale. Great experience.

The exchange policy is complete BS. I got a sweater as a gift, but because its over a month since purchase nothing can be done. The exchange policy wasnt mentioned at the time of purchase, so now Im stuck with a sweater I cant wear. 10/10 would not recommend.

This place is great..... until they have a problem with a vendor- We dropped off an item for monogram in Oct (paid in full), finally had enough of the excuses and picked item back up yesterday (March) still not monogrammed. The Emporium still owes us our money! They will not refund bc the vendor was paid (by Emporium) and it will mess up their accounts if they refund us for the vendor. So be careful when trusting this place with your money! They cannot afford to float $20 for a vendor they should be responsible for. As last resort I left my contact information for someone in management to contact me and over 24hrs later no response. So I now am leaving this review after many chances to rectify the situation. I hate this bc we had so many great experiences in the past, but I guess that credit is due to those responsible vendors, not the Emporium.
